Very nice boutique hotel in a great location on the Plaza de los Sapos. The hotel is fairly new. The rooms are high tech but comfortable. The hotel is clean and housekeeping is good. Very nice staff. Great to have a Japanese-style toilet. The rooftop pool was also really good and relaxing.

The rooms are perhaps too technologically complex. The Japanese-style toilet is great—but this also means you can’t throw toilet paper into the toilet, but in a bin next to it. The blackout blind is good, but doesn’t cover all the way to the bottom, so a bit of light does come in (though easy to remedy with some pillows). The room gets a bit too warm, which means you need to run the AC constantly.

Everything. The hotel was designed beautifully and the rooms were operated with a tablet which was really easy to use. Even though we were right downtown and next to a square with lots of restaurants nearby you didn't hear a thing from the soundproofed room. The bed was a king and super comfortable. The staff were amazing! Especially the lady who checked us in and was there every afternoon and evening. I think her name was Diana. She even helped us book a driver and guide for the day. Ariel was also very helpful, he printed up our bus tickets for us! The hotel is spotless throughout. The housekeepers do an amazing job. The bartender at the roof top bar and restaurant was also really nice. The view from there was fantastic. Loved the pool! The doorman, handyman, everyone was great! We didn't want to leave!

Not a big deal but I wished the pool was twice it's size. It was too small for laps and the hours were shorter than what was advertised on booking com. Nevertheless we made the most of it. When the sun hit the water it looked like it had diamonds on the bottom.

This is the most amazing hotel I've ever been to. I'm sure there are others of this sort, but this was the first time I could afford such an outstanding place. What you see on the pictures is all true. We booked the king bed room. It was a huge room with marble floors and a ceiling with beautiful lights. It had five doors with balconies, one of which was in the shower room (that's separate room) with large rain shower. And it had an awesome two person bathtub in the middle of the room that was the highlight of our romantic night. On the terrace (on the roof) there is a beautiful (I want to use this word a lot here) heated swimming pool with fountains and a waterfall. When we mentioned that we wanted to visit it, two people ran there to accommodate us, one with towels, and another to clean the pool and turn on the fountains and the jets inside the pool.

The State of the Art amenities were unexpected and a real treat! The sophistication of/in the rooms was very cool, and we enjoyed the decor and the modern look. Of Course the location was OUT OF THIS WORLD.... We were in the middle of this enchanting town that turned into something magic in the square at night!

The only thing we might recommend is to perhaps have some cash at the front desk in order to help guests make smaller change. If you are walking around, some WC's require change for use, and most ATM's spit out large bills, I would assume most guests would find it a nice "perk" if you could provide smaller bills in exchange for larger.

Fernanda at the front desk is the start of the great experience. She is helpful professional and speaks English very well. The location is fantastic. It is on a relatively quiet street with just a five minute walk to the Zocalo. There are so many shops and restaurants within an easy walk as well. The hotel is super modern on the inside. It was spotless and the maids were cleaning constantly.

This is for sure the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Mexico. The hotel is located right in the centre of Puebla City. The street next to it has hanging lights which is a beautiful scene during night. Our room and bathroom are very spacious, new and modern. Everything is controlled by a tablet. We loved everything – the location, the technology, the bold color and deco, the enormous marble bathroom with rain shower and Japanese electronic toilet, comfortable king beds and remote controlled curtains. There’s also a pool and bar on the rooftop terrace which we did not have time to enjoy. The staff are very friendly. I wish we could stay in this hotel longer.

The staff was amazing, Leo up on the roof was awesome, also Ernesto, (security), and front desk Ariel and Diana, were wonderful, you should be thankful to have such a great staff

The only thing that concerned me was the pool/hot tub, their were no hand rails to get into and out of these pools, which makes falls and slips very dangerous and likely especially for an older guest and being sometimes there’s no one up there, they could be there for awhile before someone could help them.

Nice , large room with a huge bed. Massive tv. Nice decor . Fantastic location 10 mins to zocalo

Reception areas were uninviting , almost like an afterthought. The female staff were great as were the security guards. All very helpful and friendly. The male, I assume, manager was less so. Only came to life when I asked about transport and he tried to sell me a friend’s ( v. Expensive) tour

The location is wonderful. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent. It wasn’t hot enough to use the pool but it looked great and the view from the rooftop is very nice.staff were all very friendly.

The room is controlled by a touch pad and it can be annoying. The room service and restaurant seemed to be separate businesses from the hotel and which meant that items couldn’t be charged to the room.

This is probably one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Mexico. The hotel was located on the Plazuela de los Sapos right in the centre of Puebla and our room and bathroom were palatial and modern. The technology did take a little getting used to – everything is controlled by a little tablet. We loved everything – the location on the Plazuela Los Sapos, the enormous marble bathroom with rain shower and Japanese toilet, comfortable king bed and cute little balcony overlooking the square. There’s also a lovely pool and bar on the rooftop terrace. The staff are very friendly and although they have limited English, they do try to help you.
