We were looking for a hotel near the airport. It was close, but it was not accessible by foot.

There was some confusion with another Hilton hotel that has signs from the airport terminal and is accessible by foot. The information on the website about the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport and vice versa could be much clearer. It is mentioned under services, but details about the hours and prices are not easily presented for customers. Since many guests are likely there for an airport connection, this is important information. I had to write an email, and they sent the details to me, which is fine, but not the most convenient way to share such information.

Found out too late you needed to pay for the shuttle before getting on the shuttle bus back to the airport. Breakfast average.

Hotel Review I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations. The hotel is conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk from the airport, with the option of a shuttle bus that takes only 5 minutes—a huge plus for travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and designed with comfort in mind, making it easy to relax after a long journey.

there is some room for improvement in the bar service. It would be helpful if the staff announced a clear “last call” for drinks, so guests are aware of when service will end. During our visit, the bartender informed us that no more drinks would be served, but we noticed drinks being served to another table about 45 minutes later, which was a bit disappointing.

Everything was good. We were able to check in early, highly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent.

We could not make a phone call to the reception desk from our room. We did not get help from the front desk to correct this problem. We were told there is a button reception on the phone, which we could not find. It did not work dialing 100 as requested per instruction in booklet. The problem was never resolved. We brought this to the attention of the front desk again when checking out. The shuttle service was a big disappointment, not having service from 11:35 A.M. to 16:15 P.M. The shuttle service was the reason to book at your hotel. We had to take a cab to get to the airport.

Everything looked clean and taken care of. Breakfast was very good, one of the best we had at a hotel from the same category as this one.

Customer service. None of the personnel we interacted with was acting as if they value their customers. Polite, but that’s about it. The night we stayed at the hotel, there was a fire alarm. All the guests got out safely and from we could tell nobody was hurt. However, nobody cared to communicate with the guests at any point in time. Not even the following morning when we inquired about the incident. We’re told they didn’t know. The hotel has a shuttle, but it only services Terminal 1. If your flight is from terminal 2, then one must either walk (about 10 – 15 minutes) or take a taxi. We don’t mind walking, but it’s not a pleasure when you carry luggage, it’s very cold and rainy.

I spent only one night here as I was passing through on my return trip to the US. The staff is all very nice and professional. My room was quite clean and had all of the amenities that I needed. The hotel offers free breakfast. They offer a wide variety of things to eat. I used the shuttle bus to and from the airport. It costs 6 Euros. The bus picks up at eh Holiday In that is a short walking distance from the Hampton Inn. That is the pick up location for several hotels in that area. There's not too much to do in the area around the hotels by the airport. I did get out for a walk around the area just to get some fresh air.

There wasn't anything that I did not like

A clean room with a very comfortable bed. Good sleep quality despite proximity of the railway. Kitchen serves pizzas until 22:30. Only pizzas, true, but still good enough for late check-ins. The S-Bahn station is very close - about 5 minutes walk, and a trip to the Airport station takes about further 3 minutes. Essentially it's like sleeping at the airport, very convenient. Free internet connection works pretty well, no complaints here.

I was really surprised that an airport hotel - with "Airport" included in its name - serves breakfast and offers shuttles from 6am. I was offered a take-away breakfast, entirely fine, as my flight was early, but... The earliest flight from the Frankfurt Airport takes of at 4:45. From 6am flights are scheduled every few minutes. Serving breakfast from 6am is really not good enough. 5am wouldn't be too early.

The room was very comfortable and check in very speedy. The free breakfast in the was excellent with lots of options. The location was very close to the airport which made planning very easy for the next day’s flight.

The shuttle bus driver dumped us at a location about 200 yards from the hotel. We had 2 heavy backpacks we were not intending to have to put back on to go into the hotel. The next morning they offered a shuttle service back to the airport for 6 euros each. We did not want to haul our luggage back to the pickup location. So we called an Uber. The ride was 9 euros to the airport and he picked us outside the front door of the hotel.

Breakfast should start earlier. Shuttle service could do better. I had trouble finding the departure point at the airport, and I was surprised the shuttle didn't drop us in front of the hotel, but at the Holiday Inn. Likewise, for the return trip, one has to walk from the hotel to the Holiday Inn. It's a short distance but I wouldn't want to do that with all my luggage in pouring rain. Last but not least It's odd that the trip from the airport is free but the return trip costs €6.

- Hotel is near Frankkfurt Airport, you can take the train from frankfurt airport station to Frankfurt (main) gateway garden station.And then you can walk from frankfurt gateway garden station to the hotel. - You can take the hotel shuttle bus from the airport at terminal 1 (following hotel time schedule ) - You can go shopping REWE , near the train station - You can find Italian or Asian restaurant , they are near REWE - You can take S8 /S9train to visit Wiesbaden/Mainz or Frankfurt main station. If you use Hessen card train ticket ,I suggest you to visit fairytale route to Marburg or Kassel city. - Breakfast are delicious and many kinds of ham, sausage, breadand cheese to choose. You can eat boiled egg with salad and yogurt or you eat only banana apple and grape.Moreover, you can drink coffee tea chocolate and fruits juice. - Bedroom is large with private bathroom (including hand and body cream, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom)
