We recently stayed at this charming family-owned B&B, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Bryan and Fiona made us feel like part of their family. Their genuine warmth and hospitality created an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast featuring locally sourced, fresh ingredients—hands down some of the best meals we've ever had. The attention to detail and the care they put into everything truly set this place apart. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Probably one of the best B&Bs we've ever stayed at. Fiona and Brian were absolutely wonderful hosts. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, they couldn't do more for us. Tea and homemade tiffin in their gorgeous garden, scrumptious breakfast all homemade with extra loveliness like a doggie bag for homemade cookies. We would have needed to stay a full week to try all the breakfasts. As vegetarians we were extremely well catered for which made a refreshing change. Loved the bedroom, great size overlooking the garden. Very quiet at night. Good bus links into town. Parking right outside. What more can I say, apart from thank you so much and we'll be back!

Dupplin152 had one of the highest rating on Booking.com we had seen, so we thought we would see why. The room was beautifully appointed. On arrival one host gave us an orientation while the other lugged our overweight bag to our room, which we greatly appreciated. As for the breakfast, the chef prepared selections that were the best we had during our 3 week vacation. Thank you

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Initially we thought the location was a little confusing to find, but turns out it was convenient to restaurants for other meals.

Breakfast was more than substantial! Full Scottish breakfast if you so wished with fruits/ cheese / yoghurt/cereals. My first time trying Haggis and Black pudding with some reservation. Fiona has made me a convert- so tasty, crisp outside, no hint of offal! Loved being able to make my own expresso on the nespresso machine. Brown paper bags and disposable cups for you to pack fruits / home baked cookies or coffee when on the go. What can I say? Only compliments for Bryan and Fiona.

Just a superb bed and breakfast. Ideally located for visiting Dundee, the Angus glens, or en-route Aberdeenshire, Tayside or Fife. Very nice guest sitting room with books, tourist information and tea/coffee. Host are just wonderful, providing homemade cookies and an excellent big breakfast spread. Coffee is great quality supplied by a local Dundee shop. Rooms are cosy, clean and newly renovated in tasteful style. Big bright bay windows overlooking Dundee Law provide a great place to sit and read. The place to stay in Dundee for a truly wonderful and friendly experience.

Just a two room property but this means service is excellent. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Tea and coffee provided in the room plus lots of extras and sweet treats. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. Breakfast is amazing - plenty of choice, beautifully cooked and served hot. Also the cold buffet has home made produce, oat cakes and local cheeses.

Having to leave after 7 days.

A superb and welcoming place to stay. Our hosts were really helpful and friendly. The room was great - spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable and the fact we could easily adjust the room temperature to suit us made it a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, cooked fresh to order and lots of extras. We thoroughly enjoyed all the home baking goodies too. The location suited us as we could easily walk down into Dundee in about 25 minutes.

The owners were fantastic. Extremely helpful and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble. Room was great, bed was super comfortable, everything is supplied in both the bathroom and bedroom ( Tea, Coffee etc) The breakfast was outstanding. They helped us with our luggage and parking out front was perfect. It’s a little way to find somewhere for dinner but we actually found a really lovely Pizza place in town. Overall very happy.

The room was of very good size with a lovely big bed and en suite bathroom. The hosts are extremely friendly and the breakfast was amazing. You're even invited to bring a takeaway back and to use the dining room table to eat which is very thoughtful as many B&B won't allow bringing back takeaways. All-in-all the hosts are great, the room is big/clean & warm and the breakfast is more than plentiful. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely go back again without hesitation.

We spent only one night, but we have to admit that owners Fiona and Bryan were very very kind, nice and helpful people; place - it is beautyfull 150 years old house with soul and many facilities for travelling people; breakfast wonderfull everything was so delicious and many things were hand -made; there were really great pillows like at home! Localization is 30 minutes by walk to the harbor; public parking free of charge. We really recommend this place.

I do satisfied with the place but could be little closer to city center nevertheless it was not so big issue to walk.
