We really enjoyed our stay. There was fun and interactive games and activities which the boys really enjoyed. We got to play some games that we haven't played in years and to play this with the kids was really awesome. There were some hiccups with the Jacuzzi due to load shedding but the staff was accommodating and had this sorted for us.

About 30 minutes after our departure we received a call about 2 or 3 towels that apparently were missing from our cottage. We had to pull over check our bags, we woke the boys and checked their bags too and there weren't any towels except for our own. Now as a suggestion, they should have pre and post check-in & check out counts with the client present to avoid any instances such as this. It was really unpleasant to receive that call and I hope that this matter was resolved within their team. The staff overall were very pleasant and accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay.

We went out of season loved being there with just a few other people. Also loved the quiet surroundings. Didn't know the chalet would be serviced daily so that was a great bonus! Staff were very friendly.

The chalets were very very hot and with a 36 hour power outage the fans etc didn't work so didn't sleep well. Also very sad that due to loadshedding the jacuzzi didn't have enuf time to heat up. That ants in our chalet were also next level. A decent knife would've also been great, a pairing knife and a bread knife are not sufficient.

The rooms were very clean and the set up was very nice. My children enjoyed the facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff came to clean up during our stay, didn't expect that. Highly recommend this place.

Visitors code of conduct was not mentioned on the booking app. And we weren't informed when we checked in. One of our visitors were told to leave when he arrived. This was unsettling and uncomfortable experience. I was told to read the code of conduct on visitors, still looking for this code of conduct. Overall despite this incident the place is nice

The entertainment area such as the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and the game centre were the best. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Our chalet was also great. The park was also a good addition there. Our daughter had a variety of entertainment.

Loadshedding almost spoilt our stay because it affected the water supply. So whenever the power came back we had to wait for almost half an hour for the water to be back, and once it was back we had to deal with 'dirty' water before the clean one cam.

very well equipped kitchen, ideal for self catering. very tranquil place, peaceful and quiet. stuff is very friendly and everything is kept very clean. pool area is ok, nice for kids. bathroom was very good, shower quality top notch.

the balcony area got very wet when it was rainy, roof had quite a few dripping spots, table and chairs got full of water. that's the only thing I'd fix. oh, and maybe include some basics in the kitchen, so guests don't have to buy those (salt, pepper, sugar, a little bit of cooking oil). air freshener also missing in the bathroom. wi-fi quality was not the best, poor signal in our unit (not the most worrying thing in a beach trip anyway)

Everything was lovely. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were a lot better than expected for the price, it had everything you could have possibly needed

It got very noisy from the restaurant/ pub, people were shouting and screami outside the room till almost midnight.

The wooden chalet we stayed in was was spick and span throughout our stay!! They cleaned our chalet every day and the place was perfectly tailored for self catering.The property is very safe and patrons are considerate. Staff were excellent, always friendly and very helpful! We loved our stay!!

Safety, cleanliness and friendly staff. I was also impressed by the fact that we didn't have to wait, the facility had a standby handyman on-site.

1. The fact one needs to drive to Waterfront Knysna just to get a cup of coffee, matches and other small things. 2. I believe there is enough space where the facility could put in a bigger pools the current one is enough for just two big families. 3. In order to accommodate people with sinus and other allergies, it would be nice to have rooms with (laminated floors / wooden blocks / tiles)

It was very cold and I would like to come in summer times.Also my payment that was decline when I booked only realised that on the last minute..Please do inform customers ahead of time and not on the last minute 😔

I enjoyed everything being neat and clean! From the pool to the chalet, drive way, garden, games room, everything! The toilet leaked but the handyman was on site and came immediately and the then moved us to a another chalet! Great service! Staff is super friendly and hands on. I will be back when renovations are done. 😀

Jacuzzi was cold the following night and we were looking forward to that the whole day. Maybe lower the price while renovations are taking place? Just a thought.
