Very well equipped and comfortable villas on a well maintained complex. Pool, bar and games area were lovely too. Decent but small selection of local bars and restaurants. Close to some shops too. Staff - Maria at reception especially- were helpful and patient - English speaking.

Could do with a little more privacy in gardens but we weren’t bothered. AC is in lounge area only so bedrooms can be hot even with fan supplied. Area is quiet - bars close at 11 and you’d not get away with partying after sun goes down on the complex if that is your style. Local beach has a bar, restaurant and parasols, but NO beds. You’ll need to drive or bus to best beaches.

We loved our stay. The apartment was cosy and felt like home. It was equipped with the basics but we came prepped and so were able to make breakfasts and dinners with no issues. The restaurants in the area are a hit and miss (and not much of a choice) so cooking at home was our preferred choice. The kids pool was heated which was great for the little one.

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the apartment however the pictures felt were slightly 'improved' and gave an impression the recreational area with the pool will be bigger. The restaurant was closed on our last morning (we missed a poster that was put up somewhere) so it's worth checking ahead in case intending to use

I stayed 10 nights with my family, and we loved to stay here. In 10 nights, they provided 2 times cleaning service, including charging bedsheets and towels.The Sweeming pool area was also very clean and staff were very friendly. The location was amazing. 10-15 minutes drive to Sime Park and Jungle Park. If you want to relax and just enjoy a quiet place, I highly recommend Ona Sueno Azul. Thank you for the amazing time .

A large and cozy house with a personal terrace.Everything was clear,convenient location to the nearest beach 800 meters,there are shops and cafes nearby.Friendly staff who are happy to help with your requests.A quiet place for a good holiday for a couple and family.There is also an excellent swimming pool on site and a bar-restaurant.There were no problems even with overnight check-in.Beautiful and well-kept area,we liked everything.

The resort is located in a highly desirable location, with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and shops, all situated within a few minutes' walk. We were particularly impressed with the resort's swimming pool, which was well-maintained and offered a refreshing break from the sun's heat. The villas were impeccably clean, and their furnishings were modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the small garden located at the back of each villa was a serene spot to relax and unwind with a cup of coffee or your favourite beverage. What's more, the staff members, particularly the ladies at the reception desk, were approachable, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us with our requests.

Really good value for a detached 3 bedroom villa. lots of space and nice terrace area. Everything felt very secure and safe. The villa was very dated but everything was clean and in working order and we had everything we needed. The tv satellite was great with lots of English channels. There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the local area and a little beach. The pools were always nice and warm. The food was great in the restaurant and the staff were very friendly.

There were steps up to the villa so it was sometimes difficult with a buggy. The short term weekend guests can be very noisy and there does not seem to be rules about when outside noise should stop. It was so busy at weekends that it was sometimes hard to get a bed and umbrella at the pool area. Also important to note that there is only air conditioning in the main living area and fans in the bedrooms which I did not realise before booking. Wifi was free for one device only so we ended up purchasing a second login which cost €18 for one week or €25 for two weeks.

A very clean, good sized 3 bedroom chalet with 2 bathrooms within a walking distance of a beach and restaurants. Just enough crockery/cutlery for a family. The area around pool is clean but not particularly attractive; the pool was heated, but still relatively cold.

Only one wifi code per person for free; seems a bit mean in this day and age. Having access to the car is important - there is not a lot to do in the vicinity.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property in Tenerife! The small yard was perfect for outdoor dining and for our kids to play. The barbecue was a fantastic addition, allowing us to grill up some delicious meals while enjoying the warm evenings.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was hard not to notice that there's room for improvement in the kitchen furniture. Perhaps considering an upgrade or refurbishment could enhance the overall experience for future guests. Thank you for considering our feedback.

Staff very friendly, pool was actually heated and had plenty of sun beds for everyone. The small pool was perfect for my young daughter to enjoy and felt safe. Villa was spacious for 4 adults and 1 child.

I had booked a 3 bed villa, however when we arrived at the property the third bedroom was locked so we could not access. As we arrived outside of the reception hours there was no one around to advise of this issue. Thankfully I brought a toddler bed so it wasn’t too much of a disaster however had this not been the case it wouldn’t have been a great nights sleep. In the morning this was resolved quickly by the receptionist. Also to note it is on a bit of steep hill from the centre so was a bit of struggle for my 76 year old father but manageable.

The villa we.were given was very conveniently located. Very close to the pool and bar/restaurant, seaview and about 10minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and in the kitchen we had all we needed (kettle, iron, toaster etc) nice to have also a little.garden with sunbeds and a small bbq. Restaurant staff was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend it

Pool space is not massive, so could get quite busy during peak season and probably not enough sunbeds, but we didn't have major issues during our stay in November. Bar opens at 10am,.would have been handy if open a bit earlier, but again not a major issue.
