The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean with lovely riverside views from the balcony. Great selection of food for breakfast and, on our day of departure, we were given a thoughtfully chosen packed breakfast for our journey.

It was great having free access to the hotel bikes but they could do with better maintenance (brakes, tyres etc). There were leaflets about tours available in reception but an information folder in the rooms about things to do in/around Hoi An would have been a bonus.

Great breakfast, lovely pool, lovely staff, nice river view & balcony, quiet.

Thought the location was closer to old town, quite a long walk ended up getting a taxi to and from every day. Spa expensive. Laundry prices expensive (got mine done a fraction of the price from the locals next door). It was nice but overall I would probably stay somewhere more central next time for the same price if not cheaper

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles. All staff had amazing English skills which was a bonus for us Aussie travellers. Special thanks to Anna who was lovely to myslef and my travelling companion. The services offered by the hotel were great. Helped us organised transport and activities whilst we stayed with them. The room was spectacular, cleaned daily and very well. We will be back next time we stay in Hoi An

Booked to stay 2 nights, and was so impressed we stayed an extra 6 nights. We loved absolutely everything about our stay . After 3 weeks of travelling Vietnam, this would have to be the best. There is so much to love here, beautiful staff that treat you like family. Breakfast was amazing. Lisa and everyone of the staff are so genuinely warm and friendly, forever smiling and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our room had a beautiful view of the river and was spotlessly cleaned by the friendly cleaners. The bed was so comfortable, just like being at home. Worth being a couple klms from the ancient city as the tranquillity was worth it, so quiet. My husband utilised the SPA and said that the masseuse was the best he ever had. We can't wait to return another time.

Honestly can not think of any negatives.

We stayed on the 5th floor and the view from our balcony was of the river and you could see the boats, Lanterns and bridge in the distance. This was an amazing view not only at night but morning also. As it was riverside, the location was peaceful and only a 5 minute drive into the main township. Breakfast was lovely but most of all, the team made us feel like family. Lisa arranged everything for us including checking the predicted weather before booking our activities, arranging transport and when we wanted to go shopping and to eat out, Lisa's recommendations were fantastic.

The location is great, it's close enough to walk to the busy centre but far enough away to be peaceful and serene. The river view rooms are really nice and allowed us to sit on the balcony in the evening just watching the world go by. By far the best thing is the staff, the people here are super friendly and helpful. We had conversations everyday with them and they always had great advice to give. The spa also offers really good treatments for a reasonable price, would recommend giving them a try if you have time

Nothing, everything was great honestly

We loved this hotel. Excellent rooms- we were very pleasantly surprised to find our family room was an adjoining pair, both with River-facing balconies. The location is superb, particularly with free use of the bikes. It was very easy to cycle into town of an evening. The manageress was also very forgiving when we had to abandon one bike at the central market due to not knowing how to use the lock properly. We had debated a beach hotel- but we got across to An Bang beach twice regardless, and vastly preferred access to town. Breakfast was tasty with an array of options. We also enjoyed evening meals courtesy of Tuan, handily just around the corner.

We had a lovely stay at the Lantana. We were welcomed by the staff and then throughout our stay the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were so pleased that they help us with bookings at the popular restaurants, we turned up and never had to queue and always got the best table. Breakfast was lovely, the pool was perfect for our family to relax and read our books. The free bikes are excellent, it was to hot and a little far to walk into town so we happily jumped on the bikes both during the day and night for a easy and safe ride into the old town. We loved our stay and the price was very affordable - thank you for having us

Love this hotel's space and decor. We was offered good welcome drink when waiting for check in. Everything in the room are being cleared well, and the view is really chill and fresh. These free bicycles rental have nice quality (all are martin 107), we can ride for a long way without feeling exhausted. The water in the swimming pool does not smell of chemicals at all. Like I mentioned, buffet food is very diverse, delicous and being changed everyday. This place just about 1.5 km far away from the ancient town, take us 15 minutes walking. Staff were really friendly, nice and helpful. I was really impressive with this hotel quality and service, and I have a wonderful holiday here. I will definitely come back if I have the chance!

The only annoyed thing that the parking area is quite sunny.

The staff are the kindest and the most helpful I have ever had in my travels. They knew us by name and supported us with everything we needed. Staff helped us book tickets for the Hoi A Memories show and the Bamboo circus. We had several treatments at the spa which were well priced and an excellent service. Very relaxing. Room was big, clean with a comfy bed. Big shower and clean bathroom. Walk is about 20 minutes into town or the hotel has a shuttle bus or staff can help you order a taxi which always came in a few minutes, the taxis were very well priced ($3 USD to get into town). Would highly recommend the hotel.
