The property is in an amazing beach location, around a 20 minute walk from the main centre but with lots of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. If you walk towards the harbour and follow the road round there is a lovely beach there too. We stayed in a panoramic sea view room with stunning views of the harbour to the left and the beachfront to the right. The staff on the whole were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, it was really clean and the daily maid service was perfect. The room had a good size fridge plus an iron and ironing board. There were lots of sun-beds and no saving of beds but the pool is open to non residents so it might be different in the height of the season. Pool towels were provided free of charge which was a nice touch

The breakfast was very basic and the same every day. We chose to eat out on our last day for variety. The food was also not replenished if anything ran out. There were also lots of flies around and the majority of food wasn’t covered. The bathroom was dated with a shower over a corner bath and an awful shower curtain. That said, it was very clean and very functional. It could do with a refurbishment for next year. We didn’t get any sun our balcony after 10am which was disappointing.

The seafront location of this hotel is fantastic. You can watch the sunrise each morning from your balcony. There are lots of nice places to sit in the bar and lounge areas and plenty of sunbeds by the pool and seafront. Towels are supplied at reception for the pool which saves you having to pack one. No beds are ever reserved by guests, you can stroll down anytime of the day (in Sept) and get a bed. Those staying in the hotel dont pay but for external visitors its €15 per day for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. Our double room was superb with a very comfortable bed and plenty of pillows/blankets, with a daily cleaning service if desired. AC provided at no extra charge. Half sized fridge. Good sized bathroom. Plenty of sockets. Large TV on wall to allow you connect to your netflix account. Huge balcony area with plenty of furniture, offering the most stunning views over the pool, seafront and harbour areas. The staff at the hotel, from your first arrival at reception to having food or a drink at the bar to the bedroom cleaning team, are all excellent. Special shout out to Yannis who couldnt do enough for us to make our stay more enjoyable, including keeping my husband company when i was unwell.

The only criticisms are the breakfast buffet - very basic options and most items quite unappealing, especially considering the nightly B&B rate. I would stay at the hotel again but on a room only basis as you can buy a breakfast nearby for about €6 to €7 euro. Also the cost of drinks and food at the hotel are very high compared to everywhere else in Tsivili and the portion sizes are small for what you pay for. Finally, there are large bathrooms down slippy and sharp tiled steps into the basement of the hotel serving the pool area. The ladies and gents are unpleasant and dirty. Definitely room for improvement there.

Fabulous hotel, all the staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially Yanis who was a absolute star. The hotel itself has a good size pool and a small pool with plenty of sunloungers & on a small stretch of grass looking over the sea too, all free of charge and the hotel supply beach towels. The hotel in a perfect location right on the beachfront, it was just fabulous, but best to ask for a sea view, which we had, to make the most out of this awesome location. The breakfast I only tried once, which had a good selection but would have benefitted from making fresh omelettes, saying that there is no need as the Boomerang bar/restaurant across the road served wonderful omelettes & the staff there too were fabulous, especially Yeramos who took photos of us while we went out on a jetski. Plenty of bars & restaurants all close by to choose from, the Sports bar just opposite the hotel towards the back serves great food at reasonable prices too, James & Leo there are very friendly. We also hired a car for a day and found booking it through the hotel much cheaper and easier as they dropped it off and picked it up at the hotel and were more flexible with the times, plus we got an extra discount booking it through the hotel too. I must point out a huge thanks also to the reception staff also, as they go out of their way to try and help, as do the cleaners too... the hotel is spotless.... we couldn't fault it!! If I was going to make a suggestion I would say put some coat hangers on the back of the doors as there was nowhere to hang up the bathrobes which were supplied by the hotel along with slippers. Honestly this hotel should be a 5* but I guess not having a gym and no evening entertainment is probably why they are not but everything else is fantastic and it made our holiday, we will definitely return to the same hotel if we were to return to Tsilivi, Zante. Buffet style breakfast. Although good choice of cereal, continental & cooked breakfast, the latter was generally luke warm and wasn’t replenished without asking. Food left uncovered throughout the session

We choose this hotel due to its proximity to the beach and walkable distance to restaurants. Very nice welcome from Reception, we arrived super early at 11ish but were able to check in to both of our rooms already. Photos of the bathroom looked a little dated on photos but in reality the bathroom was fine, very clean, lots of really good shampoos, conditioners, body wash, shower caps etc. available. Bedroom was spacious and big balcony with view of the sea. Bed was comfy, airco worked fine. Breakfast was basic but fine, nice option to order the eggs you want fresh. Daytime staff at the pool and bar were great. Food was really good (Chicken club a recommendation). Pool was a nice size and clean. Water sport options close by.

Only think we didn't like were the plastic / meshy sun parasols which are fixed in the ground. We couldn't move these and they only half protected you from the sun. Fine for those who aren't fussed about needing full shade.

We came to this hotel second time and we will for sure be back. The hotel has a great location, just by the sea, two pools with many sun beds available. View is breathtaking! Super helpful staff, in particular Yiannis is extremely friendly, fast in serving clients, offering advice, tactful and just in the right place at the right time-you could really feel that he enjoys his job. We also loved cuisine, we had tried majority of the menu and whatever we ordered both kids and adults really enjoyed the food, and we are not easy to please:) and last but not least, super clean rooms, we have never had in Greece such high standard of cleaning every day. Plus lovely cosmetics and vanity sets available. I’d definitely recommend the place.

What a special place, the location, the hotel and the staff. Exceeded our expectations. So close by for restaurants, entertainment and trips but with the bliss of a seafront position, family feel and little haven!

Naturally as years go by preferences in the decor/facilities change. A very modern hotel with the exception of dated bathrooms (shower over bath with curtain) in all seafront rooms

Loved this place and all staff were amazing especially yiannis the bar man,he’s great and very welcoming.anna on reception is also very helpful .rooms are lovely and spacious with great balcony’s overlooking the sea.breakfast was nice and fresh and lots of variety .this hotel is honestly one of the best and can’t wait to return in the near future.

Showers are a bit small but doesn’t put me off returning

Location is fantastic right next to the beach, large pool lots of sun beds, friendly staff. Lady on reception very knowledgeable of area she was very helpful and remembered us from previous visits,

Bathrooms need updating, flimsy shower curtains water goes all over floor when showering could be dangerous for older person have mentioned this in the past.

Perfect location. Amazing views direct access to the beautiful clear water. All staff friendly helpful. Relaxed laid back while still professional. Breakfast very good lots of choice. Very clean. If you put do not disturb on door cleaners still came back when you removed it no matter what time and cleaned your room. Lots of sun beds available.

Only thing i would change is update steps to the sea as not good if poor mobility noticed some was struggling to get in and out.
