The hotel is amazing! I love the history it offers. The staff were friendly and the Concierge was so helpful in finding us things to do and see while we were there.

I was upset to find out that the pool had permanently closed due to a previous flood. I did not see that on any listing for the property and it was one of the reasons I booked here.

Property was beautiful, elevators ran quickly, especially given how busy the area was. The coffee shop attached was extremely convenient, and served good coffee and better biscuits. The desk and valet services were wonderful, and deserve every tip you give.

My only minor complaints is that the washer and dryer units in my suite were a bit loud, but that is likely due to their age, but they worked perfectly fine. The other issue was the fridge did leak a bit in the middle of the night, due to likely not having been used for anything more than leftovers for a long time, so throwing in a few 12 packs of drinks and a 30 pack of water bottles, likely made it struggle a bit and caused any leftover ice in the fridge to melt. But mind you these are very minor issues that likely will not impact your overall experience.

When we arrived we were upgraded to a great suite on the 3rd floor. I assume it was an apartment at one time. 304 I believe was the room. It was exceptional and I appreciated the upgrade. Several years ago my husband was a patient at Emory for several weeks. The Georgian Terrace was my hotel during that time. The staff was accommodating and I was so glad to have a warm and comfortable place to stay with a wonderful restaurant. I must mention our Door Man on the evening of the 5th of January was awesome. We had ordered an UBER that never arrived. He took care of the situation and we ordered another ride . Much thanks to the Georgian and their staff especially at the front desk.

Nothing, it was a wonderful experience.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite; the size was great. The overall appearance was okay, but it was a little dated. The grout in the tiling was old, and the bed sheets were stained, but when addressed with staff, they apologised and offered a discount on my stay. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast was excellent; the food was made exactly how I requested it. Location is great but o local shops. The door staff and main desk staff are very helpful and respectful. My only complaint is the dated kitchen. The units are incredibly dated and the appliances. But overall, I enjoyed my stay. Would I stay again? Yes/

The dated Kitchen, appliances and grout in the bathroom shower were old.

The hotel itself is beautiful and grand in a historic way. The staff was always available and helpful. Located in a great spot for access to coffee shops and restaurants.

The room we were given did not match the description given when booked. The kitchen was in a closet and had no cups or plates….why offer a kitchen?! We had friends with us traveling from Germany and the kitchen, lack of closet in the first bedroom and only one garbage can in the entire room was very perplexing to them. I would stay again, but I would be more picky about which room I’m assigned. I think the hotel allowed us to check in early, but didn’t give us a good room. We were only in our room to sleep, so we didn’t request another.

Location, rather big room even for a family, history of the hotel… The first presentation “Gone with the Wind” was done in the opposite cinema across the road in 1938 and the main actresses stayed in this hotel.

Staff, management is terrible. They do not care about the customers and misuse/betray the location of the hotel and infrastructure. They cheated us on Booking saying that free parking is available and then charged us 40$/day Though parking opposite the hotel is 16$/day, but I understand not fully safe(( when I pointed out that parking had been included in our booking just sent me far away practically speaking( No room service, which is very strange for such a hotel…

I loved the beautiful historical architecture and the location. We walked to the varsity and enjoyed the city life for an evening. We got to capture some wonderful pictures.

Booking.com did not mention a $75 security deposit so that was an unexpected expense. The terrace door was bolted shut and the weather was immaculate. Booking.com was also not kept up to date with property details such as the whole pool area being closed for renovations. It was a bit too cold to swim but I booked the room because of the picture from the pool area overlooking the city night lights.

Bed was very comfy, room was huge, lots of storage space, and the A/C worked wonderfully. I felt pretty safe there as a solo female. Location was good for my purposes (work conference), don't know if it'd be good for a tourist because it's located in what seems like a business district.

It was mostly clean except for a few hairs left in the shower. The housekeepers knocked on my door three times on my morning of check-out. This was pretty annoying because I was trying to rest before a long travel day. The front desk didn't communicate to housekeeping about my late check-out. Also, I was approved for a room with a view but when I checked in, they said they didn't have any rooms like that so I had an ugly view.

Our stay was very comfortable. Unit on 9th floor was very clean and spacious for our family of 3 with 2 small dogs. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Hotel is centrally located.

My only complaint is that there is absolutely nowhere close by (no grass) to walk dogs. Staff at the Georgian asked me to use some artificial turf that belonged to the Indigo hotel next door. Security at the Indigo asked us not to use it. I will not stay here again if I have my pets.

The Georgian Terrace truly is one of those grand classic hotels from a bygone era and we enjoyed the feel of the place, even though we stayed in what seems to be a newer part of the hotel. Our suite on the 8th floor was comfy with a small sitting room, a good-sized bedroom, and a nice little balcony. Proper amenities like good bedside tables and lights, comfortable chairs and a desk, but surprisingly, no refrigerator. The atrium when you enter is very cool, and also neat from the upper floors by the elevators. Close to a Marta stop and several good restaurants.

Slightly flaky wifi and a confusing message about only one device being permitted, though it seemed it was possible to have more. It's part of the Hilton group and Hilton seems to indulge in pretensions of luxury where we'd rather have a little funkiness.
