Comfortable place: spacious apartment, great new bathroom, larger than average single beds (put together to make a massive double) with really nice pillows, seaview (first floor), lovely staff, good large TV. Parking space. Excellent value for money. There are USB sockets on the light fittings by the bed, but they are only powered if the light is on, which is a wasted opportunity.

I needed to keep the balcony shut all the time, either for the noise from the road, or cause of the next room users smoking or the mosquitos, all of which can't really be helped. Fortunately keeping the balcony close solved all those issues and there is a small window by the entrance door, so you're not sealed in and the place is large enough so it doesn't go stuffy overnight. More to consider: the mattress is extra firm but that's true everywhere I have been on the island, including 4*. There are 2 steps in the apartment: one to the bathroom and one to the kitchen. I feel that these downsides are very much reflected on the price and this property remains an excellent budget choice.

Our apartment was quite large. One bedroom was at the front with 2 single beds, the kitchen was in the middle and the other bedroom was at the back. The only problem was the curtains are see through so they let in a lot of light. The balcony is on the main road so it can get a bit noisy if you’re in the front bedroom. The air conditioning didn’t work in the front bedroom then stopped working in the other bedroom but the host sorted it out really quickly and was very apologetic. The location is near a supermarket and great restaurants and beach. The Wi-Fi is very good.

Beautiful comfy studios with the nicest staff! The studios are big with a tv and airconditioning. The beds were comfy and everything you need is nearby( restaurants, supermarkets, atm machine, car rental,…) and the studio is close to the beach. If you want peace and comfort this is the place to be. The staff is super friendly and they make sure you have everything you need. If I return back to Kefalos, I will definitely book here again.

Lovely roomy studios in a really great location close to beach, bars, restaurants and the bus stop. Lovely sea views from our balcony of which is quite private. The shower was one of the best we have had in Greece and we had plenty of hot water. Lots of storage, free aircon, safe is 25 euros a week, a very good hair dryer. Staff are really friendly and helpful, cleaning very good and we had plenty of clean towels/bedding. We slept well (and I'm a light sleeper), lots of parking onsite (we hired a car from Stamatis Maria a few doors down (a great service). Make sure you check out Poldo next door.

No hanging hooks, although there are two very large wardrobes there aren't many hangers so make sure you take some with you. Apart from that we were very happy.

Property very clean, a few steps far from the beach and very well maintained with all the necessary facilities including Aircon, tv, bathroom very clean and new, tiny kitchen. The Staff is super friendly, I would love to come back! Around the property you can find plenty of beachfront restaurants with great food. And the most important thing: the beach in front of the apartment is amazing, one of the best beach we found in Kos.

Being 1 minute from the best spot on the beach was fab! The restaurant on the beach was superb. You can walk left to the ruins or right to the mini marina. You can easily walk up to the village. Local supermarkets sell excellent pastries and are very reasonably priced.

The road is very busy and high speed with some shocking driving. However, if you shut your balcony door and the shutters, no noise! Just walk single file by the road preferably not at night!

The shower pressure and temperature are very good, which is important in a beach town. The location is fine. It's within walking distance to gorgeous beaches, nice restaurants and supermarkets. The room is cleaned often and toiletries are of good quality. Also they let me take shower after I check out when I turn from the beach which is a great touch for convenience. That's why I gave it 8 instead of 7, due to the disappointing view from my room

The window is not really sound proof, so you hear neighbors and road noise. But one of the biggest problems for me is the window curtain. It's so thin that it is totally decorative. It can't block any light. So every morning I was woken by the light at 630am, with no where to escape. I think the curtain should really be changed, otherwise they affect sleep quality a lot during vacation. My room is the so called sea view single. But unfortunately the view is of very little sea with 2 trash can in front. I think you should list that type of room as partial sea view so as to not get our hopes up high.

Amazing owners running great and super clean studios! Our room was cleaned on daily basis. The room was spacious and we had all we needed. As a bonus, there is a small balcony for breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen has also everything needed for some food preparations. The area is quiet and close to amazing beach. We couldn't get any better accommodation!

the apartment was excellent equipped for the stay and they even provide nice products for the shower :) the location is great since it's right in the middle of the main road and it takes you 10/15 min to reach both sides of the kefalos coast - plus it's in front of the beach. staff was friendly and we got fresh sheets and towels changed regularly - thank you!

we think that it would be more comfortable if the mattress and pillows could be more soft/puffy, but this is a personal opinion :)
