Not a big faceless hotel, but relaxing and welcoming. Very clean. Excellent choice at breakfast. Ideally located for visiting the city. Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. could not do enough to help you, special mention for Nina Stodolak, we were trying to arrange a trip to Auschwitz, and Nina arranged everything, kept us informed, went above and beyond in helping us, excellent customer service.

With a short walk to the old town, the hotel is located at the end of a quiet alley which ensures quiet surroundings. Breakfast was delicious and it was really nice to sit outside in the garden. Our room was quite large with corner windows to the garden. The king-size bed was very comfortabl. You can adjust the A/C to match your needs. Room has a minifridge, coffee/tea machines, safety box, hairdryer and two free bottles of water. My only complaint would be the uneven structure of the floors: there were multiple shallow plots under the carpeting - like the concrete below hadnt been structured properly. It was a weird thing to suddenly step in a plot 1 cm lower than the surrounding floor.

The hotel was very modern, very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. They offered free coffee, tea and condiments all day for hotel guests. Breakfast was very satisfying and with many different options to chose from, even though we didn't have the chance to enjoy it all of the days of our stay since we had early morning tours. The location was great in city center. It is not very close to old town but it is withing walking distance of about 15 minutes. I would stay there again.

Everything was great. If i had to tell one negative it's the location, which is not really a negative since it is within a walking distance of the old town and there is a nice park close to it.

Breakfast was very good, nice coffee and plenty of food. Had an evening meal on our 2nd night which was tasty. Hotel nicely styled and beds comfy. Lovely shower / bathroom. Room had everything we needed. Great boutique hotel and friendly staff. Quiet location we were on the front of the hotel and didn't here any noise. Definitely recommend a stay here. Great value for money. Location was just a short 10 min walk into Krakow main square and very close to the castle.

Just the room was a little to hot for us we couldn't get the temperature below 23 it appeared to be set on the thermostat and wouldn't budge. Just a little niggle that it would be helpful if the staff let you know that if you put the ' I prefer wine' sign on the door rather than having the room cleaned that you have to actually ask for the wine that day or you don't get it. We assumed the housekeeping would let reception know so when you came in from a day out it would be automatically offered to you or in your room.

I loved the breakfast. There were a variety of options to choose from. I really liked the pancakes and the make-yourself waffles. The breakfast offered cold and hot options for food and beverages. It also runs till 10:30am, which is great for those who want to sleep in. The room is well sized and very well equipped with a coffee maker, hot water jug, refrigerator, blow dryer, a spacious closet, and a safe. The rain shower was great! The hotel is well situated and is about 10–15 minutes walk away from the old town, Wawel Castle, and some tram lines. The neighbourhood is quiet and lovely.

There isn't much to dislike. I could mention that at some point in the night the bed got too warm. It may be great for very cold weather seasons, but it was a little too hot for us. All the same, its better to have an extra warm bed than a cold one.

Cannot fault this hotel! We researched so many places and I’m so glad we chose here. The room was exceptional - I actually wondered if we’d had an upgrade but they didn’t say we had. Lovely bathroom with heated floor and a big shower. I’ve stayed in a lot of city hotels around the world and this was by far the quietest! Great night’s sleep every night. Location is also an easy walk to the Old Town. Staff were great. Breakfast was also amazing - wonderful quality and selection. Overall just a perfect stay and fantastic value for money. Recommend to anyone!

I can only recommend this hotel. Everything was simply perfect. Quiet location, nice room and delicious breakfast. Perfect price/quality. But above all, I would like to pay tribute to the staff. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short because I had received a message that my mother was dying. The girl at the reception helped me fantastically to quickly arrange a train to Warsaw, arrange a taxi and above all, the money I had left in the safe in all the commotion was neatly returned to my account. Thank you so much for everything.

I really can't say anything wrong about this hotel at all, really. If I ever go back to Krakow, I am 100% sure I will stay at this hotel again.

I took my girlfriend to krakow for her 21st birthday, I booked the hotel months beforehand, and I honestly can say the staff are brilliant. They are very good with their English and very helpful. The first night I arrived, I asked the girls at the front desk if they could do something with the room for my girlfriends birthday as we were planning to go out all day. The girl on reception was called Nina she was honestly brilliant and said, "Let me see if we can do something " she asked the other girl who was in charge of the rooms, and her name was magda she said we can pop out in the morning and sort the room out. They got flowers from the Florist and bought up chocolates. When we came back, we was greeted with a girl on reception called bogna she was honestly lovely and was brilliant with her English she bought up a bottle of champagne all of the stuff they put in the room came up to about £70 which was cheap considering you would pay more in England. Bogna tried to fix the fridge but couldn't she did say maintenance will try in the morning she gave us a lot of information about krakow and places to eat and stuff to do. She was on the 3 nights we were there. We were there for 4 nights. I would honestly go back. As we were leaving the hotel to fly back to Manchester, the women on reception said " because your fridge wasn't working and we couldn't fix it we are happy to pay for your taxi to the airport which was a massive help I didn't get her name but she was brilliant. Thank you for making our holiday special. We stayed in room 102. If you are reading this girls, thank you!!

Staying at this hotel was like finding a hidden gem. The hotel itself is breathtakingly beautiful, with impeccably clean rooms that provide every comfort one could need. Regardless of whether your room faces the serene courtyard or the quiet street, tranquility is assured, allowing for restful nights. When the quiet becomes too serene, the billiards table at the entrance offers a lively distraction, adding a touch of excitement to the stay. The breakfast spread was another highlight, a true feast for the senses. From hearty muesli and fluffy waffles to a variety of eggs, fresh fruits, and vegetables, it had everything one could wish for (vegan options as well!). On sunny days, enjoying breakfast outdoors was a delightful experience. The location is unbeatable. Nestled almost at the doorstep of Wawel Castle, and just a 15-minute stroll from the city center, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and charm. In summary, my stay at this hotel was a great experience and I wholeheartedly recommend it :)

The hotel is in a great place very close to Wawel castle, the room was beautiful and very comfortable and clean, the public places for parking were easy to find and cheap enough(holidays and weekend it was free) The wifi was very good

The facilities could be better for instanse the reception and the restaurant was in the same room.
