I was in town for a concert. I loved the connected walkway to the concert. It was especially helpful since it was raining outside. It was a little confusing walking back because our original route was blocked off. However, after asking several concert staff for directions, we found our way back to the hotel. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day! I enjoyed the buffet at the hotel. Food was hot, food area was very clean and well stocked, and the tables and floor were very clean. I'm a tea drinker. I enjoyed the endless tea offering both day and night. Hell's Kitchen and Target were within walking. We grabbed some snacks for the room. The staff were very friendly. Thank you for letting us check in a bit early. The area map of restaurants with the noted miles was a nice idea. The room was clean and properly stocked with towels and toliet paper. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for concertgoers. This is my new hotel when flying in for a concert.

Loved the location. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fine. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Parking is a bit tricky but this was our second time staying there so we figured it out okay. The noise from the room was a bit loud. Sirens being heard all night long and traffic noise but that’s not the hotels fault. We’re just not used to that much outside noise during the night. Also, we heard lots of door slamming and talking outside our room which again is not the hotels fault but the other guests not being considerate to guests trying to sleep near their rooms.

Love the location! Right next door to 1st Ave.

The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It was overpriced. Used to pay around $150/$175 a night here, now it was $226! Not worth that much for no pool or anything other than a basic room. Our room overlooked a dirty parking lot which sounded like a canon went off in it twice the morning we left. And parking should be included in the room cost, especially since they raised the room rate by $50+. We were told by the lot attendant to get a ticket from the hotel to cover parking but that was apparently not how it works. Will find a new hotel to stay at from now on.

So the property was awesome. It would’ve been nice to have known about how they have this walkway system that goes from building to building inside a tunnel. We spent a lot of time walking around for hours and hours and hours, but it would’ve been lovely to actually known about the tunnels, I think that they need to tell more people about the tunnels to be able to walk through the city and comfort without being persecuted by some of the homeless. The thing that I thought that was interesting that while those tunnels interconnect the connect to parking garage as well so that made it very convenient. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and had a nice ball y’all good foods and foods that are normal for people my wife and I are little picky eaters but we still found ourselves enjoying the breakfast in the morning was our highlight of the day because we spent the rest of time walking around for 17 miles, 17 miles 17 miles

Well, as you know, today is just kind of one of those weird obscene days everywhere around the world. There are homeless people there are people challenges my wipe, and I would stand outside and have a smoke within an hour time we would be handing out over a pack and a half a cigarettes and Bothered by many people give me give me give me give me and that made it very uncomfortable for us but for the most part, the property itself was beautiful. Everything was nice. Thank you.

We were in town for a concert at Target Field. The location could not have been better! It was just a 5 minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well. The breakfast was good, what impressed me was that my friends and I sat and drank coffee and chatted in the breakfast area for about an hour and I saw staff constantly tending to the coffee station, making sure everything was clean and full. I was worried when we discovered that our room was right off the elevator, but we never heard any noise in the hallway and all slept very well.

Nothing!

Location was easy enough to find. Our room faced Target Field which definitely gave us a sense of being in Twins Territory. And that is was exactly what were were looking for since we specifically booked this hotel for the Twins games. The stadium is within easy walking distance as you can see from the picture, via the street or the skyway (which is secured entry). The staff was very friendly and all entry points were secure and accessible with your room key only. Also, I should add that the continental breakfast was one of the best ones I have see at a hotel.

Outside wall are a bit thin. We were able to hear sirens throughout the night. Since this hotel is downtown, it was expected that there was going to be some activity. However, I didn't expect to be able be woken up by the sirens. Also, our neighbors above us were a big rambunctious until about midnight. No fault of the facility.

The bed was awesome. It was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was super helpful and kind. They gave me a room before the check in time, and they gave me bo problem at all at adding a second guest in the room, after the reservation being made.

The breakfast was fine, nothing bad. It was ok, but I expected more for the price of the room. The breakfast doesn’t match the quality of the rest, which is great. It was a regular buffet with eggs, patties, pancakes, juice… like many other common chains, and I expected it to stand out too.

Went to a Timberwolves game and loved that the hotel is connected by skywalk to Target Center. Parking at Hawthorne parking ramp was also great as it is also connected by skywalk. The check in staff was very friendly. The hotel has a little convenience store that came in handy for a late night snack run! King room suite was very spacious and came with sofa, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. Felt safe throughout the hotel as you need key access to enter. Front desk staff was super receptive and nice when we called about our tv not working. Overall a good stay. Would stay again.

Had the room next to the gym. Gym is open 6am to midnight. Very loud noises coming through shared wall like basketball dribbling and weights being dropped. Startled us a few times because it was LOUD. There were people working out at 11:30 at night so that was unfortunate while trying to sleep. It’s literally the only room on that side of the hallway; maybe they should consider not booking that one out.

Before checking in, I sent a message to the property asking about the parking situation. They responded and were very helpful, mentioned about different apps I can use to reserve a spot. When we checked in, the front desk staff was very friendly and even recommended a place for us to go to before the concert. Location is perfect, literally a few minutes walk away from First Avenue. A great experience overall! I’m glad I didn’t let the negative reviews stop me from staying at this property because I didn’t have those issues. There were homeless people around the area, yes, but they did not bother us. Since this is in Downtown Minneapolis, noise cannot really be avoided but it was so much better than what I read, did not bother me. Skyway to the parking lot was easy to navigate. I also like how it requires a key to get into the building and actually use the elevator. I would stay here again and would recommend!

The location was great for using the walkway around the city. The breakfast was good and had a decent selection. The room was comfy and a good size.

My check in was late due to my flight and I had an issue getting in the building and staff not answering the intercom or phone to help. I rented a car and had issues with parking. There is a as garage across the street but the hotel staff had inconsistent answers to parking there.
