We stayed in a two bedroom suite as two adults and two kids. The suites are amazing, huge, great facilities, excellent aircon and a balcony. We stayed midweek and the pool area was quiet and relaxing. Staff in the bar and restaurant were great, the food and cocktails were excellent. Free sodas for the kids was a nice touch. Excellent location, parking on site and a load of bars and restaurants a very short walk from the hotel. I personally liked the WhatsApp communications rather than having to go through a front desk. Always got a quick response.

Cushions on the balcony furniture would have been nice but this is a minor point.

This place is simply wonderful and looks even better than in the photos. The apartments are spacious and beautiful designed. The bed was super comfortable. The on-site staff was friendly and helpful. There was no crowd at the pool, everyone could find a sunbed for themselves. Self check-in was a great option too, however we didn’t receive the code to the room on time automatically, so that’s the only thing I would improve.

Great location that's walking distance from the downtown area with lots of food and drink options nearby. Property itself was good. Very easy check-in and check-out process and friendly staff.

Not a hard negative, but the whole property felt like a multi-unit Airbnb. I don't know if I would consider this on par with a hotel, but it's close. We stayed on the bottom floor and could hear the upstairs unit walking around -- thin floors and ceilings.

The rooms we awesome. Clean and open spaces. Staff at bar were helpful and awesome. Restaurant was sensational.

It’s lacked small/minor things as it isn’t really a hotel:- No daily room service unless you pay a fee No iron (just a steamer) No pool bar service. You need to order yourself at bar. No front desk or concierge No laundry service

We had a 3 room suite for three nights and loved the design and space. It has been our favourite accommodation on our road trip. Also loved having a kettle! It was the first one we had come across during our US road trip. (Americans don't seem to drink tea?) The pool was really nice and heated. It was close to all the cool shops and restaurants in the area. We also borrowed the bikes that are free for guests. Wished we could stay a few extra nights.

Check-in to be done online (I don't like sharing pictures of passports and visa information online) - no reception desk. We asked if we could check out one of the two rooms we booked at 12am instead of 11am and they would charge us $100+tax for that ... that's maybe a little bit exaggerated. Check-out also to be done online ... we missed the personal interaction.

Stylish and well located. The in-house restaurant Mezal is excellent. Shame they don’t open for breakfast.

The online check-in process required acceptance of the $40 resort fee before completing. Quite unfair to pay the resort fee if not intending to use the pool. Booking.com should review its policies on forced resort fees, since they make headline comparisons in hotel prices difficult at best, deceptive at worst.

Large rooms, nice deck and huge pool.! Very comfortable beds!! Bar/restaurant employees were most helpful! Delicious food at restaurant.

After 4 nights cleaning services need to be included ie trash removal and bathroom cleaning. Microwave and more comfortable furniture would be nice. Didn't realize needs were only texted. Would have been better if one person was available on site to help.

Great vibe and concept, the rooms were well designed and spacious - we loved hanging out at the balcony with views of the pool and mountains. The food and drinks at the restaurant were top notch, and you're also in walking distance to everything in downtown. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again - it's perfect for a relaxing getaway. I got a unit with a kitchen and living room, which is a great space to relax in if you are coming with friends and family.
