The room was spotless. Very comfortable and nice and cosy overall. The hotel was very accessible and close to shops too

The lady checking me in was not pleasant. She was speaking to another member of staff and stopped the conversation to check us in. I explained I checked in online. She proceeded in scilence and left a piece of paper infront of my mam and I with a pen. I explained I checked in online again and she said yes, this is about the hotel. I felt her explanation was slow and unfriendly. She seemed more interested in attempting to listen into the conversation her colleagues was having than anything else.

Convenient to get to Dublin from tram, gym, jacuzzi and swimming pool all good. Lidl very close by. Lovely room with view of the stadium and good facilities. Staff were so lovely. Lovely going up the Dublin mountains.

No internet connectivity/netflix on TV. Shower was very hot on some days and could not sort this so some days had to bath instead. Traffic noise was loud and no way to control room temp. The hotel was so lovely and convenient though these problems were not an issue for me at this price range given how hard it was to get hotels for Coldplay :)

Good location, facilities. Reception Julianna good meet and greet and facilities information given. Good parking facilities for friends and family to visit.

Room should have been checked as an Iron was missing. A replacement was obtained. Water bottle was not given for daily use and tea, coffees to be made. The tap on the sink is rusting and makes a loud noise when used. House keeping just throws the tea and coffee packs and not place them as it should. Bathroom door outside handle was broken and could not open the door. Maintained was called and attended promptly.

Hotel is a great spot to stay, free underground parking, easy to get to using the M50. Easy access to the luas line and plenty of buses to get into city or other destinations. Good size swimming pool with sauna and steam rooms attached, as well as onsite gym. Bar and grill spacious with good selection for food and drink. Reception staff very helpful and accommodating but as all our needs were provided, we didn't have much interaction. The rooms are comfortable, clean with everything we needed and beds very comfortable which provided a good nights sleep. We had a view over tallaght stadium.

Rooms were a bit hot at night

I did not arrive till after 3 in the morning so had to ring the bell. Am pleased to say the night man quickly answered it. Smooth check in. Lovely comfortable room. Went for breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. Went and spoke to reception asking if l could leave a little later than 11 as was shattered and she gave me till 1230. I ended up not needing it and left at 1130 but the extra lie down after breakfast made such a difference to the long drive l had ahead. Also being from the UK l was confused about the toll and the reception lady helped me out with that. Overall a good experience and a great half way stop between Belfast and Limerick and l will definetely return. All the staff were lovely.

The tea and coffee making facilities, I was able to leave my bags at the reception, the private car park. I had originally booked in for one night, but decided to stay for a second night and I was given the room at the same rate as the first night. This was greatly appreciated.

I found the menu in the restaurant to be limited.

Friendly helpful staff. Efficient reception and waiting staff. Proximity to Tallaght Square and public transport.

Although clean and comfortable, some mould (under taps) and staining on bathroom tiles and chips in bath enamel. Television reception sometimes broke down. Nothing major except missed some programmes due to pixelation of screen. Menu, especially dinner, restrictive and repetitive. As a coeliac, I found the choices extremely poor and usually went across to the Square to try obtain something there, I have to admit without much success!

After reading some of reviews, was a little concerned, but presently suprised. Staff were extremely helpful. Had a little complaint about quality & temperature of snack that evening in the bar, I mentioned this to a member if staff & reply was very satisfactory, there wasn't a confrontation ( no need) but dealt with efficiently. Car parking was a bonus.Thank you.

A little disappointed with the soap pump over bath, seemed v poor quality ( no lather) . If this hotel has aspirations to be a 4 star, may need a rethink.

Lovely lady on check in and check out. Clean room. Free underground parking. Pool at perfect temperature.

The pool on Sunday morning was virtually taken over with swimming lessons. It's also hard to find your way from the hotel entrance to the fitness centre (there is also an entrance at street level for non-hotel guests) to the fitness centre reception if you don't already know the way, and you need to press a buzzer and wait rather than simply swiping your card to get in.

room was great. we booked an accessible room and it was very big and ideal for what we needed. food was good and bed comfy. we had breakfast in the morning as it was plentiful..

there was no where to just sit relax and have a coffee downstairs. i would have like to relax with friends but we ended up going out. the key didnt work on the sunday and 3 times i had to go downstairs and get it changed that was a pain. the pool was ok ,
