We had an amazing stay! Everything at the hotel was perfect, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The best part was the staff, particularly Marta! She gave us amazing recommendations for what to do during our stay on the island and was very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great. The only minor issue was that parking was very difficult. We spent more than 20 mins each day trying to find parking during November (low season). But it didn’t put us off, and we will definitely return again because the stay was so great in every other aspect! :)

Artemisa is a beautiful boutique hotel set right in the middle of Ciutadella, it is stylish and extremely welcoming, it is bright, exceptionally well kept and clean with wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows, there is tea/coffee making facilities in the room along with free to use safe. The buffet breakfast is amazing with loads to choose from and staff are happy to cook eggs of your choice. Marta is one of the most helpful people I have ever come across, nothing is too much bother and she offers many recommendations and ideas to help make your stay perfect. She is so happy and pleasant but also extremely professional. She is a massive asset to Artemisia as are other staff. There is luggage storage available if needed. This is our second visit and we will definitely return. Ciutadella is amazing with loads of fabulous shops, bars, restaurants and much more - just wander the streets, get lost and then find yourself again.

the staff is so kind and helpful, the ambiance in the hotel was beautiful. beds are comfy and room is very clear. the location is central.

you don't have a full time staff, so after hours you go in with a code. but you can always contact them by whatsapp. it would have been nice to have water bottles in the room, as we are not sure whether tap water is drinkable in Menorca, and some people prefer not to drink it anyways.

Hotel Artemisia has a great location in the middle of the old town, close to a free parking lot. The hotel is full of charm, with a great and healthy breakfast buffet. One of the highlights was Marta, the hotel manager, that contacted us ahead of our arrival to give us tips to get around the city. Upon arrival, she gave us many recommendations for beaches, restaurants and itineraries on what to visit around the island depending on our tastes. Would absolutely come back!!

Our stay could not be better. The hotel is so nice - it’s situated in the heart of the old town, it has everything you need, A/C worked perfectly while it was 42 degrees outside. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, breakfasts are better than you can imagine. I would return there just for a breakfast. If I could give a special award - I would give it to the team. They were so great! They were super efficient in everything - from helping us finding the parking over WhatsApp to sending us lists of restaurants and places. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. I hope to come back here. Thank you team Artemisia!

Location was excellent, staff were friendly, relaxed and very welcoming. Breakfast did the job. Hotel was amazing and smelled gorgeous. We had booked 4 rooms but we had the room with the terrace which was a great place to sit and chat (Family of 5 adults). I guess what would have made this room a top 10 if there was a little fridge or chiller to put a couple of beers or wine on chill - especially whilst enjoying the evening sun and listening to the chatter of the streets. Fab bars literally on your door step! Close to Sa Celeta if you have a car, also hired a boat from the harbour for 4 hours. Again very easy to do business 👌

Great location, very central and close to everything you need in Ciutadella. The hotel is very clean and well preserved in an old building. The room was a great size, with a comfortable bed and big terrace. The people there were really helpful and friendly, Marta was always on hand to provide advice on which cala's/beaches to go to, and was very communicative before our arrival via whatsapp. The breakfast was fine with lots of options, and they also provide beach towels and umbrellas which was great.

This is more advice to potential bookers rather than what we didn't like, as neither of these are in the hotels control....the nearest free parking for the hotel is a few minutes walk away. It's not really an issue and we always found a spot in the same area (Carrer De Lepant) but a couple of times we had to go around in circles waiting. Also, the noise can be a bit of an issue, not so much throughout the night but early in the morning. The bottle bank recycling was emptied early on a Monday morning which was pretty loud and went on for a few minutes!

Perfect location, incredible style and a very friendly and well informed staff made our stay very special. We will definitely be back!

I would book another room though as, although it was very stylish and roomy, half of the room had sloping room where it was impossible to stand up at our full height..

this is a boutique hotel in a very central location , contained within a sensitively refurbished building. Marta the main host made us feel at home and had great beach and restaurant recommendations . Rebecca assisted and they were top class.

the breakfast selection although varied was very sweet with pasties etc . welome additions would be some extra cereals such as museli and cornflakes . eggs of whatever description were provided , so all in all it was ok.

This was a wonderful stay in a lovely hotel. The location is excellent and the bedroom and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was great (and they kindly facilitated our early departure on the second morning). The staff (Mari Paul and colleagues) deserve a special mention. They were kind , welcoming , professional and friendly. They created a lovely atmosphere and made our stay a pleasure. Very highly recommended.
