We had a fantastic experience. The staff exceeded my expectations with their exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and courtesy. From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, their dedication to customer service was evident. Each interaction was met with a warm smile and a willingness to assist, making our stay truly enjoyable. The impeccable service provided by the staff added a special touch to my overall positive impression of the hotel.

I'd like to suggest adding a tissue box or a napkin dispenser in the rooms at Pride Hotel Bangalore. This small addition would enhance guest convenience, making it more convenient for them to access tissues whenever needed. It's a simple yet thoughtful touch that would contribute to the overall comfort and satisfaction of your guests.

Every 4 or 5 Star Hotels do there best to ensure the customers are satisfied. I am also satisfied, but few things to be improved to have 5 star ratings. We need to have atleast basic requirements in the room for what we have paid. Few things were missing and i have given them few suggestions and advises for which i am 100% sure they will work on it. Arshi Khan was too helpful and was available round the clock to serve us and she is the True Illustration of Customer Service.

When someone pay the Room rate, they expect good service and facilities. Few of these were missing and we need to get it corrected while staying. Nothing as a Complaint but few suggestions and advices were given by me to the staff to ensure the next customer in the same room should not face it.

Location, cleanliness and the room

1. The stony faced reception clerk who did my check-in 2. I had booked my stay with breakfast in advance. 3. After the first day, when I asked the hotel staff that I didn’t want to take breakfast there, I was told that it was not possible to cancel. And whether I had breakfast or not, I would be charged for that

The Front Desk people were very cordial and with helping tendency. The Room Service Manager is very cordial. The ambience and the rooms are good and I prefer to stay again in this hotel.

Rooms, bathroom, staying arrangement is very good! The staff at reception is quite helpful.

Dining, especially Puran dhaba, was a big letdown! The service was pathetic, extremely unprofessional staff.

The location of hotel was close for everything

Smelling of cooking food all around area of hotel even u can smell between the corridor of rooms. I hope IF they can find a solution of this problem

Breakfast was very good - wide choice. Staff was really warm and quick. Location is excellent.
