It’s a stunning boutique hotel, with so much charm and elegance. Our bed was comfortable and bathroom was recently renovated. Plenty of closet space for two. Breakfast (not included) was really good, and the dinner also. I highly recommend the mushroom soup! My husband took advantage of the pool. I had a wonderful massage. It’s a fairly quiet location: just 3-4 blocks from the Zocalo, and right next to a park where an outdoor flea market sets up on Saturday and Sunday, which we loved. You’re also just a block away from the Los Sapos shopping area and park. Would definitely return.

The only negative was that the bedrooms are above a courtyard which is beautiful but that is also where the dining room is, so if the diners linger until late, you can hear them. It did keep us up a bit one night.

Ideal location for exploring the historic center of Puebla. Our room was large, quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated; the bathroom was spacious and modern. The staff was helpful with several requests.

This is a beautiful hotel but I missed having an inviting, warm, common space to relax with a drink in the evening. The restaurant area was fine for breakfast but not where you would want to sit down with a cocktail. There is a tiny bar area but it was chilly and not inviting and I never saw an employee servicing it.

Perfect location to stay the heart of Puebla. Pictures don't do the property justice. Well maintained, and the rooms were large with extra large beds. Good breakfast options. Concierge was super helpful with tips and any other requests.

Stayed over new year's so bit loud at night with other guests as rooms overlook the central courtyard. A few times for early breakfast, no staff could be found and had to wait 15 min. Lastly, staff were pushy for tips after breakfast service even though it was included in the stay. Tipping is common in Mexico and did every time we ate out, but not expecting to be pushed for it for a breakfast included stay.

I loved everything about the hotel. The valet parking was so nice and convenient. The check-in was so smooth and the receptionist so friendly. The room was outstanding and super comfortable. The amenities were great and the bathroom very luxurious. The front desk was so helpful in sorting out all our requests.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The French Bakery connected to the hotel was lovely but the staff aren't always in a friendly mood, which wouldn't be an issue if it didn't contrast so starkly with the hotel staff who are so great!

The hotel is beautiful and in an amazing location. You can walk to many great place to eat, visit (the Cathedral is less than 10 minutes from the hotel), and if you are feeling adventurous, you can walk even further to museums that are about 30 minutes away on foot. Outside the hotel there is an antique market that was open every day. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. We had to change rooms because there was a room full of kids above us who were jumping off the bed onto the floor throughout the night (good for them!) and the staff was gracious about the change. The whole visit was like that - professional, friendly, easy. If you go to Puebla, this is the place to stay.

Breakfast selection was appealing and delicious. I loved starting off my morning with a cup of Ginger and Chamomile tea. Also, the fruit platter was always so flavorful. At times, I would venture off my favorites and order the chilaquiles. Every bite filled with unknown flavors, but well thought discoveries.

I thought the pastry portions were quite large. Don't get me wrong. Pastries were delicious, but beyond what my belly could handle.

bell desk staff was great, restaurant staff was amazing, room was always clean and the room size was nice. linens were good, bed quality was great. access to everything we wanted to see and do was perfect!

The only reason for my 9 rating was that my air conditioner in the room didn't work, BUT they did bring me a portable air conditioner and offered to move me to a different room. once again, overall it was great.

The staff at front desk were great! Miguel went out of his way to make sure I had the info to get around and get the most out of my visit in Puebla and Atlixco

Waiter staff in restaurant seems robotic formal. As if they are serving the king and queen. A bit more relaxed would be nice…imho But they are very nice

Incredible staff, delicious food, comfy bed, beautiful historic building. The rooms were spacious and the location is amazing - perfectly situated between restaurants and sights. Good wifi throughout. Pool is on the roof and pretty.

The room is a bit old-fashioned, fitting with the historic nature of the hotel - but would have liked a comfy chair to sit in, or a more functional desk area to work.

Location is ideal for activities downtown. Staff are very attentive, courteous, competent. Facility is beautiful.

There was a consistent problem with the toilet, in spite of staff promptly attending to it twice during our stay.
