Everything was great! Beautifuly designed small charming hotel with plenty of art. Brilliantly designed (lamps, small Smeg fridge etc). Very good sound isolation (we had a room on the groundfloor just right to the entrance with a window onto the street, but just for pedestrians). Big bathroom with huge shower. Netflix. Coffee machine in the room. Free cake and lolypops in the entrance. Plus nice staff, which we ve met next day on the morning. Free parkings nearby (the farest one was was about 1 km from it, near the roundabout nr4).

After booking the room we didnt receive the information how to check-in and nobody replied on whatsapp. We never booked self check-in hotel before, so we were worrying at first if evertyhing were fine. But after one day or two we received replies to our whatsapp questions with all information we needed. Since then it was no problem contacting the hotel.

Fantastic location right in the heart of ciutadella but on a side street so quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean and we appreciated the friendliness of the lovely lady who was there in the morning. The free loan of beach towels was also great as was the cake in the lobby!

Nothing really. It suited us perfectly, but it is just a (lovely) room so if you are looking for a hotel with facilities and a manned reception this wouldn't suit you.

This is such a beautiful and well cared place with very comfortable rooms that we loved so much to stay. We extended our stay not one more night but two, so much we loved to stay there. Susana, the lady that keeps up the place clean and neat is so nice and friendly and always presented us with a free, delicious and different cake every morning. Such a special treat that we loved. We will come back for sure. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

This stay was seriously cheap but only using the term as low-cost. The room is big, the bed is big, clean and comfortable. The shower is large and all the fittings are good. You get a fridge in your room with a choice of drinks at a reasonable price and the whole hotel is spotless. It's really well located in an atmospheric part of the town and at €54 a night, late-booking, it's probably the best value stay we've ever had

Everything was perfect, clean, susana the staff was so nice and helpful, she landed us beach towels and a beach umbrella and recommended us some local beaches. The room had a coffee machine, air condition and har dryer, a king bed so confortable. The location was perfect, with close parking for those who rent a car, best restaurants near by. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Everything about C&C was excellent for us. Simple as that. The location is very central in the lovely old town but still very quiet; the rooms very comfortable (beds, decor, facilities, aircon) ensuring we had the best stay, even with challenging humid weather. The service is possibly the friendliest and most helpful we've ever found, from helpful advice before arrival, complimentary beach towels and chairs to daily cake, smiles all the time and a hug when we left!

Weirdly, the name! Cheap and Chic doesn't do it justice in English translation; Chic, yes as we loved the contemporary art and decor but "cheap" implies a lack of quality or something sub-standard, which this certainly is not, even if it is very good value and "cheaper" than something equally as good.

Perfect location and very clean. The host also added a sweet treat in the lobby every day which was a nice little gesture that put a smile on our face after a long day of exploring Menorca!

A lovely little hotel in brilliant location. Well thought out with comfortable big bed and great shower room +. Smeg fridge and good coffee maker. Lovely, low key staff and fresh cake and biscuits daily.

Marcello was very helpful. Room was spacious and hotel was very close to where we could park the car. Plaça del Born. Would stay again, but on a lower floor as there is no lift.

TV. No international channels, only Spanish digital. Even when travelling, it's nice to be able to catch up with news. Sky, BBC, CNN are common now in most hotels, even small ones. Coffee machine, but no milk pots provided.
