It was very nice and clean

what I didn’t like about the property is that you can’t understand the people at the front desk they tell you one thing, but then tell you another when you have left the facility to check out because the open bar that was inside the room. The man said it was free but when we checked out and left and came home, they said we owe them 300 and something dollars for the open bar inside the room if I would have known any of that I wouldn’t have touched any of it they say it’s a sign in the room that says there, but it wasn’t one in mine.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I'll come back in the summer when the pool is accessible. It was closed for the winter. The whole staff was very helpful and attentive. Valet was even helpful

On the website when I booked it stated that breakfast was included. I paid extra for it being included. However, when it was time for breakfast the next morning, I eventually had to pay for breakfast. I was a bit upset that I had to pay more money for something the website said was included

I loved the ambiance. The location was convenient to everything. The Local Motive restaurant had great food. Huge shoutout to the 2 beautiful bartenders in the lounge area. The drinks, conversations, and vibes were on point. It def gave nightclub vibes and the live DJ was spinning some of the hottest tracks from the 90s and 2000s. I will def stay here anytime that Im in Atlanta

Perfect location! The room service was fast and the food is so good. Very helpful staff.

The Wet bar had only 1 bartender on a Saturday afternoon, took about 25 minutes to get 2 drinks! I would make sure there’s 2 when it’s summer time, it was a turn off having to wait in a long line. We would’ve have stayed much longer!

The beds were VERY soft for my personal taste. The room was lovely and I was really impressed with the door in the bathroom that goes from the main door to the toilet room (haven't seen that before in my travels!)

I struggled to find the in-room dining info until I called and was pointed to the QR Codes. The TV guide isn't very helpful (shows channel but not what's on it). I was there for a conference and the food was very delicious. Parking fee seems pretty steep but I guess that's downtown for you!

Modern and energetic feel. The music and styling gives a New York feel. Walking distance from Aquarium and Conference Center if you enjoy walking. About a 5 - 7 min ride without traffic.

The area where you pull onto the property gets congested quickly. It's not a big space at all for cars.

The staff was professional and very helpful. Housekeeping on the 12 th fl floor was excellent. Our African-American blonde waitress in the dining room for breakfast was very engaging! Our Spa service was an A. Massage and facial 4 + We both enjoyed the surroundings. Very relaxing Overall, we had a 9 rated stay. Would recommend without hesitation.

The ice machine was broken on the 12th floor the entire stay.

The valet workers was so friendly from the time I pulled up til I got out the car they made my birthday..the lady valet worker was even giving me recommendations to go to..Staff was overall pleasant and helpful had me laughing.The robe was loved and room very nice

No microwave and couldn’t use the refrigerator.. Paying for parking everyday thought that should be included based on how much it cost to stay or at least a flat rate n not per day

Beds were very comfortable. Staff were genuinely nice and sincere. Facility is very nice and well secured. In room dining is like going out to a top notch restaurant. Service was quick and valet were great.

What is not to love? Even the locals were friendly.
