Very dog friendly. A doggie gift of ball and biscuits in our room to greet our dog was a lovely touch. Friendly staff. Very good location. 5 minutes walk to Central area. Nespresso machine and kettle in room plus a small fridge. Nicely themed room and room has a unique name. Plenty of places to eat in centre for breakfast etc.

Rooms were a tad small but not a problem if you are staying a few days.

Very nice and comfortable room. They seem recently renovated and the aesthetics are very pleasing.

There was nothing bad. Maybe the price could be a bit lower but overall there was nothing bad during our stay.

This hotel is in a nice quiet, easy to get to from airport - it's about 9 stops on the 36 bus going to "Cite" and stops at Guy Petit bus stop right outside hotel (make sure it is the Cite destination as the 36 also goes the other way, to Anglet! ) when you get to the Floquetb stop you can ring the bell as it's the next stop. The hotel is very nicely styled, and communal areas are clean and tidy and quite classy. The breakfast is excellent with selections of fruits, bread, meats, cheeses, croissants, cakes, and you can make fresh pancakes or boiled eggs. There is warm ham and scrambled eggs as well. Reception staff are excellent, friendly, helpful. The outside pool is great, kept at 26 degrees and sun loungers and parasols are very good quality. It's mostly grass garden around the pool. Reception will give you nice big towels too use at the pool, free of charge There a small gym that could easily keep the gyms fans going. The room was small but that was expected as it was clearly detailed - there's about 100cm space around the bed. Plenty of clothes storage storage and bathroom is very good. Bed is very big and comfortable. The whole place is very quiet. The only very slight mark down was for room cleaning. They operate a commendably sensible process where you have to put your door card out of you want it cleaned, otherwise they don't. That's great for saving wasted towel clean etc. We left it out every second day or so but, while they wiped bathroom area and changed the towels, they didn't restock the loo roll, coffee/milks or seem to clean much of the room (floor was still dusty). The other thing to know is the air con is controlled by reception so the box in room is redundant. They are helpful in changing the temperature up/down to your preference if you ask. Oh, and they'll give you more coffee sachets! The hotel is a ten minute walk down hill to town centre.

Suggestion to improve little details Bottle of water in the room must be Sealed (more hygienic) You’ll have a lot of fruits at the breakfast buffet, but I prefer fresh fruit and not fruits in the shirops . Fresh Fruit salad is more healthy. Parking. Bottom to open the door is not easy to find. Maybe better would be to to put a big sign on it.

Hotel is 10 minutes walking distance from Biarritz centre. Located in quiet part of the town. Front of house staff were excellent. Supermarket and bus stop for the airport outside the door. Room was perfect for our short stay. Breakfast available but we ate out in the city. Pool and seating area brilliant on hot days. Lots of games etc. for indoor entertainment. We loved the use of the Jules Verne theme throughout - this included headboard and available books.

We were perfectly happy with what the hotel offered for the price paid.

Lovely hotel and staff, swimming pool lounge area, room was very clean and good shower. Nice decor in hotel. Comfortable bed. Changed our beds from twin to double on request. 15 minute walk down town. Up hill back though! Near busy roundabout but didn’t get woken by the noise. Didn’t use the restaurant.

Couldn’t park our large vehicle but free public car park over the road just have to wait for space as busy. No issues leaving car there. Difficult to get on the balcony as bed close to door. Room felt small but we weren’t in there much.

Everything in the hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. We were going to the pool a couple of times in late October but it was always opened for is and towels ready (they have separate towels for the pool and gym) Water, tea and coffee provided in the room as well They also provide coffee machine and fruit water near the lobby Very good public transport from Airport and to other parts of the town

Breakfast VERY expensive €20 per person for the two of us for 5 nights it is €100 The door to the bathroom - we are two sisters but living separately for 20 years so there is a little discomfort to use the toilet or take a shower with the glass door, you cannot shut properly

Hotel is very new and modern and kind people in reception. Friendly and super good value for money.

The cleaning service must improve. After 3 days room was full of sand, no bathroom cleaning no shower gel in bathroom and service lady told she has to go home and didn't clean room....we stayed 4 nights....we asked to change towels and only this was done...

Drinking water in the breakfast room, shower was good, and we had complimentary slippers, we could use an umbrella from the hotel, the gym equipment was very interesting and my husband liked this a lot. We had to postpone our stay due to the sudden death of a very close relative. It was possible to postpone, which we appreciated

the safe was low battery so we needed room service to replace them (which was excellent). We were let down by the rain, we couldn't use the swimming pool so I hoped we could go to the spa, which was promoted on your website. However I learned that this wasn't true and this partnership didn't exist.

Great location in nice area just a short walk down the hill to the town & beach. Super lovely staff, fantastic value for money. Modern shower room. Pool and added bonus. Pet friendly! Soundproofing blocks the traffic noise well from the roundabout outside.

Room is very small but wasn’t an issue as I knew this before booking. Walls are thin, could hear a lot of voices etc but were out all day and noise didn’t go on late so was fine.
