The Location was exactly what we needed, the bus stop is right outside the hotel which takes you to the mega mall or all the way in to the centre of Dublin. The rooms are nice and big, clean great amount of sunlight, the art around the hotel is also beautiful I really enjoyed this hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing!!!

The breakfast was inconsistent, running out of baked bean at breakfast at a hotel is mind boggling. My mother had to ask a few times for more baked beans which took a while to come out although my mother noticed the beans were running low from when we walked in. Additionally if you don't eat pork like myself the breakfast options were very limited, on one of the days they ran out of mushrooms. I couldn't be bothered to complain because the chef who made the eggs at a slight attitude. The manger and the serving staff were lovely tho so it made up for it. Also at dinner the smoke that came from the kitchen in the restaurant was A LOT, the ventilation is not the best, I wouldn't put on my nice clean clothes to eat dinner in there before heading out they will stink of smoke.

Easy to find, staff is very friendly, good restaurant and breakfast, quiet. Private and covered parking on premises is very convenient, as we had a car and were there after the flight and before leaving next morning for the south of Ireland.

Maybe instructions about how to enter the parking (directly go there and press the button, reception will open the gate); instead we parked outside and got instructions from the reception later. But this is just a detail, and except this there is nothing we did not like.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Parking makes a difference, easy to access the hotel so great to base yourself there for trips elsewhere. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

Absence of air conditioning, the room was just too warm at night. Also, the breakfast could be enhanced. My pastry was raw in the middle and hash browns were soggy as they were on a steaming bain-marie. Minor and easy to fix.

The hotel is close to the work location. It is a very nice room. Breakfast was fantastic

My colleague thought the bed was very hard, I thought the bed was fine It was difficult to stand under the shower properly, because the shower is hung incorrectly above the bath. The ventilation was hidden in a wardrobe.

it’s a nice property, rooms are nice and staff are generally helpful when asked and I would stay here again

in the restaurant the food is good but the service is not the best. not rude, very nice in fact but just not attentive at dinner and at breakfast, when you get to the point of going over to a waiter to get a drink it’s not good. I’ve stayed before and the quality of breakfast isn’t as good as I remember, food wise. they should also invest in some more moody lighting. for evening meal I felt like getting my phone torch out to see it. the shower was a bit of a dribble which wasn’t in keeping with the room, which was very nice.

Great room with lots of towels, robe and slippers. Sauna and gym just perfect for one/two people. Not much equipment in the gym but enough to have a workout. Underground parking with lots of free space. Will stay again.

Nothing so far.

The rooms where big and spotless .friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing best I've ever had

Only think was after 9 o clock there wasn't any crisps or nuts at bar or a snack menu for room service the man at reception was very accommodating went out to kitchen and found some packets of sandwiches for us

Lovely room and comfortable bed. Quiet at night and easy to find from the moterway. Staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Dining was not in the building - just across, though I did wonder that if it was raining I'd have difficulty getting there. No easy access to hotel for physical limited disability. A ramp would have helped

Beds were very comfy. Room was spacious. Reception area was nice with plenty of seats. Plenty of parking available in underground carpark. Had a nice lunch in hotel restaurant

There was nobody in reception at check out time. But in fairness there was an express checkout, so we just dropped our room key in there.

Modern and fit for purpose. Meets expectations. Staff very helpful.

Fresh cups at breakfast were noticeably dirty. Not cleaned by any mechanical means as numerous ring stains evident. Scrambled eggs ran out at service table and fried eggs were not an option. Whilst Ireland Rugby won the Cup, am afraid hotel hit the post. Best of luck in the future.
