The staff responded to everyone of our requests. The first night, twe asked if an upgrade was available, and they got it for us. We asked if there was a tub, and they set up a special thing with candles. Just great.

First room was a little small. Food at restaurant is good but could use a some different options. Some walls in and aroudn rooms could use a touch up.

The location was great. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The best part of the trip was Edgar and Dutch, two employees there. They were AMAZING!! I was traveling with a friend and my expectations for luxury were a little higher than we experienced when we arrived. Those two made sure our stay was still wonderful!! They switched us to a more Comfortable room, spent time addressing our concerns. I have never had better customer service!

It needs some attention. Small things would help this place feel like the luxury it calls itself. New pillows, new and better towels, update the pool and hot tub furniture and cushions. And the breakfast basket was a nice touch but a fresh pastry from a local Source would be much nicer than the muffins. The fruit was fine but could be better. Organic with more flavor and options perhaps.

The villas are gorgeous, the coffe perhaps the best I have ever had for in room. Outdoor fire pit and bath a gem. The property makes you feel like your transported to Spain. The mountain backdrop. It really was a percet place besides our check in.

There was a issue with the room we had booked and the staff that checked us in, Didn't mention anything. We had to wait to we see the room to discover it was not the room we had booked but a downgrade. The manger was lovely and did everything she could to rectify. However we felt the staff that checked us in was not right for a customer service facing role. We litterelly stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be checked in and didn't feel welcome. Then seen some others getting checked in with welcome drinks. Etc. We didn't get any of that. Really confused I felt like the staff had a vendetta against me and I had never met the guy in my life.

We booked a suite with a private hot tub for our stay. Location is walking distance to the center of the touristy area of the city. Pool area is amazing. Complimentary breakfast basket upon request consisted of coffee cake, yogurt and granola.

Street parking only. Check in staff were either always busy or not at the desk. Most communication is done via text. There were a few issues with the room that we brought up to the staff via text (lighting, water leaking), but nothing deal breaking. The room felt a little stuffy and there was a sign that requested that we not decrease the temp of the a/c below 72°. The pillows were also not very supportive.

I love this place- it's truly something special. The rooms are all well appointed and clean and I love the private patios- the outdoor clawfoot tubs alone make it worth the stay. The staff are so friendly and really take care of you. I love the breakfast baskets- such a cute touch.

My only criticism is that the pool and other common areas could be a lot more peaceful. I prefer to stay at LSV over larger hotels because I like peace and quiet. There are supposedly strict rules about phone conversations, vaping, and other disruptive behavior in the pool area which are unfortunately not enforced. My partner and I unfortunately experienced some harassment at the pool that may have been homophobia-based or just garden-variety jerk behavior, but it really freaked us out. The staff should 100% not have to serve as playground monitors for adults, but I wish they'd intervene when folks get really loud.

La Serena was an absolutely beautiful, relaxing place to stay. The villa was private and had unique touches (outdoor and indoor bathtubs, fire table, robes, etc) that provided a wonderful venue for a romantic getaway. We got a couples massage at Whispers Spa; highly recommend. The breakfast was simple (yogurt, granola, muffins, oranges, etc) and perfect to hold us over until checkout. Inside the villa and throughout the property… no detail was left untouched. Such a beautiful property!

The water in the shower was tricky to get warm. We would have loved to have a tub stopper each for the indoor and outdoor tub (We could only find one).

La Serena Villas are perfectly located on a relatively quiet street in downtown. The layout and features of our Villa were wonderful. The entire property is well maintained and, in fact, offered a sense of serenity and security.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. It has been disappointing and frustrating that the Hotel’s voicemail box is full and incapable of receiving messages.

First the place is just stunning! The staff of front desk was amazing and welcoming! Once we told them it’s our 10 years anniversary. In a matter of second they offered us cava bottle And some bubble bath so we can enjoy the tub at the villa . Every we got offered a complimentary breakfast that was at our door in the morning. Other than that , the view, and the boutique environment is just amazing. The fire pit outside was very nice at the end of the day to have a glass of wine we will definitely be back soon thank you

La Serena Villas is conveniently located 1 block away from the main road of downtown Palm Springs, so it is an easy and quick walk to all the restaurants and shops. The hotel has a Tesla charging station in the back of the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy. Typically I am not a fan of the restaurants in the hotels, but this restaurant was great. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. We did not have time to enjoy the pool or the hot tub, but they looked so inviting. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel in the future.

The breakfast was underwhelming: a sad muffin and coffee. It's the only thing I did not enjoy.

We loved everything. The property was gorgeous. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and always going above and beyond. We loved the complementary breakfast the first morning. The second morning they had changed it and it wasn’t as extensive but that was still OK. Loved the little boutique and bought some jewelry together. I wish I remembered the name of the girl at the front desk. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and made our stay that much more special. Thank you! Lov hey baby

I think my only complaint was that it was pet friendly, and there was a dog in the Villa next to us barking on and off. To me, the “pet-friendly” affected the rest of the peacefulness of the hotel.
