It was clean. Loved that there were two chairs and a table in the room so we could play a game or eat. The fruit, cookies and water in the lobby were a welcome treat. Close to the S-bahn and even walking distance from the airport ( 10-15 minutes to Terminal 2)

Room doors had to be slammed to close properly. Front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

Excellent place to stay for a night. The hotel is exactly designed for that by being geared towards efficiency. It's really a recommendation. Parking is provided and if your mind is up for a beer in the evening, one has the choice between the hotel restaurant or some alternatives close by. Just consider while booking, that the hotel will charge you 6 or 7 € per person for the airport transfer....for 10 € you may fetch a taxi without being bound to schedules.

The hotel offers 24-hour coffee for free on the ground floor which is perfect for people travelling a long distance to the hotel and for those who would leave the hotel early in the morning for the airport. This service is therefore suitable for its location and its main purpose. There are a few nice restaurants and supermarkets next to the hotel which makes it extremely easy to look for food and souvenirs. Also, the prices of these services are reasonable.

There is no kettle, water boiler, glasses, or water in the room. The shuttle bus to the airport is not suggested, as it is pricey and packed with so many people, takes a long time to the airport and stops many times to get other customers. Also, the bus would not stop at the terminal 2. It's faster to go with a taxi.

Lack of information on the Booking.com website regarding the shuttle from and to the airport. For clearer information, best to go on the Park Inn by Radisson Frankfurt Airport website (https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/hotels/park-inn-frankfurt-airport# ). A map showing where the shuttle leaves from Terminal 1 would be useful too.

Close to airport, great room and great staff.

5 minute Shuttle to airport was late, driver was slow and not-motivated and the shuttle cost 6€, which no one bothered to tell most riders so we had to wait while they went inside and bought tokens. It was written on the front desk's shuttle schedule in tiny, tiny type at the very bottom.

We have stayed at the Park Inn on a number of occasions for travel to and from my wife’s family in Germany. It’s relatively easy to get to from the airport by bus and even by taxi is inexpensive. You could also walk to the hotel if need be. The rooms are standard enough but quite spacious and everything works well. If travelling with a child make sure to book a family room with an extra bed or else they’ll be sharing your bed. We were delighted that on our last visit there were tea and coffee facilities in the room for the first time. We have only eaten once in the restaurant and to be honest prefer going to ‘The Italian’ across the road which is great. Breakfast is just okay and could be improved upon. The scrambled egg was barely but there was still enough to keep you fed and it wasn’t crazy expensive either.

As mentioned above the food could possibly be improved upon.

We stayed on a room located on a high floor with a park view. However, in our room next door was a guest staying with an infant that was rather noisy, sleeping proved impossible, which was a must as we had an early flight the next day. Front desk staff was very accommodating to our request and immediately assisted with a change of room located on the same floor. This allowed for a good nights sleep. We appreciate the forthcoming and helpful attitude of the reception staff on that evening.

Noise isolation is not that great between rooms, so if there is a noisy room neighbour, sleep could be challenging. However, staff was very helpful to resolve our issue in this respect and we do appreciate their quick action and help.

Pretty close to the airpot, I was with carry on baggage and you can actually get there by walking in around 15-20 mins. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food there is great. Not a lot of options but more than enough to be an "airport hotel"

Don't get me wrong, everything was super clean in the room, though, the rug at the entrance of the room had a stain (like in the area you would leave your shoes so to speak), I've stayied here before in another room, and there was the same stain in another room, so I did attributed it to people leaving their muddy shoes there. Other than that, everything was fine.

A simple, clean, no-frills hotel. I like that Rewe and restaurants are close by. There is a park just behind it, and it is walkable to terminal 2 (maybe 15 min, although most should get the bus). I like the free water at reception to quench your thirst after travelling.

Small extras are missing from the room or are available downstairs (pen, iron, drinks). I was unable to dim the LED lights; I found them annoying in the end. Next time I will just keep them off. A few items I missed: pen/paper, sanitary bags, breakfast snack/drink. It's beginning to show it's age on the outside and around. There was a small tear/damage in my bed cover.
