Great location 3 minutes walking distance to the Vistula river and castle, 10 minutes to Rynek Glowny square. Exceptionally clean and well appointed, staff could not have been more attentive. Towels were replaced daily as was bottled water at no extra charge. There was a coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge in the room plus air conditioning which was very welcome as the weather was exceptionally hot. The room was based at the front of the hotel and was very quiet as the tram works are now completed. The pillows were exceptional so much so that we have returned home and purchased large continental pillows for our own bed. Breakfast choices were either hot or cold which we thoroughly enjoyed, the restaurant was open to the general public on an evening as an Italian eatery and the food was superb, staff were very helpful and polite. We would not hesitate in staying here again, the hotel made the holiday a wonderful, relaxing experience and we have recommended to friends and family.
There was nothing to dislike.

My mum and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hotel 32 Krakow Old Town at the beginning of December. Check in was smooth (our room was ready despite us arriving a little early) and we could go straight to our room. The reception staff were all helpful and friendly, sharing maps with us, recommendations of how to use local transport to the Salt Mine and making restaurant reservations on our behalf. Our room was a good temperature and a good size for two to share, beds were super comfy and we were at the back of the hotel so it was quiet. Not sure how noisy the tram would be if our room was at the front. The hotel is really well located, a short walk in to the old town, near the castle and next to the bus and tram stops. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was also excellent a great selection of food, no matter what time we arrived to eat. Overall we were really impressed!
Honestly nothing.

Beautiful hotel rooms - always very clean (you can smell how clean it is each day which is very nice). Great amount of space even in the standard doubles. Lovely bathroom with those giant showerheads too. Kettle and tea provided in the room, as well as an espresso machine. Nice TV in the room with netflix you can sign into. Rooms are nice and warm if you are coming in winter months - very cosy. Comfortable beds - slept very well here. Mini fridge in the room too. We didn't include breakfast with our stay but there are lots of lovely bakeries along this street which open between 7am and 9am and serve lots of tasty pastries, bread, sandwiches and coffee and hot drinks for very good prices (and on the way to the centre). Walk to the centre is about 5/10 mins and the Wawel castle is just around the corner. Great location if you are booking trips - most of them do pick up and drop off to a stop just across the road from here. Staff are friendly and always at reception so you can come and go at whatever time suits you.

Excellent location , Nice short walk to the main square or to the river. Rooms were spotlessly clean, very well equipped and beautifully designed, , Comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Staff were very welcoming and happy to assist with any request. Nice little bar linked to the hotel with a lovely small courtyard.
Hotel was not very well signposted so struggled to located the entrance, as there was serious road works happening during our stay which unfortunately was right outside the hotel, but this was out of the hotels control and did not put us off our holiday.

Room 33 has a very big terrace outside for exclusive use and was very welcome. The room itself was large and very comfortable. Shower room/toilet equally sizeable and worked well. All of the doors etc in the room were in good condition and easily managed.
Tea/coffee facilities in the room were very basic. The coffee machine had two 'capsules' daily, one for espresso coffee and one for 'ordinary' coffee. Only two tea bags per day. Not enough for someone who likes an early morning cuppa as well as an afternoon drink.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, a 5 minute walk to the Old Town Centre, 10-minute walk to the Jewish Quarter. The location was also an ideal location for the tours and pickup locations I had booked, both within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It is also about a 20 minute walk to the major shopping centre there and some really cool sites to see along the way (forte, monuments, historic buildings!). I travelled alone and felt extremely safe, the rooms were quiet, very clean and the pillows were AMAZING! I had Netflix available on the TV so it was nice after a full day of tours, dinner and walking around the town to come back and have some thing on in the background. The size of the room for me was not an issue, it was a room with a bed and a bathroom and a small wardrobe with a window that opened and looked onto the street. I didn't need a big room as I wasn't there during the day. I spent most of my time out exploring, so the room for me was all i needed, a clean, comfortable place to sleep and get ready. The air conditioner worked well and I had no problems. There was also a small bar fridge I was able to utilise for my own drinks and food. The bed was a great size, comfortable, fresh clean sheets ever day. The bathroom functioned well no leaking, no mould, no drainage issues. It was spotless. Everything about the hotel was well presented, the staff spoke very good English and were always very accommodating. I ate breakfast at the adjoining cafe once, and for the cost it was all that I needed, however every other meal I ate elsewhere mainly in the old quarter centre town to make the most of local cuisine and not just eat hotel food.
The food at the hotel cafe isnt bad, but I would always recommend to eat at the local cafe's and restaurants, to get the most of local cuisine and explore the town. Enjoy the scenery of eating in the old town, admire the architecture and what the city has on offer. If you're only in the city for a short amount of time, make the most of it by exploring and finding hidden gems to go eat and drink at.

Good location (within a short distance to the old town), nice and friendly staff and a well sized room. The facilities were also very clean. Modern decor. Our room was quiet, no noise from the street (we were lucky not to face the street where the road works were taking place) - we could only hear the shower next door, but it wasn't a problem.
The toiletries provided were a bit basic, shower gel + shampoo in one (the same liquid as the hand soap). The hair dryer was quite dated and not very powerful, and the coffee creamer was in powder sachets, which means not everyone can have it. It's a shame there was no bar/lobby or anywhere to chill within the premises.

We have stayed in several hotels in Krakow and Hotel 32 is by far one of the very best. Value for money for 5 star quality. Rooms are always super clean. All facilities provided for. Food in the restaurant downstairs is very good. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
More coffee in the room could be provided as well as 2 bottles of water for 2 people, not just 1 bottle. Routine check of light bulbs fittings, for example one of the lights next to the bed hasn’t worked for the past two times we have stayed here. It can take too long for someone to answer the phone for room service. Have had to keep calling just for someone to answer the phone probably because they were too busy in the restaurant, but a suggestion would be to hire more staff so that the phone line is at least manned. The roadworks outside is a nuisance - though this is absolutely not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel organised a car to collect me from the Airport, it was about a 20 min drive. Lovely small hotel, lovely decor, very clean, comfy beds, great shower. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, as a solo traveller, I find this so important to help you feel safe in an unknown city. Breakfast was provided by a little restaurant next door, the selection was perfect and the coffee so good! The location of the hotel is ideal! Right beside the river and about a 6/7 min walk to Wawel Castle and 10 min walk to Rynek Glowny.
The one thing for me that was missing in my room, was a nice big window and a view. In my room, the windw was small and up high. I love natural light and there wasn't a lot of that but then as I out a lot so it didn't matter too much. There are major roadworks on the street outside, however the hotel is well sound proofed and it didn't really affect me.

The location was super convenient and just a short walk from the main attractions. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional. I had room n 32 top floor, and it was quiet, spotless clean, and had all the faciities needed. The hotel also has a small sauna & shower on the first floor that can be used by guests with no extra cost. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety to choose from. I highly raccomand this hotel as for a 3 star hotel it definetly give a higher standard of service than some other accommodation with higher stars.
