Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are great and helpful despite the pressure. Slides are great and well maintained. The resort is clean, and the connection to aqua park hotel is great as well.

The only negative is the food and restaurants. Restaurants are always crowded and not clean. Food is below average and not well maintained during the buffet time. This point needs alot.of attention from the administration.

Our initial booking had been for 2 rooms for a family of 6. We'd requested for the rooms to be together with a pool view. Unfortunately the rooms were not next door to each other (which to be fair, had not been promised by the hotel). After Our first night we realised the arrangement was not workable as the kids room had 2 boys and 2 girls and just one bathroom. We were offered a much bigger room, comprising of a suite (living room + 2 bedrooms). This was perfect for us! We were moved swiftly and could actually start settling into enjoying our holiday. It was slightly further out to the edge of the resort which meant a lot more walking to the restaurants (and especially to the sister hotel's waterpark), but it was also a lot quieter so we didn't mind. Some callouts to specific individuals that made our hotel brilliant: - Mahmoud Sayid, our housekeeper kept our room clean and spotless, was always smiling and welcoming and even did a few fancy towel sculptures :) - Ahmed Hussein, a chef in the main restaurant was excellent at helping us understand which foods were ok for our children given their allergies to dairy, eggs, sesame and nuts. He even prepared a couple of dishes specifically for them! fantastic! - Mahmoud Ali, our host in the restaurant was always there to attend to our needs, finding (and reserving) tables even during busy times. Very friendly and always went out of his way to get hold of treats for the kids - Kamal Mohamed, in reception for helping to arrange for a bigger room for our needs and being always approachable and friendly - Mahmoud Zidane, reception manager and the go-to guy to get anything sorted (great guy to know!) The experience you have when you tip is miles better than when you dont - keep that in mind!

These are minor gripes and more FYI for readers and hotel to review: - there seemed to be some waist water drainage issues in our room. Both bathrooms had a foul whiff at times of the day. it disappeared after a while but happened far too many times. - poor maintenance on some of the restaurant furniture. on two occasions we found staples sticking out causing potential injury - most of the pools are not heated. I guess because it's not economically feasible to do so but I think visitors should keep this in mind. - there was no actual seafood at the 'seafood restaurant', not sure why that is lol

-Staff very friendly and helpful , thanks for room services Mr Hassan for making our stay comfortable - Booked superior Deluxe with pool view ; rooms very clean , modern , air conditioner and hot water 10/10 To multiple channels - food was not bad but it can be improved ( - lots of food and snacks u will never feel hungry - safeguarding every where - beach vey clean - Resort is vey clean - My kids loved evening entertainment programs - Aqua park and pools exactly what we were looking for

- Cashier team was not nice and uncooperative almost ruined our stay ( got free upgrades from reception and was satisfying after that ) - check in and check out time very un organised and long - deserts same every day and was tasteless - if u are single or family without children I don’t think it is a good place for u as it was vey crowded

Best stay of Sharm Elsheikh 06/2023! Our stay in Albatross aqua blue this year was exceptional! I’ve been in tons of resorts in Sharm Elsheikh before, but nothing like this time. Pickalbatros Aqua blue made everything right! The whole resort was extremely clean and staff were amazing!!! Beach, slides, restaurants , bars, customer service at desk and restaurant was beyond excellent!!! I would like to take the time to show my appreciation in a little thanks to the following workers for the excellent effort that they genuinely showed: - [x] All front desk that helped us check us all in in matter of couple of minutes and greeted us with drinks at our arrival to the hotel! - [x] Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Ali, the manager of the Italian and Mediterranean restaurant for the high level of service and respect. Keep up the excellent work, Mahmoud!! - [x] Another special thanks to the artist, Zain, from house keeping. We came back everyday from outside found our room nicely done with the amazing art that Zain created on our beds to put the smile on the face of my wife and my kids! Keep up the good work, Zain! - [x] Service at this resort was extremely amazing and also when I called the front desk and I asked the operator if you guys found lost iPhone and front desk sent me to mr.Magid that found it and kept my son’s phone safe! I really couldn’t find one thing wrong to write about this property. This is was amazing!

