This hotel has an amazing location. It is almost right in the city center, and there is a tram stop about 100 meters away. It takes about 4-5 minutes to walk to the center. The hotel has its own parking lot, so you don’t need to worry about your car. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast offers a wide selection and is really delicious. As for noise, the rooms are really well soundproofed, and you can hardly hear the trains or trams at all.

A stain on the curtain and forgotten (someone else's) socks in the closet. But overall, the place was clean, and these minor issues didn't spoil the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

Location was very good,10 mins from main square, large shopping centre directly across the road and also the main train station! the level of cleanliness was excellent. Staff were friendly also! Assisted us booking airport transfer and Auschwitz tours.

The beds weren’t the best we had, 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single duvets! Maybe this is the new norm in modern hotels? Pillows were very soft, beds quite low to the ground. Also the bar, no music playing- not somewhere you’d sit for a drink as there is no atmosphere!

Loved everything about this fabulous property, just a 5 minute walk from the main train and bus station and shopping mall. Room was immaculate and the food in the restaurant was superb. Helpful, friendly staff in all departments of the hotel. Thank you Sky Hotel. I will be back soon!

Nothing at all.

Fantastic room - very spacious and clean. The heated floor in the bathroom was a nice and welcome addition! Location was fantastic, so close to all the main tourist attractions and close to eateries of all sorts.

Everything was great.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hotel had a very homely feel to it, and we were welcomed by all members of the team, from reception, dining room and bar staff, to the cleaner's, all offered a warm welcome. The young lady in the bar ( Magdalena?) was so friendly and attentive and could not do enough for us. The hotel is situated a 10 mins stroll from the old town, very close to the main station and fantastic tram links within a 2 min walk. If we were to return to Krakow, we wouldn't consider any other hotel.

Our room was situated near the railway track's, this did not cause any problems for myself or my partner who is a light sleeper, but in case it did the hotel had provided ear plugs. So nothing could be improved.

We are for the 4th time in this hotel, and I will probably choose it again for next trips. It is very comfortable, with everything new and working well, great breakfast as always, and a good location if you need to be near the central railway station and the Old Town in the walking distance. The hotel has its own restaurant so you can have a dinner on the spot, which is very convenient. There are plenty of various shops nearby. Beds are comfy, the rooms are rather spacious and cozy.

You can always hear sounds of transport in the street, but it is an acceptable minus considering all pluses. And a friendly tip for all travelers coming here for the first time: if you have large suitcases, go first to the hotel back yard and enter through the back door, find a lift and use it to carry your luggage, instead of lifting it on the front stairs. They have a signboard on the façade, but it is not quite visible under flowers, so you can miss it :)

The overall experience was very good. Exceptionally clean, staff very polite, excellent location. Breakfast choice was more than I expected with good selection. Our room was at the front of the hotel with the Tram line outside one window and the main Railway line outside the other and although you new that they were there they certainly did not cause any noise issues or disturbance during the night .

As I see mentioned in a previous review, there was not one English TV or film channel which I found disappointing. Not everyone goes out all day and evening and it would make a big difference to some.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent room servicing. Didn’t mix up towels etc. usually when you return to your room the towels are folded and put away. The staff left out towels where we left them so we knew who’s were who’s!! Nice warm room with easy control of heating & cooling. Water provided daily. Tea & coffee in room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location within walking distance of town and meeting points for tours. Near a large shopping mall- approx 200-300 meters away.

Minor niggle- Would have used the bar but there there were no comfortable arm chairs. Would be nice to read your book over a drink. Ended up going to alternative bars for this. Also the view from our window was of a wall- although this wasn’t an issue as we were out and about all day.

It was a great location, rooms were nice & very clean, hotel lobby and bar/restaurant was very nice. Staff were excellent.

Everything! The best hotel we have stayed in Europe. Great room, spacious and modern. Bathroom well laid out with under tile heating. Didn’t hear other quests at all. I’m a light sleeper and I wasn’t woken by the trains near by, hardly heard them. The skylights in the ceiling were a nice touch and had electric blinds for at night. Location was amazing, with large shopping mall and train station across the plaza, less than 3 min walk. Easy 10 min walk to old town. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Could not fault anything about the property and would definitely stay again
