We booked all inclusive swim up room, which has a private pool in the balcony, it is little deep for people less than 150 cm and risky. Do not book if you have kids. The staff is amazing, welcoming and very friendly, we felt home! Coming to the restaurant, I swear we met the nicest and most skilled people ever, I have been in more than 15 resorts and this one is the top. Let me now shout out to specific persons, Mr shnouda at the main restaurant is such warm hearted person who will make u feel that u know each other for a while, Mr Abdo, the feteer man, he is the most skillful and funny person who will make you the best bakeries ever! Mr Ahmed Saeed, will make you the special omlette that you will like. Mr Mostafa at the main restaurant, no doubt he will welcome your kids and make them love him easily! Going to manzoku Asian restaurant, Mr Ahmed Amin provided us with one of the best sushi selection! The restaurant is very luxurious and classy with some sort of music or singing going on live. Moving to the night entertainment, they are very nice I wish if they last more than an hour of dancing❤️ The guenian ladies are adorable. Going to the pools, they are of different depths for every one, the aqua park also is very good but little slippery floor. The beach is sandy and rocky but definitely will need beach shoe. There is snorkeling and diving center there but the cost of diving is very expensive! The transportation is available using drive in app or wtever taxi you can use! The house keepers, the life guards, every single one is going above and beyond! There are other amenities like kids area, volley ball session, aqua gym, kids parties. tennis which are free to use .

The only problem is the shisha on the swimming pool of the kids! I did not like the idea but looks working for people I also suggest if they add egyptian traditional dancing for the night shows on daily basis to show our culture and as the most of the guests were Arabs.

I only stayed for two days, because my flight home was cancelled, but I wish I had spent the full 10 days in this hotel, instead of the other so called 5 star hotel. This really is 5 stars! I was welcomed with a drink at the check-in, and got a beautiful renovated room with a sea view in building 8. For my next visit I will book the deluxe swim-up room as it looked so nice. The pools are very pretty, and the beach is beautiful. Great snorkeling area as well. They serve cold wine from bottles, not from warm dispensers like the other hotel i stayed at. The food is presented beautifully at the buffet, with indoor and outdoor seating in romantic setting with soft lighting. They also have several real restaurants which is included in the all inclusive if you book. I loved the pizza in the snackbar by the beach. The gardens are beautiful and has birdlife. The staff is excellent and servicemimded, and they have lots of activities for everyone. They have live entertainment in the evening, but not too much annoying club music played all day and night (like some other hotels). Its very suitable for families, but also great for couples or solo-travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit in Sharm. 🌞🏝️🫶🏼💯

Could have had cushions in the balcony-chairs. But that's a minor detail. Loved it!

Some mild improvements to the main buffet would be good Increase the number of transportation (golf carts or bus) The booking rate is a bit expensive

The location and hotel facilities were great. Food was good but could improve some details (some dishes were often too/too little cooked). We had a face treatment at the beauty salon and loved it.

Got a pack of massages and was a bit of a disaster. While booking they spoke about different kinds of massages and when you get there they don’t know what you’ve asked for. The spa, sauna, hammam was supposed to be included and they don’t even offer you to do it. The worst is at the end when they oblige you to fill in a satisfaction survey where they ask you to answer (in front of them) that everything was excellent!!!

We have chosen the Sunrise Montemare Resort for a family break. The location and the architecture of the resort is excellent. Such a huge settlement however almost an outstanding sea panorama from all points. The beach and pools were excellent. The food is great, with a rich variety and options. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Salwa for warm welcoming and caring. Her caring, support and advice during our stay really made us feel at home. Will definitely come back insha'Allah 🙂

The Hotel's reality is much more cosy and beautiful than photos in Booking. Would be beneficial to improve visual information.

Amazing hotel and offers a very unique hospitality experience, the moment you arrive for check in. I would like to specially recognize the kind and cheerful Ms. Basma from the reception and the professional concierge team. The location is great and for diving enthusiasts the reef across the hotel is very nice, with abundant fan corals. The dive center staff were very professional and their prices were reasonable. The hotel really offers good value for money with clean spacious rooms and very diverse dining options. They have a big pool for adults only which offers a lot of calm and tranquility. Two of their many pools are heated which means one can enjoy anytime of the year. I wish i could stay longer and will definitely consider coming back.

The hotel provided exceptional service from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly specially Mr. Adel from HSK, FOM and Night Manager and his team members, the receptionist at night and the bellboy, concierge amazing people! The team is everywhere at the hotel and looking after you to make your stay comfortable and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel and its amenities were a great value for money. The service was really good, the staff were really nice. A special thanks to Salwa from the reception for the great hospitality and the birthday cake surprise we found in our room, and to Abdulhameed from the housekeeping who kept our room clean and full of nice touches. The bartenders were really friendly and professional specifically the chiringuito bar located right on the beach.

The food variety was nice, the food itself was just fine. I think the food quality can be improved for true excellence. I would still rate this hotel as 9 given everything else.
