The value for money and the size of the room and the jacuzzi is simply unbeatable. Also OXXO mini market less than a minute walking. Metro stations 1 and 7 mins away respectively. Close to Roma area. Many street food options around the hotel. Highly recommend if your expectations are based on value for money. The cleaning staff was amazing.Thank you

The most annoying was the inconsistent internet connection on the 3rd floor.A few other minor problems(keycard re activation, change of room) were solved). Doctores has a bad reputation but it's super close to all the nice areas. For my understanding it's relatively safe, but don't go east and too south from the Doctores metro at night.(locals told me, hope it helps)

The location was great for going to the south and center of CDMX, just a three street walk from the metro stop. The furniture was stylish and comfortable. The courtains were great, although in combination with the jetlag I lost the sense of time.

The TV, was small, some channels had distortions, the volume changed significantly from one channel to other and the control was fixed to the wall and totally uncomfortable. The food on the restaurant was tasty but really expensive.

The hotel staff has been always extremely attentive to my needs. Natalia, David, Roberto at the reception has done a fantastic job, taking care of everything; courteous and forthcoming at all times. Maria and the chambermaids have also done a brilliant job round the clock. The location is convenient to reach La Roma - Colonia Condesa and the historical center (about 20 mins walk). The underground has 2 stations very close by. I really recommend this hotel for tourism / working and leisure alike.

I just wanted to spend a few words to praise all the the personnel at the reception that always go the extra mile to accommodate any kind of requests (from early check in and a lot more - if they can, they will always help!). I also praise the chamber maid manager Maria and her staff for being always helpful and kind to all guests. Thanks for making me feel at home!

Massive room. Close proximity to most of Mexico's highlights. Reception staff was very friendly

No air con, very warm in room. Blocks out light however doesn't block out sound. Not enough plug sockets. Didn't have hairdryer. No rubbish bin, even though I requested for one to be kept in the room. Hard beds

The room is very big and the bed is comfort. The receptionist are friendly. The location is closed metro station and very safe area. The Police station is just next door. The price is quite cheap compare other Mexico City hotel.

It seems lack of electrical outlets.

The bed is huge and the place is spacious.

A little bit in the past RE furniture, a lot of dust from the fake plants and unfortunately an intimate dirty sanitary towel just outside our window.

The concierge went above and beyond, he was a really friendly chap. The food was great. Everything was clean and spacious.

The kitchen was a bit expensive.

I sent a message letting them know I was arriving o 3/4 by 7 am but they sold my room to someone else arguing that Booking never gave them my message. they actually said they never get messages from booking
