The Moxy is located in the Gateway Gardens very close to the Frankfurt Airport (one can walk there, we were meeting with friends traveling by rail and plane, we arrived by private vehicle) - it’s a great area to stay for early flights out or late arrivals. The Moxy hotel lobby has quite a vibe for guests to convene which is really nice for an airport hotel - lots of seating areas in the lobby, benches in the courtyard outside. Light snacks, meals and a hotel bar in the lobby which also had internet computers and luggage lockers. Breakfast had vegan, gluten and lactose free options. Rooms were quiet and clean. Parking garage for an extra fee, during our stay there was 90 min free street parking with Parkuhr. Two restaurants and a well stocked grocery store just steps the hotel. S-Bahnhof for the Gateway Garden is nearby, as well as the train stations serving Frankfurt Airport, maybe a 10 minute walk from Terminal 2 which has links to T1.

Mattresses were a tick on the soft side…pillows and linens were great, okay for a night

Great location if you need to take an early plane. The hotel is clean and neat. There is a great choice of food for breakfast - everyone will find something for themselves. Perfect for one night before the plane.

Did not receive an invoice that matched the charges on my credit card. Two rooms should equal two invoices, awaiting explanation of why I received three separate charges to my credit card that do not match up with expenditures. The walls in our room could use a coat of paint—lots of scuff marks on walls takes away from otherwise excellent first impressions. Although it was said that we could walk to the hotel from the airport, with luggage and children and an unclear route, that didn’t appear to be the case. We took an Uber without issue. Taxis are readily available; however much more expensive.

The hotel provides a variety of games to keep you entertained throughout your stay. The breakfast is also quite good, especially when compared to most airport hotels. The employees were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I needed to print an important document for my trip to America and mentioned that I had forgotten to do so—remarkably, they handled it for me without any additional charge. This level of service truly enhanced my experience!

I do wish there had been a kettle in my room for added convenience.

The area around the hotel is very nice, with a variety of restaurants with a small market few meters from the hotel. Also, the train station is very close. It is not close from down town, around 20 minutes by train, but it is okay. The people at the front desk were very nice and the atmosphere at the hotel is young.

The rooms are very tiny, but it is okay if you are alone or just for 1 night in case you are in a couple. One problem, it is related to the temperature in the room. It was very hot and was not possible to regulate the temperature in the room, so the solution was to open the window. I read this same complains from other people and it seems that the hotel has not given a solution for that. I will stay again in this hotel, but they have to fix the problem with the air conditioning.

Breakfast was great, as was the gathering/lobby area if you like a youthful vibe and music. The airport is close, as is a grocery and a couple restaurants. Parking and checkin were easy

The day was warm but not hot enough for the hotel to turn on the AC, so the rooms were 75-80F in the afternoon. Not terrible by euro standards, but for American grandparents it was frustrating. The lobby is loud with pop-dance music and echo-y concrete acoustics. There are chess sets out, but it’s really more of a foosball atmosphere. There is no airport shuttle. Some places say there is but this service is no longer offered.

Located close to Frankfurt airport and main highways, easy to get in and out. Friendly modern hotel. The rooms are minimalistic but plenty of space in the lobby, with espresso and microwave available. Comfortable beds, great shower. Perfect value for those who only use hotel for shower and sleep.

We didn’t know there are two Frankfurt Airport Moxies - so part of our group ended up reserving a wrong hotel. It would be nice to have different names for them!

nice vibe

No airport shuttle: it seems like there could be an organized shuttle between the ten plus hotels located on that one street. Instead people have to take cabs or Uber: a large expense for such a short distance. Also, we were there during the airline and rail strike, and the front desk staff could have been more understanding regarding the stress we travelers were under. I knew that the airport workers were striking but not the railways. (Hello, travelers are travelers and we don’t know everything that’s happening in your local city.) When I expressed surprise at the rail strike, the front desk clerk rudely answered “that’s what a strike is.” No, it’s not. Each strike is different—how would we know about one particular group.

It is clean, modern and comfortable. Close to the airport but very well connected to the centre, only 20 minute by train. The area is newly developed and there are resraurants and grocery shop nearby.

A bit too pricy considering the breakfast was not included. The service is basic. They charge also for a early check in, notwithstanding the room is already ready and it was only 2 hrs earlier.... and we had kids with us

The main thing that impressed me was the location e Next to restaurants and a grocery store. I purchased dinner from the store. I have never been to an airport hotel that was next door to such amenities. The hotel was fine. I had just stayed in a Moxy in Glasgow for a week, and that is why I picked the one in Frankfurt when I had a cancelled flight. The value is good for the price, and the trendy vibe is kind of fun. The beds are very comfortable. The lack of a real desk was somewhat problematic but I was able to deal with it (Zoom meeting).

I would like to have a real desk. I also miss having a closet, though I made do.
