The room was exceptional, not what we were expecting but it was high end. Lots of space in the bedroom and bathroom, fantastic bed, lovely furniture and the balcony was very big, with table and chairs and sun loungers. The outside area looked over the plantation, great sunset. Everything we needed included complimentary water in the fridge. We had an evening meal for one night, again lovely outdoor setting and breakfast was plenty full and varied. Really good couple of nights. Special thank you to Gisèle for an efficient and friendly check in and advice.

This is not the hotels fault but I would suggest if you have mobility issues don't walk through the plantation to the sea front. It took us (older, poor mobility) about 30 minutes and while we did arrive at a stunning sea front, again we found the walk rocky and troublesome, what we should have done was just got a taxi directly into the town. Taxies come directly onto the property and charge approx 10 euros into Alcalá

We stayed for 5 nights in this delightful hotel in late January. We had a superior double, room 11 which had a separate sitting room with a settee, fridge and kettle. The room was charming, simple and rustic with a large bed and huge patio with a lovely view of the banana plantation and the sea beyond. Breakfast was varied and delicious and included fruit smoothies and delicious coffee. Dinner was typically Canarian including rabbit and local fish and included a glass of wine or a large beer, good value at 40 euro. The pool area was fantastic though the water was quite cool but refreshing. Thank you to all the staff, we loved this hotel and hope to return.

The location was fantastic. Beautiful views over banana plantation to sea and island of La gomera. Very quiet. Nice pool. We would drive into alcala in the evening and eat then walk back (15 mins). Then walk in to the town along the coast path, spend the day swimming and drive back before repeating... Also worth driving up to tiede national Park and doing some marked walks. No need to pay to go all the way up or do orgainised excursions

Well laid out, spacious rooms. Lot’s of storage. Lovely balcony. Friendly welcoming staff, lovely breakfast. Nice meals. Very caring and attentive staff one of our party explained we needed to set off early and they made breakfast half an hour earlier for us all. Which was really wonderful of them.

The facility to have the room cleaned every day was optional and it was cleaned to a good standard, but it did need a deep clean. There was mould on the water pipe from the shower and bottom of bathroom door, but it was dark in there even with the lights on so not easy to see I guess? However, as we were dashing off out early everyday and back late we didn’t remember or get chance to show them. I’m sure they would have rectified it if we had mentioned it. They were very attentive.

WIFI WEAK....IF YOU NEED IT BADLY FOR WORK NOT GREAT CONNEXION....BUT FOR SELFIES, SOCIAL MEDIA APPS JUST ENOUGH IF TOO HOT WEATHER ...NO AC AVAILABLE..BUT I AM SURE 95% DAYS IN TENERIFE ARE OK WITHOUT...ALSO 12 AC RUNNING (NUMBER OF ROOMS) WOULD RUIN THE TRANQUILITY OF THE PLACE SO IT IS OK.

Breakfast was extremely nice. Fruit, continental and a different hot selection every day including pancakes, churros, bacon, eggs, fried banana and different vegetables. Evening meals good value and typical Canarian dishes.Pool was lovely with very comfortable pool furniture. Staff friendly and helpful. Setting away from it all yet close to a regular bus service so no need to hire a car. Room very comfortable and well equipped with a terrace with a lovely view

Would have been nice to have been able to buy drinks at reception.

Absolutely peaceful, suitable for travelers who look for proper rest out of mass tourism, loud music, hussle and direct contact with nature elements like the wind sound, birds, sunny weather; on the other hand the breakfast buffet is abundant, fresh and rich of fruits from the same farm, also dinner time is fascinating, make sure you don't miss any and pre order during the morning. Alberto, Giselle and their lovely staff will make your stay more comfortable, they are so kind and carismatic, attentive and passionate of their job. Finally, one lovely memory from this place is to sit in your private terrace and gaze at those spectacular sunsets every evening, unmissable.

If arriving by Taxi, warn and instruct the driver not to leave you in the first gate that is on the main road, that is a gate for other purposes or just for customers to get out of the hotel if they decide to go to the beach with some keys they are provided; instead tell the driver to go ahead to the nearest deviation and get throught it so he can find the Hotel main parking.

Located just outside Alcala in a lovely quiet location. Peaceful and relaxing. Good size rooms with lovely balconies overlooking La Gomera and the sea. Dolphin and whale watching trip was fantastic. Good local restaurants.

Fridge in room was a little temperamental and not always cold enough.

Loved the pool area but water was too cold. Would be the perfect destination if the pool was heated.

Very nice variety of breakfast, with homemade juice. They use their own fresh produce from the farm. We had fresh eggs and bananas. They offer dinner, too. The room was nice and clean, with a large terrace. Good size of pool at the property. Great place to relax. We enjoyed our stay here.
