Very good hotel. Big with a very good maintained territory. Very good food (especially dinners). Nice clean beach. Impressive coral reef. Very friendly and attentive hotel staff. Spacious room with very good bathroom. The food was pretty impressive for Egypt (Italian, oriental, well prepared meat and chicken, fruits, relatively good seafood). Good coffee in all locations. Clean beach with very friendly staff. Local coral reef is one of the best in Sharm-el-Sheikh (you don't need to go anywhere else for snorkeling). Diving center is on the beach. Beach bar on Sentido side has very good variety of cocktails. Beer is good. Live music every evening in central bar. Animation for kids every evening. Aquapark is quite good. Thanks to all the hotel staff. They are really friendly and helpful. They speak a lot of languages (at least English, Russian, Italian). Special thanks to Mohamed Tohfa for being very helpful during the ckeck-out.

The room equipmet is quite old. Power sockets locations are not convenient for charging the gadgets. The fridge was not cold. Safe box was not working well. Mosquitos were annoying. Drinks included in the AI are not good. Cocktails usually were very low in alcohol. Juices were too dilluted with water. White wine is "drinkable", red wine is not.

I did not like that every morning the employes at the beach reserve the best sunbeds for people that pay them! Also, there should be more than one vehicle that drives guests to the beach, as sometime (arround 9AM, 1 PM and 5PM) it was very crowded

One of the best hotels I have been to in Egypt, and I trust me I have been to so many. Moreover I rarely put a review, unless the hotel was extremely terrible or beyond amazing which was the case here. First off, the location is unbeatable, with a private coral reef that even boats come from other locations to enjoy from the sea side. Also being on a cliff gets you amazing sea views as well a long stretched private sandy beach. Aside from the natural beauty and location the human aspect is also spot on. The hotel design. landscape and services are great, including food quality and its varieties. Every person working there starting from reception, room service, restaurant/bar severs and life guards everywhere have been extremely nice and kind but in a professional way and not in cheap sense like elsewhere that they would make u feel that they expect a tip. Rooms and facilities are modern/renovated and always clean and very well taken off. We came across a new -for us- gem in Sharm and we will definitely be back.

My first time in Egypt on a spontaneous trip and a jackpot straight away - an amazing hotel with a beautiful landscape set around low-rise buildings, which makes it look very cozy. A huge territory to wander around and enjoy various marvellous trees, plants and flowers. Swimming pools to make you happy in whatever mood you are: when you want to relax - dive in warm water of a heated pool, when you wanna feel like a swimming cup champion and ready for a work-out - jump into an olympic pool (30м), if you wanna have fun with your kids or teach them to swim - use any of the shallow pools and explore a great water park just across the reception. Amazing service by always smiling personnel. The cuisine is exquisite, some meals are better than in a Michelin restaurant. Freshly squeezed juices, very tasty coffee and tea, mind-blowing guava shakes, a wonderful breakfast to boost your energy and give you a happy smile for the whole day ahead, fantastic pizza straight from the oven, awesome dinners, a la carte restaurants to try food of different countries, delicious desserts - I can go on and on for another 2 pages) I really enjoyed the hotel spa, the theatre, the long sandy beach, getting acquainted with local Red Sea fish when snorkelling among corals, the sea water temperature was comfortable enough for a long swim. Its a pity we could not stayed longer. Thank you for your hospitality, friendliness and high quality of service.

Facility is fabulous. It is big and inclined therefore there are ring services inside every 10mins. Foods are nice and yummy.

Staff and waiters are trying to be polite, however they are not enough: They do jokes like “ No, sorry it’s too late we are close, oh just finished, no i cant bring it, and etc.” Black hamburger guy in the beach seems nervous, never smiles. Beach is crowded. Some facilities in the water park were out of service.

Sentido is an amazing resort with lovely pools and facilities. We were there during winter so the kids swam in the heated pool all day the pools are well maintained and beautiful ! The beach is amazing with its own reef for snorkelling. We saw amazing fish ! The food is excellent with a wide variety of amazing dishes to choose from and the service is great!! We ate at the 3 restaurants that require a reservation. The Italian, Indian and Turkish were all Fantastic !!! Gillian the Sentido ambassador deserves a mention and is the reason this review gets a solid 10 from me. She is an amazing woman who went out of her way to check on my family and every other guest at the hotel. She helped me in every way she could around the resort. My child’s armbands were lost and she immediately got her a new pair. My prams were not delivered to me by Turkish airlines this had nothing to do with the resort and yet she went out of her way to communicate with the airport in Cairo and sort it out for me. It’s people like this that make the resort enjoyable and the reason I’ll go back if I return to sharm !! So thank you Gillian !

The rooms and bathrooms are a little outdated but the hotel is slowly refurbishing.

What an absolutely amazing resort! Beautifully landscaped, with good choice of restaurants serving excellent food. The rooms are very large and comfortable. There were 3 adults in my group, and the 3 beds were very comfy. Bathrooms in need of a little updating, but great powerful shower and everything worked fine. The staff are very attentive and can't do enough for you. The cocktail bar had an excellent live band on twice while we were there, and had everyone up dancing. We were allowed unlimited access to the a la carte restaurants, and the Indian restaurant was superb. Whilst the pool areas were always quiet with plenty of beds, the beach was usually packed, but once you find the resort's private beach on the left, the attendants will always find beds for you. Snorkelling the reef was fantastic with live corals, and a huge variety of fish. It was our first visit to Egypt, and given the winter climate, the great snorkelling/diving, and the quality and value for money of this resort we'd definitely come back.

Excessively loud music at times on the beach from the adjoining Hotel, and the beach was a bit too busy for us. The excursion agency at the resort was overpriced, and not very attractive and designed to cater for the Italian guests.We found booking our trips through booking.com far cheaper. You must do a trial dive day excursion if you haven't dived before! So cheap, and once in a lifetime opportunity.

We are regular travellers to Sharm and have been to a lot of hotels but this has to be my favourite, it’s very clean, the staff were brilliant and very attentive. The hotel is superb, with the shuttle to the beach and the water slides, it caters for everyone. There was always a space at one of the many pools. The food, there was always something with a grill every night. Couldn’t fault anything, I highly recommend the hotel and will 100% be back with my family. The night entertainment was fine and enjoyable for both kids and adults. Can’t wait to come back!

There was nothing I didn’t like, unless the area, it was a little way out but honestly worth it.

Food is excellent (and we're pretty picky...) There's something for everyone. House reef is the best in Sinai so if you like snorkeling you should choose either Sentido or Jaz next door. There's actually still colourful corals. I really liked the platform in the sea with a life guard who could tell people not to stand on the corrals. That seems to work to some extent. Staff is very friendly and service-minded, but also really interested in tips, which is annoying. Maybe you should pay them a bit more. Internet is not the best, but it's there - which is pretty good for Egypt... It was wonderful and comfy for us that you gave us free airport transfer!

Beds are terrible. Seem old and way way to soft. I asked for new mattresses and staff changed the mattresses immediately and gave us 'new' ones that were just as bad. The hotel is simply way to expensive to have such awful beds. It could actually make me not want to book again. It would be nice if you could just take beer, water, icecream and coke yourself at the pool/beach. It's annoying that you have to wait in line to get water. It would be easier for the guests and also for you, if you let them do it themselves.
