The staff was amazing. We were able to check in early which we were extremely thankful for. We had an issue with our room but they were able to get that taken care of while we were at the conference. We ordered room service as we were unable to muster the energy to go look for food (MS). It took a while but it was expected. The huge conference & a large wedding looks like. The food was delicious. Parking was scary but thankfully there was valet so we didn't have to figure it out. I hope they select this place again next year. The ambiance of the hotel is great as well. Modern & very trendy. I feel like the ambiance was very romantic like as well. Dark features, mirrors, intimate lobby seating. I just really enjoyed this place.

Location. Nice room.

Valet parking only! Problem for EV users who use their phone as the car key rather than an actual car key. Used the parking lot next door - turned out to be much cheaper (3 nights/days for the price of 1 night/day for valet parking)! Had the coffee on morning 1. Not replaced (coffee bags, cups), so had no coffee available for morning 2. Coffee replaced on day 2, so we could have coffee on morning 3.

The room was great. I loved everything about this room. It was cleaned perfectly and the staff was even better.

The parking option could have been better. It took too long for Valet to bring the cars around. I understand them parking the cars for us but why we cant go to the parking deck and get our own cars. Valet moved too slow when we needed our vehicle to make a reservation and that reservation was almost missed due to the long wait to receive my car.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The bathroom was very nice. I like the different styles of lighting in there. I wish it would have had a microwave along with the mini fridge So we could have warmed up leftover food. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of outlets to plug up any devices.

My room was clean tidy-sheets and pillows. The mint shampoo really gave my experience a fresh touch. It’s located close to so many other locations. I liked the livingroom-like lobby. It’s a nice/safe place to stay at.

There’s not much to do within the hotel. Somehow the rooftop bar is not the hotels rooftop it on the 1st or 2nd floor rooftop -bummer- so you won’t be getting any building shots without the glass reflection. They don’t offer free-breakfast.

The style very slick and modern finishes not a super casual hotel elegant but over all amazing hotel especially with the rooms and views

The staff was great, very friendly. Also the location was great. Room looks great. I was pretty busy all days during my stay so I didn't really get a chance to explore the hotel in more details.

Parking is only valet and pretty expensive, $45/night. Also, breakfast is not included in the room booking.

Can’t lie, the couch in 2119 could have been better. Had some noticeable wear & tear. Nothing that “I” would personally nit pick about but it does take away from the overall aesthetic of the type of suite I had.

I did not eat the breakfast but I did enjoy the location of the hotel.

The view from my room window was a little awkward due to the fact they were building something right that.

Check-in was flawless and everyone is so nice. The room was perfect, very clean and stocked with brand name essentials. The onsite bar was nice to meet after a long day. Close to many restaurants

the availability of snacks and drinks was limited but there is a store close by so was not horrible
