Room was nicely furnished, shower was big enough not to bang my elbows against the wall!

Room had no windows, only Velux-type skylights. Main room light did not work so the only room lighting was bedside lights. Bed was big but neither my wife nor I had a good nights' sleep: I found it too soft, but my wife felt it was too hard! Had 2 dinners and one breakfast at the property: we found the food to be less than hot when served and it got cold very quickly, but we found out later that the food is made in the kitchen of an adjacent property! Had we known that, we would probably have used Deliveroo! The coffee was from a machine and it was lukewarm from the get-go and not enjoyable.

Beautiful Victorian hotel situated close to Didsbury village. Our room was a ‘standard’ room. Beautifully decorated with excellent facilities. The weather was freezing, but the room was so cozy and homely; very snug! Breakfast was perfectly cooked, presented and well worth the price. It was one of the best omelettes I have ever had; the food tasted like the chef really cared about everything. The staff were lovely (big shout out to Nicole). Nothing was too much bother. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Nothing to not like !

The hotel is in a graceful old building and very charming, on a lovely tree lined street near a pretty park. The design is attractive and inviting, the room was very neat and clean. We liked the character of the place, it is a unique destination. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast on Sunday was quite slow, no rolls or croissants were available. Our room had steps between the closet and the main room and only roof windows, kind of an odd configuration. I guess it is like that in old hotels, each room is different. But we missed looking out a window.

Very nicely appointed hotel with wonderful staff. We enjoyed a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was quite small but very nicely decorated and equipped with everything we could want. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with an excellent shower. The room would not have been appropriate for someone with even limited mobility, however, as it was up some steep steps with a very high step into the shower itself, so be sure to make this clear when booking.

Nothing to dislike except perhaps the actual size of the room.

The staff were very welcoming and the lounge was lovely for a nightcap. The garden looked lovely too but the weather was cold and wet when we were there. Lovely decor and furnishings. And it's in a great location close to parks and to Didsbury Village where there are lots of nice cafés

Our room was quite compact and we had to turn off the towel rail in the bathroom and keep the window wide open to avoid overheating. I was also quite aware of people walking past our room and above us in the night. Overall I prefer their sister hotel the Didsbury House.

The warmest welcome from ‘Laura’ set the tone for our stay. She was professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. A wonderful reception on arriving. The room was delightful, bright, airy and stylish. In fact the whole hotel is stunningly decorated. We took a drink in the bar / sitting room area before heading out to dinner. Laura again served myself, my partner and my visiting daughter & son in law, and proceeded to bring along complimentary water to our table along with some nibbles to enjoy along with our drinks. Once back in the room, the bed was extremely comfortable with gorgeous quality bedding and we slept very well. Considering the superb location of this hotel, the team, the decor and the relaxing ambiance, this is a very special place to stay indeed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ‘Eleven Didsbury Hotel’ and shall look forward to returning. I would definitely highly recommend a stay here.

A beautiful period property which totally showcases it’s gorgeous features. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs with a super easy, friendly and professional manner. Breakfast was amazing!

Most aspects were amazing; our only slight gripe was that the room was unbearably hot, and then with the window being open, we were woken up by noises from commercial waste being tipped into bins etc. We were also woken at 3am by loud footsteps in the room above. So not a brilliant nights’ sleep. The lovely staff made up for this though :)

Lovely friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Easy to find and parking on site. Also liked the look of the garden (although didn't get to use it due to the weather). Room service was fab - we'd been out all day so fancied chilling out in front of the football and the receptionist / chef was accommodating of this with the room service.

The blinds / wooden slats didn't fit together perfectly so quite a bit of light came in through the window early in the morning. Would be nicer if there was an option for curtains to shut behind the slats too.

Eleven Didsbury Park was an excellent stay. We loved the hotel's style, and enjoyed the ambience and outside garden. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent. Our room was lovely - large with a great bathroom with walk-in shower, plus a separate 'nook' with a stand-alone bath. With being a short walk to 'downtown' Didsbury and easy to get into Manchester, we will be back the next time we are travelling to Manchester.

Nothing - all good!

Very quiet comfortable hotel - high quality finish to everything. Very large comfortable bed in the "Snug" rooms. Tremendous monsoon shower in the bathroom. I particularly liked some of the small touches like fresh milk in the fridge for tea and coffee, and different thicknesses of pillow. Very thoughtful. Breakfast was very relaxed. One of the reception staff gave us excellent recommendations for a local pub and restaurant.

The cooked breakfast though generous was slightly disappointing, average quality and eggs were overcooked for both of us. And the coffee was not to my taste at all.
