We had an absolutely fabulous experience at this stunning location! Celebrating a wedding anniversary, we were treated to a special celebration event that was perfectly arranged by our wonderful host, Francois. The views were breathtaking, adding to the magic of the occasion. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for, attending to every need with exceptional service. The rooms were both stylish and luxurious, equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From start to finish, everything was flawless. We highly recommend this incredible place!

On our arrival at Villa Costallini we were met by Franscois who was an excellent host and went the extra mile with our request he staff were friendly for the young man who took our luggage to our to and also the kitchen and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful seeing to our every need, the breakfast was great with good fresh food every morning of our stay at the villa we will share and recommend the establishment to all our friends and family great location, comfortable and pleasant place to stay on your vacation with excellent service from all staff Kind regards Malvern and Anneline Collins From Saldanha

There was nothing not to like everything was on its place

Exceptional! This is the only work I can think of to describe them. The facilities are amazing, the beds and rooms are amazing, the food and service was beyond our expectations. We have found our new go to place for relaxation and tranquility. This is the BEST place ever!

The bath we had in our room was amazing and so pretty. (Room 3) however I will not recommend it for someone who is plus size or tall as it is a little bit uncomfortable. However the shower, basins and other amenities was exceptional.

Breakfast was delicious the Chef knows her story and Amanda made sure we comfortable when serving us,Location was little bit a problem since we did not have gölge to search it until we asked Reception to phone us other than that we enjoyed it.My sister is planning to come with her Husband nextyear

Gowns are bit dull for me but I believe you have your reasons for that specific colour,otherwise I enjoyed everything as it was my 1st time to checkin and it was ma 40th birthday😘

Beautiful view, appreciate the small touches of the cookies in the room and nougat on the bed to make it extra special. Room was emasculately clean. Bedding was soft and comfortable Breakfast was lovely, with quality ingredients.

Struggled to fall asleep as the music downstairs was on throughout the night and we could hear it in our room. Went downstairs to see whats going on but there was noone there, so I think it might be the sound system issue and something minor that can be fixed.

Hi Francois, This was a breathtaking surprise. Thanks for the room...it blew my husband away.... and so did everything else at Villa Castollini. The room was spotless and the rest, absolutely pristine "to match the serenity and the stunning view". We were treated like royalty, and I could not have thought of a more wonderful place to take him to wake up on his birthday. The staff went out of their way to make things extra comfortable and make everyone feel welcome. The view is superb and nothing was missing.

Coffee in the morning was a little slow and served a little late, but I’m needy in the morning and like to have breakfast early. 8 is too late The pool could have been kept clean every day if I have to say something.

Everything was perfect. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Views were exceptional. Breakfast was superb. We would go back again in a blink. It did help that Bookings.com were running a special on the venue - it made it great value for money for us.

Nothing could be faulted. If you want to be VERY close to Knysna, then know it is a bit of a drive to get back around the lagoon, but you know this when you book the venue.

The location of the accommodation is absolutely amazing. The breakfast spread was equally delightful, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. Francois is the best host. Highly recommended!

The remote gate was not functioning, which made it inconvenient to open and close the gate manually. This was an aspect of the stay I did not enjoy.

Breakfast was good. Would have loved an Eggs benedict with Salmon but always a fan of this on a breakfast menu. Location was good, just outside Knysna. The views were absolutely magical if you have the right room and from the breakfast area. Very quaint Italian style villa. We will definitely go back.

Dinner at the hotel will be a great addition but only for guests else it will get too crowded. Some rooms are garden facing but if you get allocated the front rooms, you will not be sorry.
