The property was in close proximity (walking distance) to orchard road and Mount Elizabeth hospital. The rooms were well equipped and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to make a meal.

It would have been ideal to have a washing machine in each apartment or in a general area in the building as the laundry charges are very expensive. The room also did not come with a microwave.

The warm cozy homey feel of the whole experience. It was truly a home away from home. The one bedroom apartment setup is fabulous. Full kitchenette for preparation of meals. Comfortable couch in living room. The location was amazing. Close to cold storage for groceries; close to everything. The staff were warm, friendly, helpful, hospitable, and efficient in problem solving. The cleaning team did a spectacular job keeping the bathroom mopped and the floors glowing. Laundry laundry laundry!! The on site self service laundry facility is the biggest draw for me. Clean clothes every other day. Clean clothes on the way back in the luggage. Love it. Love everything about oakwood. Back again for my next trip.

Such a cozy serviced apartment. The vibe and decor are artistic and eclectic, but somehow it still brings that comfortable, homey, and restful feeling when you enter the room. The artwork throughout the hotel and in the room strikes the perfect balance, adding a touch of modern flair without being overwhelming. Location is superb. I visited Singapore for a medical check-up at Mt. Elizabeth Medical Center, so it was literally < 5 minutes walk. This hotel is very close to Paragon, Lucky Plaza, Takashimaya, and Ion Orchard. There is a 7-11 nearby as well. Considering the location, the size of the room, and the amenities that you get, I think the price per night in this hotel is quite reasonable.

- The elevators are small. They hardly fit 2 people with big luggages. Thank God so far going up and down was never a problem where I had to wait for a long time. - The rooftop pool is pleasant, but it's on the smaller side and feels a bit short. Given the size and quality of the apartment, it seems like a last-minute addition—nice to have, but not a standout feature.

I loved my spacious room, which featured an ample wardrobe, numerous drawers, and a convenient storage area with shoe racks. It allowed me to unpack everything from my two suitcases with ease during my stay. I also appreciated the fridge, which was not the typical tiny hotel size but a regular small fridge with a freezer—perfect for storing all my essentials.

There wasn't anything I disliked about this trip, but if I were traveling with my husband, I feel the queen-size bed might be a bit too small for us.

I recently stayed at Oakwood Studios Singapore, and I loved the location! It's right behind Paragon Mall and just a short walk from Orchard Road, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel was incredibly clean, and I really liked the layout of the rooms—spacious and well-designed. We celebrated my friend's birthday during our stay, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend it!

Overall, my stay at Oakwood Studios Singapore was great, but if I had to mention one thing, it would be the balcony—it was a little dirty. However, it wasn’t a big issue and is understandable considering the outdoor area. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

Location location location! Great for walking to the malls and shops at Orchard Road. Comfy bed and spacious room. Super nice and helpful staff. View from the rooftop pool. Felt like I was living like a local as it is in a more residential type area. Liked the studio apartment set-up with fridge and microwave, etc.

Nespresso machine in the room kept having problems despite having changed it and many pods got ruined trying to get it to work. Cleaning people did not refill or provide any extra pods, or tea bags or instant coffee, sugar, etc. No breakfast included in the price (but many options at the malls nearby or can get stuff at the nearby convenience store). Just wish I had been staying longer in Singapore to enjoy the space more.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great locations, easy access to multiple bus stops and MRT on Orchard Rd and Scotts Rd. Many food courts within the shopping centres, restaurants and coffee shops along the roads. Good water pressure. Three times a week cleaning services. There is a designated delivery table at lobby, super easy for collecting. Coin laundry and dryer are available. Detergent does not need to be purchased as it is pre-loaded in the machine - super convenient.

Out of the four pillows provided, one was mouldy. A 7-10 minute walk to most bus or MRT stops. The footpaths are not wide, so they can be busy and crowded depending on the time. It's not a major issue, but it is something to be aware of. The walls are not well soundproofed; I could hear the guests in the next room chatting, literally. The windows connecting to the balcony are not well soundproofed either. The birds constantly make noise, which can be quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper.

Location, staff and comfort of rooms superb. Pool was excellent and the hotel was clean and welcoming.

Only additions that would improve the stay would be 1) a laundrette 2) some form of vending machine for snacks and/or drinks.

Great location, 5min walk to Paragon shoppin mall and about 10mins walk to the Orchard MRT station. Stayed at the 1-bedroom and the room was spacious. Love that we have the balcony, full sized fridge and working kitchen. Lobby area has coffee and fresh water available at all times. Umbrellas available too.

The shampoo/soap was not replenished. Property has thin walls, and can be a bit noisy (from the construction sound, or the buzzing sound around the area - luckily area was quite quiet and residential). Not a lot of tv channel options, and I couldn't connect my phone to my tv.

Once we oriented ourselves with Oakwood's location and got to know the area better we were very happy with the location which is only a short walk from the lovely Paragon Shopping Centre (which has a terrific supermarket in the basement, handy for stocking up in the kitchenette in our rooms), public transport (MRT station at Orchard/Tang Plaza and buses just outside the Nike store on Orchard Road), all the many and varied shops and shopping malls along Orchard Road and should it be required (hopefully not!) Elizabeth Hospital and Urgent Care which is also a short walk away. The rooms were well set up and laid out, spacious, clean, comfortable and the amenities were very good. The free Nespresso coffee machine and biscuits in the lobby were a bonus and the pool looked lovely and inviting (although in the end there was sadly no time to take advantage of it!)

The one single complaint in the two rooms we had was the lack of a power point in the bathrooms to be able to use the hairdryer near the mirror (and in the case of my mother's room: it was nowhere near the mirror at all). We were able to use the hairdryer over the desk but the power cord on the hairdryer was so short and tightly coiled that it kept pulling from the socket when trying to use the mirrored wardrobe door. One other thing that my Mum mentioned in her bathroom was the poor lighting, which no matter where she stood (either using the mirror over the vanity or the mirrored wardrobes) cast her face in shadow - not great for a lady trying to apply her make up!
