Its in the shopping centre,you can walk around.

Parking for first in people,but parking outside the motel will be a worried if someone trys to break in or get towed.

Room was good, bathroom somewhat recently renovated. Laundry facilities on site but didn't use. Parking is a little small but one can park on the street for free after 5 pm so it wasn't an issue. Plenty to do in walking and short driving distance.

if I compare apple with apple this is a great apple. a small private room for a dorm price, was a pretty good deal. comfortable, clean and nice, i couldn't expect more for the cost i paid.

no much view from my window but i didn't really care. i had a good sleep that's all i need

size of the room is ok. there is bunk in my room, good enoug for me and my husband. good price. provide clean towels. shared bath room is clean. I love the duvet couver, it is so cute. the staff was very helpful and warming. very good

Its is right in town so perfect you can walk to to shops but get in early to secure a parking or park and wait for someone to leave.

I think it was too expensive for a small room and no guarantee parking. We were lucky we parked and waited and as soon as one of the guest left we drove in and parked there for the night. The pillows were really flat, wish there were more in the room as we were tired and too lazy by the time we notice that there were only 4 flat pillows.

Staff were amazing, great service! Polite, happy, welcoming and accomodating. Fridge was leaking so they replaced with a new one. Replaced broken toilet roll holder. Bed was comfy and room was clean, central location was a winner for us. Ample parking available.

We stayed for 2 nights and there was no dish washing liquid to clean dishes and no salt or pepper for our meals. There was some German cockroaches that made an appearance after the fridge was replaced but staff were super apologetic. Felt it was a bit over priced for what you got. ($175 per night but that was Booking.coms price)

Firstly in the hub of Rotorua, close to all amenities in walking distance. Our host had exceptional customer service and walked us to our room, very lovely man and answered our questions. Room was nice and intimate for our family. Everything was exactly what we needed for our little stay. Beds were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Easy to manoeuvre in the carpark. Easy storage under the beds.

Love the bed so much! It giver really good support and super confortable to lie one. Wish I have such good matress at home. The room has all facilities listed and each bed has one big and one small towls for shower.

There is no sponge in the kitchen which made it a bit difficult when I try to do the dishes after cooking instant noodle. But the non-stick pot is really nice clean and new. Also the sink is a bit small that I have to try hard not to make any splash on the ground when washing face.
