Amazing breakfast with wide options. A lot of natural kind of juices is a must try. Comfortable beds. Nice cleaning.

Wifi does not Work properly, a little bit unaccetable for this category of hotel. Its a huge hotel, with some events In building C.

Large room and bathroom. Wonderful, varied breakfast. At first we had a problem with the room offered, several things didn't work. The hotel staff responded quickly after our complaint, offered us to choose from other rooms. After that we also received a very nice gesture from the hotel - wine and chocolate covered strawberries. It looks like they care about the guest experience, which is wonderful. The hotel is a bit out of the centre, but there are good transport links, trails and walking, about 15-20 minutes' walk.

Overall, I would not say that the hotel is a 5-star hotel, you can feel that many things are worn out and need to be replaced. It should be noted that not all pools are available for children, but I didn't find such information on the Booking page. Although the hotel grounds are spacious, there is no children's playground or children's playroom. It is very strange that they ask you to pay for the hotel through a link in the messages, when other hotels have been able to charge my card for bookings. I was forced to check this with Booking before making the payment, as they usually warn you not to pay through links.

This Barceló hotel proves that a 5 star can be affordable to common people other than world oligarchs, middle east princes, F1 drivers, world class actors or european royalties. Its cost/benefit seems unbeatable. Its superb architecture combines with that of the Expo'92 modern buildings and high tech campus around. Isla Magica, a must for the kids, is just 1 km/0.5 mile away. The space inside the hotel is wide and bright, but still fresh and cozy. There are a few shops, but very expensive. The staff are really qualified and hospitable, always ready to fulfill client's wishes. The room (2249) was very confortable, although it seemed a little less than the promised 40 m2 (still enough for a 4 member family, though.) The surroundings aren't noisy, but beeing next to the elevators is always a guarantee that some customers will talk too loud while they're waiting their turn to go downstairs (this is not a hotel attribute, i recognize.) The swimming pools are wide enough (although not the olympic size!) and its surroundings are beautiful, with vast green areas very well treated. There's an inside pool that will be attractive in the low season. Breakfast was a party time for the kids, since they found almost everything they enjoy - and the adults too! The restaurants offer a mix of world food and gourmet dishes that fit the taste of almost anyone. Make a reservation if you bring your kids with you and avoid that way waiting a bit for a table. By the way, i couldn't imagine a better offer for the families that wish to visit the hot Sevilla and have a beautiful swimming pool by the end of the day. It's not far but not to close to the city center and you'll have to take a taxi or a bus to go to the magnificent old Sevilla (leave your car at the hotel surroundings: it's free and secure and you'll save 16€ a day.) We really enjoyed this hotel a lot. And we've seen some in our lifes...

There is a very weak sewer smell around the reception. This is maybe due to bad engineering or building and it must be a difficult problem to address, but definitely it is not a lack of hygiene! As i stated above, rooms next to the elevators can be subject to other customers' moods (or drinks drunk...). In the first couple of days one can feel lost inside the hotel. Leave some strawberries on the floor between your room and the swimming pool. In the end of the dives, you'll find it useful to find your way back to the room (joking, cmon!). Nothing else negative.

The hotel was beautiful. The pool area was so nice, and although there were a few people around it wasnt too busy. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, there was a huge selection of food and beverages available. The hotel is a bit out from the centre. On our first night of arrival we got a taxi into the centre and this cost €5. After we had gotten our bearings we realised there was a scooter rank across the road so we got around on scooters for the rest of our stay and that was great fun.

The staff weren't very helpful or friendly for that matter. They were courteous at all times but not in the least bit interested in having a conversation or even giving us advice. The room we stayed in was lovely but literally one tea bag and one coffee pot per person per day in the room. It felt a bit mean considering the prices charged to stay in the hotel - its not cheap - so you would expect a little bit of extras. Everything seems to have been measured out to give the minimum.

I am truly honored and delighted to share my exceptional experience at this wonderful hotel. The service provided was outstanding, and I found the environment to be both comfortable and impeccably clean. The pool and restaurant are beautifully maintained, adding to the overall charm of the stay. What makes this hotel particularly special to me is that it became the setting for one of the most important moments of my life—when I proposed to my girlfriend. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Assistant Manager (name) and Guest Manager (name), whose assistance made the occasion truly extraordinary. Without their support, the experience wouldn't have been as memorable. I highly recommend this remarkable hotel and thank the entire team once again for being an integral part of my unforgettable surprise.

Excellent large room with a massive, very comfortable bed. The pool area is excellent and the adjacent Breeze Pool Bar has a good selection of drink and food options available.

I was well aware that the hotel is not located in an area with bars, restaurants and shops nearby, so this didn't come as a disappointment, though people should be aware of the fact before booking. The cost of taxis to and from the city centre was relatively low, so we used them every day. The additional cost of taxis was offset by the very competitive price of our room.

The out side of the hotel and complex is very pleasing but over shadowed by the well designed elegant sophisticated reception and interior. The check in staff were very friendly and appreciative of our different language needs. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely and rather reasonably priced for the quality and wonderful service. Having travelled from the circuit at Jerez , we travelled to Sevilla ready to fly home to England and stopped off at this hotel just for the evening and night wishing we could stay longer. It was nice to be able to watch the World Cup in reception and the second half in our room. It was particularly memorable sitting with Spanish supporters watching Spain play

Nothing!!!!

The photographs are not deceiving, it lived up to expectations! We were 2 adults and an 8 year old child, room with sofa bed, spacious bathroom and plenty of space to store clothes. Several TV channels, coffee machine (2 offered per day), toothbrush/paste, hairdryer and ironing board/iron. The air conditioning works very well and quickly throughout the room, great on very hot days! 5* pool, the kid loved it! The hotel provides towels to each guest, we never ran out of seats and there is a bar near the pool. Various dining options. It is located right next to Isla Mágica. Taking a 10/15 minute walk and you are further into the city. An experience to repeat! PS: I recommend a visit to the DuoTapas restaurant. We really liked it 👌🏼

Where do i start? This is not a 5star, but a 7star hotel. Anna and Mercedes from the guest experience team were absolutely fantastic. Made every effort to ensure my young children were entertained. They had childrens entertainment classes which the kids loved. On site concierge that would book everything for you and advise you of what to do etc. My children even got Barcelo hats as a little gift. The team would surprise us with small gestures and hampers every now and then when we returned in the evening to find them on our table, i mean we did stay 7 nights in total. The customer service of this place and all the staff are nothing short of amazing. The on site restaurants did amazing food. The indoor pool which is open till 10pm is a real treat. I would without hesitation book this hotel every time i am in Seville. Once again thank you Anna and Mercedes!! :) The staff in this hotel really give you an experience and memories that you take away with you and cherish.

Very nice place to stay for Family with young children. Super Family friendly hotel. Our children love it. Huge breakfast selection. Friendly services. The restaurants are good, they have a good steak restaurant. The location is great. It's next to Aqua theme park Isla Magica. 10 min. by walking you are at Alameda de Hércules where you can find many restaurants and bars. I can recommend this Hotel especially for Families.

The regular restaurant is OK. They do have some typical Tapas, however I recommend to offer more Tapas selections from the region. Foodwise Andalusia have a lot to offer and sometimes you just want to enjoy the evening at the nice Hotel facility without going out.
