Basic room and facility; comfortable, quiet, nice pool area, roomy jacuzzi. Mixed clientele. Fitness center is very rudimentary, but useful if you want to do some exercise. Nice location. Parking was available and sufficient. Rooms are serviced every day if you wish, which is nice. Not too far/not too close to downtown. Easy access to anywhere.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Some small hotels have, and it's a great convenience, but I suppose the hotel has its own considerations about that.

The property was not what we expected, it was better! Cute and looked like it had been recently renovated. The room was small but it was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful with a walk in shower. Our room had a cute little balcony with seating, however our view from our balcony was just a parking lot that faced another property, so we did not use the balcony. The room had a refrigerator and coffee supplies. Although there was a bar on site, we did not visit it. Check in was quick. The hotel is located near downtown area that has many places to eat and shop.

We did not like that we were placed in the far back of the hotel and our view was a parking lot. Other than that, we enjoyed everything else.

Comfortable clean and stylish relatively close to the downtown area but still a short drive but the pricing is a little less than closer equivalents so still a good value. We needed more soap and that issue was quickly resolved.

The AC filter had not been maintained so it did not work. Not huge as it is winter but still all it needed was the filter cleaned hopefully they get to this oversite. The main issue was that the pool bar was closed all Friday and Saturday. We would have spent far more time and money at the V as the pool was very nice but the lack of a bar and snacks made it necessary to leave.

The hotel was great especially the adult only section. The rooms have a poolside view and it’s great to have a balcony to hangout at. The hotel isn’t on the strip but I like that since it’s away from all the traffic and it’s only a short 5 minute Uber ride. The pool was probably the better part of the hotel. I didn’t get to use the gym but I think it has one. There’s plenty of free parking and it seemed like the hotel wasn’t full so it was nice not having to rush early to the pool to reserve a spot. housekeeping never seemed to be too far away if you needed something so that was good for extra towels.

Most if not all rooms have a patio/balcony chair but they awkwardly hang very low, almost to the ground in a tight space so they aren’t practical. You can’t see anything when you sit in them since the balcony/patio fence covers your entire view. The rooms have a wall AC unit that couldn’t keep the room temperature constant. We set it at 68 and it would at best keep the room at 72. Throughout the weekend, the weather was nice hovering around 74-75 so the AC not functioning properly wasn’t a big deal but I wouldn’t have endured that in the summer months. The hot water takes about 5 minutes to start running but that’s not a big deal for me. We did purchase food and drinks at the poolside bar, but the they are way overpriced.

The property is in a good location, a little more than a mile from downtown Palm Springs. The staff is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed hanging by the pool and using Jacuzzi. The water was warm, and there were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and also big, comfy cabanas available that fit two people. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit around the pool area at night.

A noise in our room came down from the water pipes, and falling asleep wasn't easy. The hotel staff offered to move us to another room, but it was late, and we were too tired to move, so we decided to fall asleep using our earplugs. The guests were noisy. It's a budget hotel with no carpets on the floors, and when we entered the room, there was a strong smell of bleach.

Cute little hotel, festive for the holiday, love the fire pit in the adult pool area and bar… closed early tho. Common areas were clean and the staff was very pleasant

I asked if I could check in early and they said the room I requested isn’t available which was a king bed, so I said we can do two queens as well and they said it was $50 to change so we didn’t but they did allow me access to the pool area and the restrooms if needed prior to the 3pm check in

IT WOULD BE AWESOME IF THESE HOTELS COULD RETURN THE BS SECURITY DEPOSITS AS FAST AS THEY TAKE THEM. THE WHOLE ITS THE BANKS FAULT STORY IS COMPLETE NONSENSE. I HAVE SEEN HOW FAST THEY CAN ACTUALLY GET FUNDS BACK TO THE BANK ACCOUNT. TOOK LESS THAN TWO MINUTES. ITS A BIG NEGATIVE ABOUT STAYING ANYWHERE. DAYS EVEN WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK IS THE BIGGEST REASON FOR WHY I DONT TRAVEL MORE THAN I DO NOW. SAME REASON A WHOLE BUNCH OF PEOPLE WHO I KNOW DONT TRAVEL MUCH.

I loved the outside of the property. It was very cute and well done. I also liked the location. At first I was worried about not having a lot of options around us but there were!

I felt like the room could have been a little cleaner. There was a lot of stains on the floors, the bathroom door looked dated and needed to be patched and re-painted. The bathroom was very cute but again, I felt like it could have been cleaner

I love staying here it’s one of my favorite hotels. Parking is easy, the pool is always spotless and so are the rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfy!

So this was my 4th stay at V this year alone. My only thing was I asked the front desk for a 12 noon checkout and it was approved, I thought it was very odd that I had 3 different cleaning ladies come banging on the door 3 separate times between 11am- 12pm.

This place was perfect for what we wanted, a basic, price friendly, two night stay to fit in a bit of golf and sightseeing. Everything was very clean and comfort able and the staff were friendly and super helpful.

Hard to fault really, it does what it says on the tin. The codes to get back in the room can be a challenge if you have too many beers!
