Good location, near city centre. After reading the reviews online I expected horrible things but was surprised when I arrived. There are two large living rooms with comfy sofas to relax on. Nice bathroom and big rooms. Such good value for the price

The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a nice spacious room. The hotel owners let us check in a little earlier which helped as we arrived quite a bit earlier. Thankyou

The room didn't have a TV and is quite basic but nothing major, we were happy overall ,perfect for a night's stop over.

Good size room. Airy. Pleasant and helpful staff. Close to main street for buses into City centre

the room key didn’t work on my room and the night porter attempted 3 -5 other replacement keys before having to sift through the reception area for a “master key”, for about 1hr before I got into the room when he found the master key. by his own admission, this is a weekly occurrence

Staff were kind, breakfast was nice, the room was okay, I was allowed to check in before time and also had extra time to check out.

Room could be better cleaned as the carpet was visibly dirty, and the toilet seat was not well secured, but despite this things, I had a nice stay and I don't mind jumping in again👍.

Friendly helpful staff, very accommodating and flexible. Check in was not until 3pm but they looked after my bag and allowed a very late check in after my night out. Clean room, nice hand soap. Would definitely stay again.

Room was bigger than expected. Shower had good pressure and was warm. Room was plenty warm enough. Right next to the curry mile!

Night staff were uncommunicative and dismissive (due to rail delay, I had to check in after 21:00) and little information was given as to how to use key card and no details about the breakfast. No light in the corridor to my room. Kettle was broken.

hotel was really good value for money, and the location is really close to the city centre. Hotel is just off a main road so easy links to the city but you aren't staring at traffic.

bit cheeky but if the windows had been double glazed the noise from the street would have been much quieter. Was a bit hard to sleep when you can hear every car on the street.

I thourghly enjoyed my stay the staff were great and friendly room was perfect I never had breakfast but could of if I wanted if I was going back I would definatly stay here 😄
