Very nice and clean resort. Staff is always friendly and very willing to solve our requirements. Excellent service, excellent food anytime. Late breakfast is very good idea 😉.... Special thanks to Nadir from beauty saloon, he makes a good job, thanks to Sami from Blue Marine restaurant....and thanks to all people which make very good job. The oriental market and Mosque so near to the resort is like coming trom the old Oriental Fairy Tale.... Shortly: AMAZING!

The beach could be cleaning better. Shortly: needs to remove the garbage coming from the Sea and from Russians....

Hospitality was amazing, welcoming from concierge Issac to reception staff, Mr.Abanoub and Farouq was very helpful. Then house keeper Ahmed montaser. Food variety with very good quality food 👌 Plus Animation staff and them activities every day and night shows are excellent. Thanks to service from gerges and hana and ahmed and abd.elmassih. Sandy Beach is perfect .

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, evidence of which is that it was my fourth stay this year ! This hotel is just a different world in itself, from the moment you walk in, you feel an atmosphere of total relaxation and calm. All of the staff, without exception, provide a very high level of service throughout the hotel at all stations (all F&B outlets, reception, housekeeping) always with a smile and a good word. I worked in the past in the hotel industry, and am particularly appreciative of the impeccable service level provided by Iberotel staff and management. I know it is not a simple task to maintain such a constant high level, but you are definitely doing something right and succeeding in doing precisely that. Thank you to all the team from a very satisfied guest. Keep up the good work, it is highly appreciated !!

The staff are so friendly, Muhammed Ali the barman, Islam Ramadan and Romani are the beat! We were a group of 12 people and we felt like home. The food is so delicious although we were a bit suspicious about it but it was perfect. The property is always clean. The property beach is so nice as well. The pool is small and I think it’d be better if the bar is directly at the pool so we dont have to exit the pool to get a drink, but in total, me and my friends will be back for sure.

Maybe that the pool bar is not directly at the pool and we need to get out of the pool to get a drink.

Its location in the region is close to the airport and right next to old town. Sea was perfect. The beach is very clean. While I was swimming, I saw a staff clean the sunbeds from the sand. on the one hand, they were washing the sunbeds. this is something that is not available in most places and it was clear that they loved their job and that they had not done their job sloppy. They kept the beach incredibly clean. The hotel is very secure, they noticed the car I rented and immediately took a copy of the car license. This is a very important detail. Special thanks to Muhammed and Walid, front desk staff, for their all interest. All the staff are nice,smiling and helpful, and it seems that they do this from the heart. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff, when they saw you in the corridor, they asked if we needed anything. It seems that the hotel management has embraced the hospitality business. I would like to thank Mr. Tarek Sanad, the general manager of the hotel, for his kind fine letter. Thank you to the whole hotel team for making our holiday beautiful.

The hotel is conveniently located to the town centre and the beach. There is a wide variety and selection of different restaurants to choose from at the hotel. We were spoilt for choice. The meals were all superb. There are 2 massive swimming pools. There is entertainment almost every night.

I have no faults at all.

Everything was amazing,the staff were so helpful and kind, and couldn't do enough for you.the room was amazing, and we both enjoyed our stay very much,we certainly will be returning next year.

I did not like reception when arrived as they gave me worst room in resort. However, Mr. Salem Hamdy listened to our complaints & moved us to excellent room & allow us for late check out for free. Thank you Salem as you made our 25th Anniversary perfect. I do recommend the hotel - We loved the beach, restaurants, & old city nearby. I should thank other staff for very good service Karim, Zeyad, & Mohammed.

Friendly staff, and great location. Just a 30 second walk to the beach, while only being a 2 minute walk from Old Sharm.

Beds and pillows weren't comfortable. The food was ok, but not great.
