The hotel is very good located, it is only 20 min walk to Old Market and Farsha Cafe. The sea is wonderful, it was clean and you can swim with different kinds of fishes. As we flight at night, we reached the hotel at 4 am, they gave us the room at 8:30, it was quiet good but I expected them to give the room earlier because I know they had empty rooms. Our first room was very old and not clean enough. We told about it to the reception and they immediately changed our room. The new room was perfect according to other room. We stayed in 3029, the view of room was fantastic. Although the rooms need to be renovated, our new room was comfortable for us. The beach was clean and sunbeds was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly, accept the guy in the Veranda Bar. The foods was enough, the breakfast was weak but we could find enough to eat, omlette cheese vs but the variety of bread in the breakfast is scarce. The lunch and dinner has much more variety. They gave us a gift dinner which included sea food plate. It was delicious. They allowed us late check out at 3 pm. After check out they allowed us to use the hotel facilities. The variety of alcohol was medium. Although the taste of wine was good, wine served warm, nearly hot. This was the most disturbing thing about the drinks. In the beach bar you can find only beer, the variety can be wide in the beach bar. The cocktail are not perfect. About the hotel the most important thing for us; we never waited in the queue for something. We were very comfortable in the dinner and in the bars while getting food or drinks. We easily find sunbeds although we go to the beach late.The staff in the restaurant tried to do the best to serve quickly. They served ice cream and cold coffee, it was good.The elevator worked perfectly to the beach.

The coldness of the wine could be much better. The some of the rooms should be renovated. The staff in the beach started to clean and fix the sunbeds at 17:00, it was disturbing because it was the most beautiful time of the day to enjoy the beach and sunsets. We chose the last sunbeds in the beach inorder not to effect from the noises of the fixing sunbeds. They can straighten the sunbeds later around 18:00-19:00

Everything exceeded our expectations. All in all we had a wonderful experience. The first thing that captured our attention is the cleanliness of the resort and its common utilities areas. The resort has this amazing fresh scent at all times. Very friendly staff serving with big smile at all times. We especially would like to thank Mr. Attiya the General Manager for always being available and for having such a wonderful team. Mr. Ramadan and the front desk team, Mr. Salah from the reservation department, Ahmad and Marwan from the swimming pool bars. Sayed and Ahmed from the restaurant as well as chef Adel Sobhy. Mr. Ramadan at the reception upgraded our room and changed its location based on our request, and even accompanied us by himself making sure we are fully satisfied. We had a very spacious and comfortable family room. Also and against an insignificant incident, Mr. Attiya, the hotel manager personally came to us apologizing on behalf of the workers concerned -not from the hotel staff- and made sure we were fully satisfied and that incident was never repeated again. The resort has very nice amenities, a nice beach -quite sandy although the presence of some rocks-, 2 swimming pools, 2 bars around the pools + a club house - 1 beach bar and restaurant and a SPA. We tried the massage and it was good. The animation team is very fun and active yet they don't disturb the guests unnecessarily. The evening entertainment is very nice compared to other resorts around the Red Sea. The sister hotel (Albatros Blue?!) has got a fantastic aqua park (for an extra charge and a free shuttle bus) where we could spend a very fun day there. The main restaurant has an amazing view from atop the hill. The food quality is very good. The food was always tasty. Only the dessert section could be improved (quality, taste and variety-wise). We highly recommend the hotel and we are very grateful to all the staff for making our stay a happily memorable one.

incredible location, such an amazing view. one of the very very few spots in Sharm where there's almost no wind on the beach: you can easily enjoy the sea and the sun, being in a total relax environment. Staff is so welcoming, they always smile and cheers and want to help you in many ways. Rooms maybe need a renewal but they are still enjoyable, nice and clean.

Apart from the reception staff, would be nice for other employees to understand a little bit more of english (don't really care about italian). but hey, it's ok. Food could be cooked better, less repetitive and a little bit more international (breakfast and beach lunch are still good, tho).

