Lovely room. Spacious and clean. Beautiful bathroom. The hotel was smart, the food was very good and there is a wonderful terrace. Some of the staff gave really good service - particularly in the restaurants. Overall excellent value for money.

Some of the staff seemed indifferent. Poor service when trying to book spa treatments before the stay. Dinner was included in our overall price, but when ordering we were told that side dishes (e.g. vegetables) were excluded! The 'glasses' of prosecco served barely filled half a glass. These last two things made it feel like we were being nickelled and dimed which slightly took the edge of our relaxing spa weekend. As the hotel is on a golf course there are no grounds to speak of where you can walk around.

All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food at our lunch in a private room was also very good. Bar staff also were good.

The staff were exceptional, really friendly and chatty to everyone. The hotel was spotless throughout and had a welcoming feel. The bedroom was recently refurbished and cleaning was to a very high standard. The room was well stocked with coffee, tea, biscuits etc and had an iron and ironing board. The breakfast room was a delight and the selection of food was of a high standard. Dinner at night had a varied menu and was delicious.

I would like all hotel residents, regardless of who they booked with, to have free access to the spa facilities.

All the staff are lovely and very accommodating.

You are advertised as having air conditioning, and that was the reason for staying at the moor hall, due to my daughter chest problems. but we then discovered that the room we had was on the top floor. The heat hit you as you walked into the room, but reception did bring us a fan, but that didn’t do much, all it did was move the hot air around the room, we couldn’t open the windows due to a wedding going on and everyone been outside smoking.

Great place for a wedding, room clean and comfy. The bar had a great selection and the food we had during the wedding breakfast was lovely!

Being in the second room for breakfast meant that the food we had wasn’t particularly fresh. Those of our party who ate in the main breakfast room said the buffet was replenished quite often with smaller amounts of food but ours was very full and not replenished the whole time we were there for breakfast.

So my only gripe was I returned back from the Bruce Springsteen concert i was hungry. I was asking bar staff about room service and food and they were a bit off border line arrogant when asking questions about food. Anyway, ordered a Sandwich to the room. Just lets say it didnt match expectations. Basically on stale bread, made by bar staff. And £9. Anyway, it was awful. But told reception the next morning and the charge was removed. Anyway, i think the hotel shouldnt service food if not made by a chef. And because it was sorted i have decided to stay again. Booked for several friends for the Betfred Masters at the end of June.

Did not like the spa booking system/extra cost and think guests should not have to book slots of time/ when they think they might want to go ?? weeks before arrival. thought bar drinks a bit ott after price of rooms was quite high to comparable hotels I've stayed at

We stayed over the weekend to celebrate a friends birthday and have to say everything was lovely. All staff I came accross were super friendly and polite, the manager was very visible at all times and personally I liked that he was so present and also very helpful offering help when he saw it may be needed. Breakfast was nice a general hotel buffet but plenty of it and it was kept topped up and I liked that there was an overflow breakfast room as well so no waiting around for a table. We had the carvery dinner, it was a standard selection no complaints dessert options were lovely and very tasty. Overall a great stay and I’d definitely go back.

The lift is a little aggressive when it stops on the floor😃

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety and was tasty. Rooms were OK. Had an iron, ironing board & robes for the spa. Nice bar area.

My husband left his jumper in the room and when I emailed about it I had to chase the response, as they hadn't got back to me and the jumper wasn't found but we knew he left it in the closet. Don't forget anything as you won't see it again.

Lovely room & location with friendly and helpful staff

A number of outside doors allowed entry without a key code or swipe pad. We were able to walkfrom the car park via two doors which allowed us to walk into the hotel without going past reception. The only locked door between us and the outside was our room. Maybe it was a one off but personally I'd prefer more door security
