Cindy on front reception was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble..

The room was comfortable and as described. When we used the restaurant for dinner, the staff were very helpful. Location was not too bad for getting around on public transport or use of own car, not ideal for walking into town centre.

There was no lounge with seaview to sit and relax in the evening, so we spent our evenings in our room watching the TV. There wasn't anywhere within easy walking distance to eat out in the evening as an alternative to the hotel restaurant. The only access to the health club and pool was externally up a few steps, not easy for people with mobility issues.

Despite being the ugliest building on Douglas sea front the hotel is fine inside. We had a sea view room which had a small balcony and excellent views. Buffet style breakfast is very good. One night we ate in the restaurant and that was good value. Guest have access to the Health Club which has a decent sized pool. Good sized car park. Intenet worked well. Staff friendly and helpful.

As mentioned, the building is a horrible 1970's flat roof monstrocity completely out of character with other sea front buidlings! The sauna was out of action during our stay which was a disappointment. Charging guests for car parking is not good.

Great location, we had a great room with a sea view and a small balcony. All staff were very helpful and professional, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom functional. Good TV and tea/coffee making facilities, adequate furniture and storage. Great breakfast, good bar with competitive prices. In house Casino and good gym/ swimming pool. Secure parking and overall very safe. Loved the bath and endless supply of hotwater, also a good Chinese restaurant and traditional restaurant in house. Excellent value for money.

The bathroom was a bit small in the area between the bath and toilet and the road a little noisy but only at peak times. A few areas looked a little tired.

Great choice for breakfast porridge was great not some tasteless stuff l have had in other hotels the view what can l say loved watching all the ships coming in and going out loved the large patio window being open and listening to and smelling the sea. Swimming in the pool with great view. Quick game of roulette in casino

Car park was a little full at times. would have like to get chairs on to balcony one fitted one didn't there were 7 of us for breakfast table only seated 6 usually we were a little squashed l managed to get two tables together on last day

Nice sea facing room with a small balcony, great food

We stayed for four nights and paid for a parking permit for that time.when we came back to the hotel on the second night 42 of the parking spaces nearest the hotel's main door had been Roped off ( apparently for a classic car convention) i had to drop off my wife 65 yo and mother in law 93 y o by the door and they both have disabilities and go and park my car 200 yards away in an overflow car park , i am 73 y o . When checking out i was asked did we enjoy our stay ,i said yes apart from the parking and she just said oh , i went back and asked do you want to know why we were unhappy about the parking and her reply was ok I'll right it down , no apologies for parking at all ,i said forget it and came away , her reaction to the whole thing was poor.

Good location, good car park, all facilities were good, sea front. Breakfast was very good.

Curtains wouldn't close fully, so let sun light in 4.00 am, main bar cooler for drinks didn't work, so was very hard to get served as they had to use bar elsewhere to get cool drinks, and weren't always able to serve.😕 Bar does get full, as coach trips also use bar. Showers are very sensitive to tap settings, towels and sheets weren't changed while we were there 4 nights 5 days.

The room was great as was the view. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very good as well. Having a bus stop right outside the hotel was very handy. The hotel was nice and clean and although you had to pay for the parking it was very reasonably priced.

The only fault we could find was the quality of the internet which did not work in our room and as we found out on talking to other guests did not in some of theirs as well. This meant taking the laptop down to reception to get a signal.

View was excellent and breakfast was also very good, Room was clean although bit thread bare on carpets and some of the furniture showing its age. Staff were always on hand and very helpful.

Provision of a simple civilised smoking area. preferably with a basic shelter and a seat. and removal of the tram connection that used to connect the ferry terminal with all the sea front hotels. It is 5 years since last visiting the island and that connection was so useful, Not Best Westerns problem I know but as a sizeable local business you must have some sway on local policy.

I loved the sea view room we had. it was absolutely gorgeous. Room was lovely. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and so calming. I loved having the sea view while swimming. breakfast was really lovely and really nice good food. mushrooms were incredible they were so nice and had so much flavour for mushrooms. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. thank you to the staff who were very helpful and kept hold of our bags after check out. the bar staff were lovely and very helpful. TT special menu was really nice.

the patio door was very difficult to open and quite stiff. Would be good if breakfast had dairy free stuff/ vegan. as I couldn’t have yogurt or milk as it was normal and I am lactose intolerant. the jacuzzi in the spa had a bit too much chlorine so couldn’t stay for too long as it was hurting our eyes. but apart from those small things it was absolutely amazing