The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay, from the receptionist to all workers. Their attentiveness and helpfulness were evident in addressing our every need. They diligently made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, even accommodating our late check-out request. Mustafa Adel and Ahmad Mustafa deserve special recognition for their exceptional care and attention. Ragab from room service exceeded our expectations in his duties. He meticulously cleaned our room, ensuring we had all the necessary amenities. His artistic towel work added an element of enjoyment to our stay. The culinary offerings were delectable. The breakfast menu provided a diverse range of options, while lunch and dinner were equally impressive. The all-inclusive buffet catered to various tastes, with exceptional pizzas and an extensive dessert menu. The grilled chicken and seafood were also highly regarded. The hotel is highly recommended for families with children, as it offers several heated swimming pools and an aqua park. The beach is conveniently accessible within a 5-minute walk, with a complimentary shuttle service operating every 30 minutes. The area is secure and safe. In the evenings, the hotel provides exceptional evening entertainment for children. We would like to express our gratitude to the animation team for their engaging activities throughout the day and their exceptional care for our daughter in the kids’ club.

The room was comfortable and clean. The food was delicious and fresh and there were more than 1 restaurant. The aquapark was wonderful and we had access to pickalbatros aqua park as well wich we enjoyed. The life guards are always there to guarantee your safety. There were activities to do and many cafes to sit in. The men on the drinks bar were helpful. The staff were always smiling and willing to help. Special thanks to Mr Kamal and mr Mohamed Salah in the reseception and the room service men. The pools are clean. The beach is rocky not sandy but this is not bad as the water is not shallow and you can sea colourful fishes swimming beside you and the water is not rocky it won't hurt your feet. Don't forget your snorkling tools =).

-The sea bus after the break is every 1 hour which is a long period. -Some staff isn't professional. Noticed that some life guards of the aqua park don't like foreigners. They treat them well but can say bad words about them in Arabic. Another thing, One of the men who serve tables in the medetranian restaurant asked if I have fb or whatsapp which is not appropriate at all. -The animation team isn't really friendly and the Arab ones prioritise foreigners over egyptians and the non Arab ones are not active. -The waves of the waves pool only was turned on 3 times for 20 minutes with weak waves only on the last day the waves were a bit stronger.

water in most of the pools is colds same entertainment ( mostly for kids and in Russian language with poor translation) hell a lot of Russians

Everything. Check-in and check-out were smooth and done quickly, we've got an upgrade to the Jacuzzi swim-up bungalow ☺️ which was very spacious. Food is varied and you have a big selection and many restaurants if you don't like a dish you'll like another, I tried almost everything but I only had 2 nights so can't talk about long stays. Albatros all-inclusive includes almost everything even popcorn from sport bar by the night show, entertainment was enjoyable, the entertainer was Egyptian and spoke 3 languages on stage, Arabic, English and Russian, he did a great job 👍 You can go to the next Albatros Aqua park by just crossing both gates, snacks beverages and ice cream from the pool bars are included

If only it was by the beach, although there's a shuttle to their sister private beach every few minutes

Best all-inclusive holiday we have ever been on! We went with our two daughters (6 and 9) in July/August for two weeks. The first thing we noticed was the water slides and pools are amazing and everywhere. So many water slides, and pools for every age. Queues for the slides were fine, sometimes no queuing, some times a minute or two if busy. Lifeguards were everywhere and did their job well. There was even a pool with a wave machine which did 20 minutes of waves a few times a day. You can even use the sister Aqua park hotel next door for free, which was great. The grounds are extremely well maintained, there are lovely gardens and lawns as you walk around the resort. Food was fantastic, I was worried that the variety wouldn't be there after reading some reviews, but there was a great selection every day in the main restaurant, and with three restaurants around the complex with other cuisines. Outside the main restaurant, there was a bbq every night. Everything all-inclusive, nothing to pay for. Alcoholic drinks were great, I had the wine and beer and both were much better than some all-inclusive resorts I've been to! Cocktails were available as well on the all-inclusive tariff. No queues for the bar, and waiter service in the evening. Our waiter in the main restaurant, Mostafa, was a legend and looked after us really well!  There is a free shuttle bus to the hotel beach, where you can see marine fish really close up. Our room cleaner (Mahmoud) was fantastic, our room was always spotless and he visited every day and made us peacocks and crocodiles and many other animals out of the towels which our children loved. We had wifi in our room with absolutely no problems. Reception service was great. They sorted out everything we needed and when I lost my key and got locked out. Big shout out to Ahmed, who oversaw all of the reception service and was fantastic throughout the holiday. Overall, it was a tremendous holiday, I would recommend it 100%!

Everything was good to great about the Aqua Blu - comfy spacious room, great beds, great cleaning staff. Water park great fun with smiling staff, clean water. Easy quick walk over to the sister waterpark so loads of rides, something for every age and speed range requirement! Food was good to excellent and excellent hygiene, no tummy bug problems at all for our family. Useful shuttle to beach which had very easy snorkelling, good for those not confident in the water. A fantastic stay, would love to come back.

Slightly better quality wine in the restaurants would have been nice.
