The property is very well located, extremely well finished with a good eye for detail as you would expect from a high end boutique hotel and the bed was very comfortable. With good tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was tasty if a little limited compared to other places we stay. The hotel building and interior are amazing and very luxurious.

The top floor room, where we stayed, had tiny windows that when open didn’t lie flush, the bed being quite big meant they became a hazard and I caught myself on them regularly. There needed to be more staff and space for breakfast. Moving it to a room with a window would be great. Having to book an exact time for breakfast was tiresome, as was their running out of bread. The car park, having to pay four days parking at 15 euros per day for a three night stay was annoying. They could top the complimentary filtered water up as well as the tea bags that weren’t refilled. A simple thing but makes a big difference at this level of high end quality.

The hotel is beautiful and the interior designed did a great job. Very centrally located. The breakfast was the best we've seen in Menorca.

The first 2 nights of our stay we were placed in a room on the ground floor and it was a nightmare due to noise. We could hear the main door opening and closing, guests would speak loudly in front of the elevator in the middle of the night...I highly recommend asking for a quiet room if you're sensitive to noise. We were moved to a different room as soon as it became available which made a huge difference. On the plus side, the staff was very nice about it and the room in question had access to a "private" corner of the patio which was very nice.

We visited 7th October 2024 for 2 nights. Beautiful place from the moment you approach the area, the entrance and the room. Very well done and we loved everything about this place. we had a courtyard which was an added bonus. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were amazing. We had a problem which they helped us with and we were very appreciative of this. Ciutadella is also so lovely and great for shopping!

Breakfast offered was great, the hotel was beautiful, very friendly and helpful staff. Loved it here!

Parking lot was a bit far away but great that it was offered (at an extra cost and 7-10min walk). Was a bit difficult driving through the town at permitted times to load our luggage (driving isn't always allowed in the area) but otherwise it was a really great place and most hotels in the town are the same in terms of access.

This boutique hotel is just a gem in the heart of Ciutadella: wide spaces, super comfy, smooth and polished design, amazing atmosphere as well as a gentle scent always in the air. Great breakfast. The staff is so nice and helpful. I’ll sure come back!

Everything was just perfect!

The staff were attentive and excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with Menorcan specialities, served in a wonderful setting. The hotel is positioned in the heart old town in Ciutadella.

Perfect location to explore Ciutadella (but located in a quiet street). The hotel has been refurbished with taste. The room was spacious and the beds were very firm. Breakfast was good. We loved everything about this small boutique hotel.

Everything, it’s a gorgeous authentic hotel. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was excellent with a good selection of fresh food. The honesty bar is a lovely touch as well. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Beautiful Boutique hotel, great room. Lovely facilities. Friendly staff. Great location. This is our first holiday with our baby and the room was so beautiful, confortable and clean it made us feel very at ease. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The hotel is situated in the middle of the old town with tourist attractions and restaurants on your door step. The room we stayed in was massive with its own private terrace which was lovely to relax on when we wanted a break from meandering through the streets. The room was perfect for those with a small child and the travel cot and bedding provided were really good quality, however it would also be a really romantic room / location for couple. Would love to stay again. Wish we had stayed longer before moving to our next destination on the island.
