Nice quirky room,loved the decor, no problem about noise as it is situated next to the nightclubs down briggate, and we were out till 3am, really cool bathroom facing the bed..great for couples

There's a few items in the room that are to be paid for extra yet as there is no kettle or tea coffee items in the room we assumed the plastic bottles of water were free. No we eventually found a menu that was hidden behind a vase,and found the extras prices..£2 for a bag of crisps, £2 for water. Glad we didn't open the cheap bottle of fizz that was in ice water on the windowsill as would of been an extra £12. Would be better to have a mini fridge instead of random things dotted around the room so you know what is to be paid for. Even though the room stated that wine/fizz was included.. was my only 2 downsides..this and the £50 deposit aswell when you enter the hotel,they don't take cash & I have no idea when we will receive the deposit back

Honestly, the whole property was such a nice aesthetic. I paid £60 for the hotel room, the fact that they have themed rooms is so cool. I booked on here but didn’t realise that on the actual website, you can request special rooms such as the Elvis room or musical themed rooms. Honestly, was in love with the bedding and the nice vibe in the room, the shower is absolutely massive. The bathroom was very spacious and it was lovely to go to bed, still here the nightlife outside but no that was happy in bed. It was so relaxing and comfortable, The TV was really good quality and a perfect night after a concert.

The shower was amazing. So big and spacious. The bed was really comfortable too. It was quirky and nice. Location is really good for bars, shopping etc. ironing board etc in the room which was great rather than calling reception for one.

The noise is a lot!! Although it is on the website it isn’t shown very clearly!!! You have to click to go through to find it. It should really be posted immediately at the beginning so you are aware what you are booking. We were situated further up and still the room was shaking from the vibration. So unless you’re happy to be kept awake then it’s a no lol. No facilities for tea/ coffee in your room! You have to go downstairs to get it which is impractical. All you want to do is to wake to a nice hot drink but you can’t lol. No hooks to hang towels either or no hand towel in the room to dry hands. So not very practical.

It was a lovely nice hotel, I didn't get his name but the young lad that checked me in was very helpful also made a point of starting a conversation which was a nice touch. Make you feel welcomed. Also the you g lady I think she was a house keeper showed me to my room as I got confused haha

Took a while to get into the hotel as there was no one on reception, the young lad the was on the bar next door came to let me in. Also on one major thing I nearly left because of was on the 21st I was coming back from The shop I'd heard a the older house keeper say to a you g lass that they had a few arsholes stay. I work in hospitality myself and understand how challenging it can be but talking about customer s like that jn front of other custers is big screw up

I like that it was a 16 min walk to my venue address. I came all the way from London for a church conference at the Leeds arena and Nice clean self contained room and love the massive walk in shower The best part of the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful ☺️

It was above a pub and surrounding pubs and being a weekend, people were out partying so I was not able to get much sleep because of the loud music and chatting. And also it was only when I got there that a £50 refundable deposit was asked for which I wasn't aware of if you don't look properly at the fine print, you'll never know. Please make this bold! Otherwise I would recommend and would stay again ☺️

Great location for the City centre. Do not take much notice of the bad reviews, anyone who is complaining obviously did not research it properly before booking. The hotel is quite open about the noise & location of the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfy beds & plenty of towels & toiletries. We were a group of 7 ladies that they probably wouldn’t expect to stay here, (IYKYK), but staff were great, early access to rooms and they held our cases the next day whilst were out in the city.

Rooms are quite dark, could do with a brighter light over a mirror.

We went for a night out in leeds. Great location right next to the clubs, so it was easy to get back to the hotel. There are plenty of shops around and right it's by the train station. It was clean and spacious It was what we were looking for. I would stay here again, give the beds more comfortable.

The beds are definitely due to a new mattress as when you lay on them, it feels like you're sleeping on the bed base. We didn't get told to give an extra deposit in which we had to pay an extra £50 deposit on the day. In the room, it stated a bottle of presseco on arrival without mention of charges. We opened it and later realised there was a fee to the presecco.

Loved the uniqueness of the hotel. Was in room 4 which has two double beds. Ideal for a mother/daughter Christmas shopping trip. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Visited the Viaduct show bar which we also loved.

I read reviews complaining of noise. This was not a problem for either of us. There was noise but was not excessive. There are a few stairs that did get tiring but ok. There is tea and coffee downstairs but carry hot cups of coffee up to the room did scald my hands a little. Probably because I’ve not got steady hands lol. Also although my mum liked the hotel it might not have be the best place for most 70+ year olds. (She loved the viaduct bar)

The stylish interiors, having my own balcony which is rare in a city centre, great shower, and extremely comfy beds. Proximity to the station and the city was a massive bonus and brilliant value for money. This is the 4th time I've stayed. Clear communication about check in was also very good.

I just had to nip into the viaduct bar next door to get someone to check me in but that wasn't an issue, I was checked in in 5 minutes. The noise of the trains and bar below might bother some people but ear plugs are provided and I'm a good sleeper.

The room was spacious and tidy! Bed was comfy and curtains especially were good black out curtains so no early morning sun wake up call. The wine, snacks and amenities in the room to purchase (though we didn't buy) were a great addition. Ear plugs were also provided due to the location of the hotel being both above a lively bar and right next to the train tracks.

Considering there was a bottle of pink prosecco in the room, it was a shame not to have a method to chill it (no mini fridge or ice). I'm sure we could've asked the friendly staff though. I'm sure a lot of people will have pointed out the noise level, which is definitely not ideal, however the hotel tells you about this in advance and provides complimentary ear plugs so my mentioning it is purely for full transparency.
