Decent hotel for the price. Clean, room service each day with changed towels and extra bottles of water. Huge bed, extra warmer blankets. Good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Location between 2 metro stations, easy to travel around. In front of hotel good cheap burgers stand.

We were happy with the hotel, but no wifi in the room, and poor wifi in the lobby was quite big issue. Our room was to south side, so during the day room was heated and through small window it was difficult to ventilate for night. If you keep window open, street noise. Also would be nice to have some hangers for clothes.

very clean. consistent hot water 24/7 and large clean showers. spacious room and bathroom. very comfortable large beds. nice respectful and helpful staff. a restaurant in hotel with room service. markets nearby in walking distance. I used ride share services as a tourist. generous and nice daily housekeeping. free daily bottled water. very accommodating. I had a very comfortable stay. I stayed here for over a month. thank you. it is important to have a good comfortable hotel experience. Very good hotel.

wifi problems. The hallway had a deodorant for a few days that bothered me. I thought that was unnecessary because the hallways smell ok without the deodorizer. Hand towels weren't provided.

Massive bed, great bathroom, fantastic WiFi, exceptional value for money.

I'm nitpicking for a 4 star hotel that cost me less than €100 for 2, for 3 nights over New Years, but the staff weren't particularly friendly (that can just be the wrong people), some the sheets were uncomfortable (but you can just remove those), and relatively speaking it's a bit far from a metro station (but we're talking 10 minutes walk, there's just a lot of places closer to one in Mexico City).

Right in the center, few minutes walkway to the metro, friendly staff, room service everyday, free drinking water every day, comfy bed.

WiFi connection was only working in the Lobby, no smart TV

rooms were spacious and clean. bed was large and comfortable. The shower was good. There is a good little cafe downstairs And they do room service. The hotel is in a convenient position with a bank and Oxxo Store nearby. We caught Ubers everywhere and that didn’t cost much.

not the property’s fault but we were disturbed by an arguing couple in an adjacent room. Slamming doors and yelling. We had two rooms as I was travelling with my brother. I believe they were removed from the premises because of multiple complaints. It went on for a long time.

the hotel is good for all aspects. very big room. low price. good location. nothing is bad in this hotel. wifi is in the loby only. I just wonder why it is not in the rooms also.

WIFi is only available in the lobby, staff don't speak English, a lot of noise in my room from outside because of "National Lumber and plywood, S.A. De C.V.", don't take the rooms in the northern side

the attitude of the restaurant employé when I came 5 min after it open to ask about coffee … agressive and not very friendly ! maybe it was too early for him and he didn’t want to see a customer 😅

The location was great, the area has had some bad experiences in the past, but this has changed. The streeet food and bars surrounding the hotel was amazing.

The television channels! So much to choose from for a night in.
