The bed was comfortable, clean. Had a nice chicken stir fry from the restaurant on the top floor. Staff was attentive to our comfort. Walking in the local market outside and to the left was good experience.

Problem that Uber drivers could not find the place for drop-off or pick-up. Although close to the airport getting there for departure is a longer route and time expectation due to highway configuration. Some noise from the highway while sleeping.

I flew in from the States on my initial booking the taxi service was prompt, the check-in was swift and professional, My second booking was on return from Mombasa on both occasions the staff from the cleaner and upwards were friendly and professional. I totally enjoyed my stay on both occasions, the menu though limited was well priced and professionally prepared and presented

I do not have any complaints.

Location and convenience to the Airport and SGR train

We booked a shuttle for the next morning transfer to SGR but it was not available and the driver could not be reached because it was a Saturday. The receptionist however offered to get us alternative transport which was amazing.

The hotel is relatively close to the JKIA airport, so this is convenient for someone travelling early or arriving late. The basic amenities were available, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly.

The road is quite busy though, so traffic noise can be heard through the night.

It is located near the international airport and a very convenient place when on transit. Staff was very friendly and breakfast is excellent. Transport arrangement from and to the airport was arranged well for a reasonable price.

The neighborhood is a bid noise becoz the hotel is located next to a highway. But I was able to sleep well due to tiredness...

My bed and the room were very comfortable. I wanted to be close to the airport. The service was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The manager checked with me to confirm all was well. This hotel was perfect for a late night arrival from the airport and an early departure in the morning for my tour.

I checked out early as I got an earlier flight out of J Kia. to date I've received no re fun on my reservation of 5 days. I used no more than 2. would like to see that money refunded. thus far it has not happened.

Close to airport. Reasonably comfortable. Good airport pick up and drop off. Restaurant available. WiFi available. Good bed nets.Fridge in room. Shops close by.

Area around hotel not great. Some parts of hotel need a little extra maintenance and repair.Tv had no reception.

We spent there 2 nights after our safari tour. The hotel is located 10 minutes drive from the JKIA airport. The room was nice and clean. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Will definitly book this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Place was very good. Comfortable, quiet, good place for a rest. Very close to Jomo Kenyatta Airport; managed to get my early morning flight well on time. Good view of the airport from the hotel. The highlight is the roof top restaurant, with full view of the airport, and the dual road below. All staff were genuinely friendly and hospitable.
