Located very close to the SBahn station, the Hyatt Place was an excellent place to rest my weary head after 31hrs of travel. The check-in went smoothly - a big thank you to Julio at the reception who managed this well, as I was so exhausted from my travels. The room was very clean, comfortable, with plenty of room, a desk, lounge, and a very smartly hidden iron and ironing board (loved discovering this!). The King sized bed was perfect to recover, I slept well and it was super quiet. Breakfast was excellent too, with a nice mix of German and Western style options. Definitely would stay here again after a long-haul flight!

The only challenge with this area (all hotels & offices) is the limited options for food in the evening outside of the hotel restaurant. I was exhausted so chose to eat in the hotel, but be aware, it's the typical pricing and quality you'd from a hotel restaurant.

We were on a 2 day transit in frankfurt so we chose to stay in a hotel near airport and this was the best . Airport is about 2kms from the hotel , metro station is 150 mts from the hotel and is super easy to travel anywhere . The staff were very helpful and check in / out process was smooth. We did not opt for breakfast . We were 4 in a room, which was big enough so were the bathrooms . A super market is about 400 mts away and with these conveniences the hotel is quite a nice one for a transit passenger .

Being from India we get complementary water bottles and dental kits in every hotel big or small..expected the same but did not find any ..

Nice hotel , very clean , rooms clean , beds comfortable , very good breakfast , very friendly staff

No airport shuttle , that's is very very bad in particular for families with you get kids like us when it is hard to find a ride with a taxi due to luggage and the amount of people , I do not understand why there is no airport shuttle, this is essential for an airport hotel

This hotel was conveniently located not far from the city and the airport. Its a very quiet area and there is a small supermarket in walking distance from the hotel

There were very limited stations with English speaking channels. Mainly news and a poor effort for a comedy channel. (Not the hotels fault) This was one reason I moved hotels however as I was not well and was looking for creature comforts. The room was a very comfortable place to retreat too. I couldn't get any of the streaming to work as it would show on the tv from my phone but would not connect with sound. Very frustrating when your not Tech savvy. I must say that the train being around the corner and from the hotel that links straight to the airport was mint. Made transiting very easy and straight forward.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms exceedingly comfortable, including the bathroom. Breakfast was great, with a good variety very satisfying. We had a problem with the air conditioning and they switched us to another room without batting an eye!

The hotel is not exactly at the airport and requires getting there either by taxi (costing about 20 euros) or a suburban train, which was a bit difficult to locate. We arrived at the hotel station of the train and it was being refurbished and the escalators didn't function that day. That being so, we had to lug our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs ( which was hard since we did too much shopping in Germany!) The hotel and the train system should have placed a notice in the station with the phone number for a porter service, there being no escalator service at the station (even at additional cost- we would have been happy to pay!)

The hotel is conveniently located on S-Bahn station from the airport, so if you need to catch an early morning flight like I did, it's great. Theoretically you can also tour the city from the hotel as the S-Bahn lines stop also at the central train station. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is large and comfortable and the shower is clean and water pressure is good. Breakfast is buffet with all the regular choices and a bit more, served in a nice space. All good.

I had dinner in the hotel restaurant (called Zoom, same space as for breakfast). It was pricey and quality was subpar as well as the service. The salad was with far too much vinegar, the fish itself was fine but was served with watery tasteless mashed potatoes and weird lentils and the dessert took ages to arrive (including a reminder after 20 minutes). The level should be improved.

I have stayed at Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport a countless number of times. It is situated at a convenient location (just about two min. by train from Frankfurt International Airport (the hotel is just a short walk from the train stop). The rooms** are large, the beds are comfy, and the restaurant has a good selection of food (though the menu is a bit limited). Breakfast is very good. ** TIP: pick the rooms facing the open space/garden. The front office at Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport is staffed by a team of exceptional individuals. From Julio to the two others (Uzbek gentleman and the Japanese lady), whose names I regrettably can't recall, are helpful and polite. They make you feel truly cared for. :)

Spacious and very clean room. Comfortable little sofa to relax, great bed. Close to the airport. Nice staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Good bread, sweet food, cereals and beverages selection at breakfast. Fast wi-fi with no devices limit.

Very limited gym facilities. Sink was very far from the mirror in the bathroom which limited shaving. No cotton ear buds in the room. Very bad salty food options at the breakfast - especially poor selection of fresh vegetables which was hard to bite and the most fresh and also the grilled mushrooms, scrambled eggs felt like they have been there for too loing even though it was 8 am. Then it was just sausages and that's not. Definitely didn't feel like 4 stars.

A cozy, silent & comfort travel for overnight travelers, located bang opposite Frankfurt airport. I had a long flight from Newyork & I slept peacefully without any noise from street or the adjoining rooms or floors. Amazing breakfast spread, not found generally at hotels near airport. Staff is also very cooperative 10 out of 10.

While it is an utterly silent hotel, it has a side effect also. The area gives a ghosty look in the evening, as it is totally desolated, as the area has Zero city traffic. May be not good, if one is with family or children. Parking is too high @25Euro for one night. It is a rip off.

This is a new hotel, right next to an S bahn station one stop from the airport, two stops from main train station. I thought about staying near main trainstation, but it’s a run-down neighborhood. Much easier to stay at a nice hotel near the airport. Good bed, nice restaurant, breakfast is good but kind of expensive.

There are limited dining opportunities right in the area. You’d probably have to go to Wiesbaden or Mainz to find real German food, but there are a few decent restaurants in the area outside the hotel. The area is still being developed, so undoubtedly there will be more.
