Cleanness, WiFi connectivity, bed comfort, quietness, kettle and fridge in the room

Breakfast is not included considering the price paid per night. The hotel is only close to Sagrada Familia but within 1/2 hour walk from the remaining city tourist attractions. Rooms are very small.

Good location. Good breakfast you can even use the coffee machine at night for drinks. There is a cafe beside it if you don’t fancy the breakfast. It is walking distance from the metro Monumental and 10mins walk from sagrada familia. There is also a grocery store nearby open till 9pm. Cheap to get by via taxi only €25. Clean room, good pressure of water, clean bathroom, didn’t use the free toiletries but there is a shampoo and soap available. No hotel slippers though.

If I am being awkward I guess the Centralised heating system. It works on our first night changing the temperature but the following days you can’t change the settings but still okay.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance to main attractions or accessible via public transport. We were given a comfortable room with plenty of natural light. The entire staff, especially Cindy and her colleagues at reception, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, offering excellent support and answering all our questions. The housekeeping team did an amazing job maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, while the cheerful kitchen staff provided a great variety of options for the buffet breakfast.

The room offers some soundproofing, though it’s not completely silent. The elevator is a little slow, but why rush? After all, you’re on vacation!

The room was very clean, the bathroom had great facilities and great water pressure, the bed was big and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. What we loved most was the location. Most tourist attractions were less than a hour away of you wanted to walk around. Sagrada Familia was less than ten minutes away, were you could also find a metro station. The neighbourhood is safer and quieter than the Gothic Quarter or the La Rambla neighbourhood.

While it didn’t really bother us, you should know that the walls are really paper thin and it can get noisy.

breakfast was same every day, but it was tasty. fantastic location, close to public transport around, beach was a few busstops away. sagrada familia across 2 streets. all was as listed in the booking. an of course MANY THANKS TO AMAZING FRIENDLY STAFF !!!

Monumental metro station was closed for renowation works during my stay, but I dont blame the hotel. Sagrada familia station and bus stops are still close to the hotel.

Front Desk staff were exceptional. Very sweet and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Location was fantastic ... just 1 block from where my daughter is living and a few short blocks to Sagrada Familia. Breakfast provisions looked very good and the coffee was great.

We expected the rooms to be small. The beds were just a bit too close together and there is not much walking room around them. It would be challenging for a larger person or an older person to get in and out of their bed. Would've been nice to have USB chargers in the room.

1. Near the station. So convenient for DIY travelers and for traveling around the city. 2. Near the La Sagrada Familia. Very convenient to tourists. 3. Breakfast choices were quite limited, but it catered to a lot of palettes (including Asians). 4. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very helpful in assisting tourists. They also allowed us to change the date, even though it was just a few days away.

1. You get what you paid for. Since it's on the affordable yet comfortable side - the rooms are quite small. Would have appreciated a little more countertop in the bathroom. Quite a challenge to where to put your dry clothes when you take a bath.

Location was so good, a few minutes from metro as well as bus station, next door was a great food place to take away or to stay for a quick breakfast or snacks. Extremely nice staff, clean room since HK was great, they added the shower gels and soaps every day. The only one thing we didnr like was the bery thin walls that you could literally hear the room next to you while having showers or even using the wash rooms.

We were very happy with the room and location, we did not do the breakfast because it was a little expensive. We want clean and safe rooms and not over priced which we were happy with. The gentleman at the front desk for 2 nights we were there was very helpful and friendly!

I can't remember the price of the room but I don't think it was too bad, but of course if it was cheaper it would have been even better and of course, I do remember thinking the breakfast was expensive.

Large clean room in a nice location close to Sagrada Familia. The reception staff is very helpful, ready to answer any questions and give directions for a more pleasant stay. There is a place to store your suitcases and use the toilets even though you are checked out of the room.

The towels were not changed every day, the same ones were left and again nicely just arranged as if they were new. It was leaking from the cooling a bit in our room. You could hear a lot from the other rooms, especially from the corridors. It is ridiculous to pay 2 euros extra for keeping your suitcases, when you have already paid so much money for the whole stay.