Best location in the Sharm El Sheikh because the hotel is situated in the most quiet bay almost not available for winds, it s a big advantage. Friendly and helpful staff. The managemett has no equal in the bonus and copmlimentary offers. Anforgedable see wiev on the bay, nice and clean beach, a lot of fish, sun, good emoutions. The animation team very sparcling, cheerful and groovy Our spetial thenks to housekeeping service to the manager and to the staff - Mukhammad. Food and bevereges really unlimited. Our best recomendations!

I had some negative thoughts on hotels in Sharm in general before coming to Sharm and staying in this hotel for 5 nights. The location was close to the city center even by walking. The whole staff, the animation team, guys at the reception, all of them were so sweet, kind and helpful. The beach, the spacious room and the balcony... I liked everything! Wish I could stay more! <3 The complimentary dinner was amazing, if you got all inclusive package, do not skip it, it's amazing! I even tried yoga and bachata here at this hotel for the first time in my life thanks to the animation team, haha

Taste of food is quite different in Egypt - not just in the hotel- from what we have in Turkey. Personally I didn't make it a big problem but if you're a foodie and coming from Turkey, it can make you really sad. But the hotel so many choices, so you won't starve don't be scared and do not consider any of those negative comments. Cocktails can be better. Thank god I'm a beer person but tried cocktail once and did not like it at all.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and as always, everything was exceptional. A special mention goes to Mr. Ahmed Khaled and Mr. Ramadan at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our entire family. We must also commend the staff at the main restaurant, the staff at the beach restaurant, the room service team, the porter who assisted with our luggage — all were incredibly helpful and attentive. The staff’s constant smiles create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. One of the features we love most about this hotel is its private beach located within the hotel premises, eliminating the need to leave the property. It’s perfect for a stress-free holiday. The beach is mostly sandy, but water shoes are useful if you explore the area for a good snorkeling spot to admire the beautiful Red Sea fish. We had an excellent stay once again and are already looking forward to returning next summer. This hotel has truly become our family’s favorite in Sharm El Sheikh!

it was the best experience ever. Mr Ramadan was very helpful and very welcoming. We had a late flight and he welcomed us to stay late and use all the facilities. We were really very pleased. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable and also all the resort was very clean. The restaurant is really great. all kinds of delicious food. we really enjoyed every moment. infront of the beach you can see all the beautiful underwater beauty. we took many videos of lovely fishes. All the stuff also were very kind. Next time we come to this beautiful country we will choose Albatros Sharm Resort again.

The food quality and variety was excellent. Food by the beach was amazing ! All the facilities were super clean and the room was super tidy. Toilet was a little dated but perfectly functional with a water heater in the toilet so didn't have any issues. Food... one of the best I've experienced and I've stayed in many hotels for work. They really watch the quality closely.. superb... And they have exceptional coffee 🥰 Beach is probably the best I've experienced lately, its on a cove so water activities were rampant , banana boats, para sailing, snorkeling, glass boats to see the corals beneath... And I cannot speak enough about the staff and how hospitable they were. Simply the best, warm, polite and always smiling. Cant wait to go back !

Pool area needs focus. I know the pool is ignored by everyone since the beach is phenomenal, but some music and a more vibrant animation team would be nice.. at least 2 days a week or something. Not an issue though, it just seemed too quiet for me.

I had a wonderful stay at Albatros Sharm Resort, thanks in large part to the excellent service provided by the staff. Mr. Ahmed Khaled and Mr. Ramadan at the reception were exceptionally nice and helpful, making every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. Additionally, the staff at the Sea View Restaurant were very kind and caring, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I also loved that the beach was right by the hotel, making it perfect for snorkeling and watching the beautiful fish. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a hospitable and welcoming stay.

Food, room cleaning, outdoor cleaning are great. This is a true family hotel. That's why we come every year and continue to come. We will continue. This is like our home.
