Owning the excellent location, just a few walk to the My An beach which dubbed as one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam as well as in the world. It's also very convenient to pick up you by car or motorbike when you want to travel to other destinations such as Hoi An, Hue due to the very wide road. Surrounding are many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. The 6-storey hotel is modern in design and feature with an green outdoor cafe which is suitable for hanging out and a bar serving cocktails, spirits and smoothies as well. The rooms come in various categories such as: Superior Double Room, Double or Twin Room with Private Bathroom, Deluxe Double or Twin Room with City View, Studio Apartment, SEN Penthouse 2 Bedrooms with Sauna. I stayed at a city-view category Superior Double Room, fully equipped that features a king-sized bed, a war-drop, a Tivi, a mini vault, a kettle, a mini fridge, lamps for reading, open by a magnetic keycard. The restroom small but has everything you need with high standard. In general I was totally satisfied with the room. During the pandemic so the room rates was low and worth for money and worth for stay. Especially, the staffs were helpful, very friendly, comfortable and support enthusiastically. I highly recommended to stay here.

My first assigned room has a very noisy air con and I easily asked the staff to change to another room. The second room was much better. It feels quieter. The room is clean. TV has satellite shows. Lights are yellow, which brings cosy atmosphere. Toilet has hair drier.

Two single beds are combined for a doube bed and it does not feel comfortable enough. Attached to each bed is book reading light. If it is turned off, it releases electric noise which is irritating. Therefore, I had to turn it on during sleep and used paper rolls to hide its light. It's better to get rid of these lights.

Lovely, good-sized studio apartment in one of the more interesting parts of Da Nang. Nice bathroom and shower, and a comfy bed. There is a LOT of storage space available. Kitchen area is a particular highlight, with a great counter work space and enough utensils to work with. Supermarket (Moonmilk), gym and restaurants all very close. Staff are happy to help you if you need them.

Honestly, nothing about the place bothers me. I'm back there again right now, and as I look around the apartment, there isn't a problem with any of it.

The location is perfect: the beach is just 100 meters away, there are many restaurants, cafes (my favourite is Paris Levain), and even a nice gym with AC right in front of it (Lucia Gym). The room was clean and spacious enough. There's a fridge, a cupboard, and a boiler, but no desk to work at one's laptop (I think premium rooms have it probably, but mine was the cheapest option). They offer basic toiletries (toothbrush and comb but no soap, which I find odd) and towels. The shower has hot water and good pressure, and it's closed so it doesn't pour water all over the bathroom floor. The WiFi is fine. The staff is nice. Breakfast is fine. They also have a nice library for the guests.

There wasn't hot coffee for breakfast, only cold coffee. And there was no desk in my room.

By far the nicest and most reasonably priced hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam. It's new, clean, nicely furnished, very closed to the beach. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The room could use some more lights, the ones that are installed are very dim.

The rooms look nice and the locations is perfect for exploring Danang beach. A lot of vegan restaurants nearby. Staff is friendly and attentive.

The bathroom was smelly due to fumes coming from the sewage drain.

The hotel is only 200m from the beach. There are many local restaurants in this area which you can easily reach by walking or taking a taxi

The property doesn't provide bathroom for those who take the train or late flight in the evening in case they have to check out at 12pm. It would be great if they provide such facility for the guests. The guests can take a shower at the beach with 5000vnd

The room was like a large studio apartment with a suitable refrigerator. The television had channels in Vietnamese, English, and Russian. Everything was clean. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The location was excellent (about a 5 minute walk to the beach).

The microwave did not work. There were lots of sugar ants in room.

Guest Friendly/ Value for money. Easy payment process. Regular room cleaning. Hot water round the clock. Good AC positioning in the room. Very quiet due to location in a bylane

Window facing next hotel wall. Room is practically a cave. SEN might have arranged a sort of swimming pool on the roof as other adajacent hotels doing...

Really lovely hotel, the room was spotless, bed was comfy and bathroom was really modern with all toiletries ect. Great location about 10 minutes from the beach but off the main road so was really quiet at night. Also great value for money!
