Very nice hotel. The location is excellent, and the views from the room were excellent. The lobby is clean and very nicely laid out. Was such a great place to relax when you didn't want to be in the room. The facilities in the room were very good for the amount we paid for the room. We had a seamless check-in and nothing was too much trouble for the team there. Loved the location to the city centre and the pubs and clubs would definitely recommend.

There wasn't much we didn't like, but if I was to mention a couple of points that my partner and I did notice, the lighting in the room is a little odd. It is probably meant to be ambient, which is fine for when relaxing, but a brighter option for when needed would have been useful. The only other thing we felt was a bit lacklustre was the breakfast which was rather underwhelming.

Nice big room with a double bed and single bed, had air conditioning and windows that could be opened, good size bathroom with bath and shower Great location very central.

The door of the room didn’t close well and made a loud noise when closed which would be heard down the whole corridor. The shower was fixed head no hose attachment which is inconvenient. Electrical sockets only one side of the bed so only able to charge one phone bedside. But all minor issues nothing to put you off staying. If you have the choice and budget the double rooms with 2 beds are a lot bigger than the double rooms with 1 bed so if space is important the 2 bed room gives you so much more. No on site parking , some on road parking but full most of the time & not an abundance of nearby car parks so if you are travelling by car I would suggest using one of the parking apps. and pre booking beforehand, that way you will get the best price parking as near to the hotel as you can.

I love the location of this hotel. The staff go above and beyond for customers and are always friendly and helpful and it is very clean. It was exceptionally quiet for the time of year. We didn't eat in the hotel this time but have always enjoyed it when we have. Great breakfasts

I travelled with my husband who has several health issues. Our first room was amazing but freezing cold as we couldn't get the heating on or any hot water so we changed rooms and from then on still couldn't get the heating to work properly (though it wasn't as cold as the first room). I had to turn the heating off to get heat in the room when I turned it on again.

The hotel was lovely. I got a free room upgrade which I found out on arrival - this was a lovely perk. The hotel entrance way is pretty and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, had everything I needed. The staff were more than happy to help with any queries I had. The restaurant food was delicious and didn't take too long (even when they were really busy!). I travelled for a work conference and was there for three nights. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The only issue I had was with some noisy people in the room next to me. But this was not within the hotels control. This hotel was great and the staff were amazing.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, far better than others we’ve stayed at for a similar price. The room was spacious and clean, with some delightful complimentary treats. On our first night, we dined at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, i’ve had a selection of the tasting plates. We also sampled some cocktails, which were excellent. The staff were very friendly and a real asset to the hotel. Thank you! If we visit Leeds again, we will definitely stay here.

The car parking situation was abit of a nightmare and because the parking machines had broke we had to pay full price- not the hotels fault. would get train next time as driving in leeds trying to find it wasn’t easy.

We were warmly greeted by the receptionist (Connie) who was able to let us check in early, which we really appreciated. We had booked an executive room which was fine if a little bland. The bed was comfy. The fridge was stocked with 1 bottle of complimentary water, 1 sparkling water 2 cans of full fat coke and 2 KitKat's. Reception allowed us to take 2 diet cokes instead as don't like full fat coke (surprised this was provided).

We didn't get a good night's sleep because the person in the next room was very talkative, loudly, throughout the night. If we stay here again I would ask for a room with no connecting door as there was probably more noise transference because of that. 1 of the bedside lights didn't work so it was a bit dark in the room. Breakfast was basic quality and not worth £16.99 each.

The staff on duty were Amazing from the quick and easy check in , to the night staff to the wonderful woman who checked me out the next day. Couldn’t fault their service and professionalism.

Small things but the shampoo , shower gel & hand soap dispensers in the bathroom do not dispense well at all , really poorly designed. Only 1 spare toilet roll and my pet hate , a mansize box of tissues with about 3 tissues in it. They are everywhere but they always have 3 tissues in them !! Plugs by bedside , they did have one , but a single bedside plug in a room for 3 is not very useful, but overall very good indeed. Recommended.

Great to have a decent-size room with an en-suite bathroom including an actual bath tub rather than just a shower. Facilities in the room are basic but perfectly good.

The hotel has a real problem with its key cards. During a 2-night stay I had to get my key card re-formatted three times - including within 2 hours of first arriving. This is not acceptable as there are often, understandably, queues at reception. I assume that the cards' magnetic strips are being affected by proximity to mobile phones, but phones are a fact of life and a system that lacks resilience in that way is not fit for purpose. This would be my major reason for not re-booking as it was a real time-waster.

We checked in due to unforseen circumstance from the hospital stay. We booked with Leonardo and it actually exceeded our expectation. Check in is kust fab with the super accomodating and welcoming smile of the staff (forgot his name tho. Male staff in the reception around 8-8:30 pm 29/11/24). Our room was upgraded and with complimentary bfast after knowing our story. My c section got cancelled and weve been waiting for d hol day in the hospitl, not eaten anything yet coz advised for fasting and been placed in the ward with really noisy environment. What we just wanted that night is a place for us to sleep but leonardo gave us d comfort and treatment we certainly needed that night. Thank u and kudos to male staff. 🥂

Everything actually! After reading some reviews I was worried it was going to be terrible, but on entering the hotel it felt like a different hotel to what I was expecting. Very nice lobby/reception area, busy check in and bar area on a Friday night, but we didn’t wait long and check in was smooth and friendly, room was spacious with great views (floor 8), bathroom was adequate, plenty of towels, tea/coffee/milk, even some nice chocolates. Parking at CitiPark Leeds Docks was convenient - less than 10 min walk away and discounted to £8 if you tell reception. Great location for the Calls area and beyond to the centre. For the price, I couldn’t fault our stay and would happily stay again.
